Poland Crumbles to Sodom

Poland to end gay marriage abroad discrimination

27.04.2011 08:11
Polish registry offices will be issued with new certificates which will effectively end in Poland discrimination against same sex couples wanting to get married or enter into a civil partnership abroad.

The Ministry of Interior will issue a new type of certificate - which is needed for all couples, heterosexual or homosexual who wish to get married outside of Poland  - without the section calling for the identification of the future spouse and so taking away the possibility that the registrar could refuse to sign it if he or she was against same-sex partnerships.

“Work is already underway and there will be a new type of certificate without the section concerning future spouses,” Ministry spokeswoman Małgorzata Woźniak told the Gazeta Wyborcza daily.

Currently, registry offices only issues the certificates to heterosexual couples. The new certificates will not require someone wanting to obtain the certificate to give the name of their partner.

The Campaign Against Homophobia says it has numerous examples of gay and lesbians being refused the certificate which would enable them to marry in the UK, Spain, the Netherlands or other countries where same-sex civil unions are legal. (pg)

Communion in the Hand Results in Sacrilege: "Moto Mass Switzerland"

Ehhhh, Moto Mass

One Communicant even tried to get seven Hosts.

The Conciliar Church has thrown Holy Communion to the dogs: Now they must live with it.

(kreuz.net) A motorcyle blessing with Holy Mass will take place on the Simplon-Pass on the 1st of May.

The Pass connects the south-west Swiss Canton Wallis with Italy.

According to a report from the Swiss newspaper 'Blick', the occasion of the Motorcycle Friends is "almost holy already".
Moto Mass

It will be organized by the Moto-Club of Simplon and will have been taking place for its 25th occasion this year.

About 4500 bikers appear every year for the event.

In the past years there was a New Mass said by the Old Liberal homosexual ideologue, Pastor Charly Weissen.

Fr. Weissen likes to appear there as the top dog -- most of all in his bike gear.

He wears earrings and a handlebar mustache.

A natural consequence of Communion in the Hand

This years bicycle blessing happens "under a bad star" -- lamented 'Blick' yesterday.

This is because the secular priest, Paul Martone of Brig, celebrated the divine service last year -- and was appalled.

At the news daily, 'Walliser Bote' he called the affair an "unworthy spectacle".

Why?: Many cyclists received the Host with a cigarette between their fingers.

There was also alcohol being consumed during the Eucharistic celebration.

One visitor tried to get seven Hosts.

From these sacrileges, Father Martone drew his own conclusions and wants to be saying only a liturgy of the word.

But NO, the Legend must Continue

Actually, the Moto-Club Simplon has no such concern:

"For more than a thousand visitors the participation of a few people, don't rate to have themselves receive anything more than the highest Liturgy in the Church" -- said the club president appealingly for 'Blick'.

During the Service at Simplon, there's a 'disciplined quiet".

One request on the website of the Club made the point that over ninety percent of the members want a Mass.

For that reason the Club itself is seeking a willing priest.

He should be ready to give a simpl "Mass exhibition [sic]" on the Simplon.

The president will be heard to say, tellingly, that one is also desirous of a "supper".

EU Continues to Propose "Sterner Measures" Against Opponents of Same-Sex Marriage

Editor: last week, just before Easter, we heard the rousing declaration of the Hungarian Parliament, along with howls of protest from many quarters, revoking its old Stalinist Constitution and invoking its first Christian King, St. Stephen, affirming Hungary's connection with Christendom and working against same-sex marriage. Here's the story from the German District Site of the SSPX:

Vivanne Reding, European Commissar for Justice and basic rights, read a speech in the last year for the EU-Parliament what the true significance of the EU is:

"We don't want any people to resist same-sex marriage. In case this isn't understood, we will have to employ sterner measures."

Now the EU commission would like to implement what Frau Reding had proposed and put it in a misleadingly good sounding request.

There will be fewer administrative restrictions for EU citizens through the recognition of all personal status among all of the EU Nations: that touches birth status as well as death, marriage, partnerships and adoption status.

That sounds good for the time being, practical and good. There are, however, in the EU, Nations with very different laws in effect regarding what are valid marriage and adoption rights. This will force conservative nations to accept liberal legal requirements, even if these conflict with their Constitutions.

If for example, two Hungarian lesbians "marry" in the Netherlands and receive semen to conceive a child and Mother 2 adopts it, Hungary then has to recognize the artificial "family" upon its return to enjoy all of the rights and privileges of a natural family.

Therefore a nation must recognize this situation, which would be in contradiction of its own legal system. This situation contravenes national sovereignty and the principle of subsidiarity.

The European Constitution prescribes the legal harmony of the right and agreement of family rights of the member states, and is expecting that the EU "guidelines" are enacted to promote "homosexual marriage" without a consensensus through the back door.

This is where the EU shows what its understanding of Democracy is. "A more stringent measure" sounds, if anything, like hard enforcement from above without the consideration of the opinion of the people and must probably deserves to be described as "Dictocratic"! It is also deplorable that these words come, of all things, from the Commissar for Justice and Basic Rights! Who still pleads for the true basic and natural rights of citizens in the EU, as for example, those rights of a child for a natural birth and to be raised in a family with father and mother? Must these adolescent children deserve to be sacrificed to these homosexual ideologues?

Whoever wishes can learn more about resisting the forced recognition of same sex "marriage" by the EU, here. It has English and German.

Heroic Chinese Bishop Dies While Praying Easter Mass

Death of underground bishop of Luoyang. Decades under house arrest and hard labour
by Jian Mei
Bishop Li Hongye, sick for a long time, died during the Easter Vigil, in his 67th anniversary of his ordination to the priesthood. He suffered imprisonment for his loyalty to the pope. The funeral will be held April 29.

Luoyang (AsiaNews) – Mgr. Peter Li Hongye, 91, bishop of Luoyang (Henan) died of a heart attack on April 23 last, during the Easter Vigil, as he blessed the water before baptisms. He was approved by the Holy See, but not recognized by the government in Beijing. His faithful remember him for his fortitude in living his vocation and his suffering in the forced labour camps and the time spent under surveillance.
A priest from the diocese told AsiaNews that the funeral of Mgr. Li will next be held April 29 at the birthplace of the Prelate, Gong County, halfway between Zhengzhou and Luoyang.
Other sources tell AsiaNews that Mgr. Li knew Latin perfectly. During the 50s and 60s was sent to forced labour camps ("reform through labor") in Qinghai. Since the late 80's he has always lived under close surveillance or house arrest.

Cardinal Lehman to Remain in Office Past 75

Editor: Perhaps he's punishing Mainz, the Cardinal or both?

The Pope has once more given an impression on the street --- not in the sense of the renewal of the Church.

(kreuz.net) Pope Benedict XVI has not accepted the resignation of Cardinal Lehman of Mainz.

This was announced by the General Vicar, Dietmar Giebelmann today in an e-mail release.

Cardinal Lehman had offered his resignation to the Holy Father for his 75th Birthday on the 16th of May.

Actually on 19 April the Apostolic Nuncio in Berlin has given the order from the Roman Bishops Congregation that the Pope has asked the Cardinal to remain in office past his 75th Birthday.

The letter added "donec aliter provideatur" -- till something else is decreed.

The General Vicar thanked the Pope for the correspondence and wished the Cardinal continued health and God's blessing.

Cardinal Lehmen is seriously ill.

In the past, he has had to be treated for colon cancer.

Real Monasticism in Greece

Editor: Mount Athos has some of the same problems as St John's Abbey.  There are Marxists on the Holy Mount, Monks with leftist ideologies, but there are also Monks who are serious about living a religious vocation, a quest for God, too.  The Devil can be particularly strong anywhere, especially in a place where men strive like athletes to suffer God's love in the mysteries.

(CBS News)
On this Easter Sunday, we're going to take you to a place outside our world. It's not Mars or Venus but it might as well be. It's a remote peninsula in northern Greece that millions believe to be the most sacred spot on Earth.
It's called Mount Athos and prayers have been offered there every day, with no interruption, for more than a thousand years. It was set aside by ancient emperors to be the spiritual capital of Orthodox Christianity and has probably changed less over the centuries than any other inhabited place on the planet. The monks come to Mount Athos from all over and do everything they can to keep what they call "the world" far away.

Marxist Pine Curtain in Collegeville

Arrested Development Trustfund Kids

Editor: Abbot John Klassen is a trustfund kid who runs one of the largest, fastest dying Monasteries in the world. He is not only a bully, but he's an expert liar, or could it be that he's in denial like a drunkard or an opium eater? He reminds us of another political trustifarian, Karl Marx. [+Klassen is complicit in these crimes because he continues to protect those who committed them and lie for them] For the Abbot, like Karl Marx, had wealthy benefactors that enabled him and those close to him to live irresponsible lives, insulated from growing up, and capable of grave moral evil who didn't just molest other people's children, but his own. In any event, both options are possible. Most modern religious live comfortable lives as the beneficiaries of charitable trusts or wealthy patrons. The only thing really distinguishing most from trustifarians, rentier kids or Paris Hilton's friends, is the misappropriated air of respectability they enjoy and occasionally, some kind of religious lip service to a monastic tradition.

Many trust fund kids, as they present themselves and as they are portrayed in the media, aren't what you'd call philanthropists, but like Abbott John Klassen, they are often in a state of denial about their general situation. Not only is there a complete lack of charity in Abbott Klassen's approach, but there's a lot of irresponsibility as well.  For example, he plans on allowing a sexual predator, Father Francisco Schulte, to go back to work with children again, and he's also been destroying, or losing the records on file about the various perpetrators they have aided in the past do their Kinseyan dance.

Father Klassen recently made an untrue and off the cuff remark about the website, "Behind the Pine Curtain".  His obvious exaggeration, if not outright calumny, goes far to establish the kind of childish approach to the religious life these men have been fostering for decades. If only it were Pine Curtain's mission to run St. John's into the ground.  He could actually say that about this blog, because we think that St. John's is probably too far gone to be restored to the original purpose of its founders.  If it were ours to say, the Monks of St. John's would be brought to account for betraying more than three generations of Catholics with erroneous representations of the Catholic Faith, and their own imposture as Catholic religious.  St. Benedict of Nursia didn't plan on Monasteries being full of homosexual social workers who routinely go on pleasure vacations to Thailand and disobey the lawful commands of their superiors, but that's St. John's.  It's not Catholic.  It's a hell of syncretism and deceit.

Basically, St. Johns' leadership is irresponsible, dishonest and evil, and the really interesting thing in all of this is that Collegeville has been persecuting Catholics just as steadfastly as any Communist behind the Iron Curtain. Try arguing against one of those nuns or liberal faculty members in the theology department with the right stuff as a poor student, and you'll find your grade substantially lowered and consequently, your career potential significantly lowered, at least in theology.

We think Mr. Marker's choice for the title of his blog is as brilliant as it is accurate, because what goes on at that place is nothing short than the nastiest most underhanded persecution of the Catholic Church in the world, and one of the biggest frauds too. Those of you who have listened to Bishop Sheen's talks should know of Communist infiltration in the Catholic Church as they were described by ex-Communist and Attorney, Bella Dodd. Indeed, what goes on behind the Pine Curtain, often stays behind the Pine Curtain, including students who go missing like Josh Guimond. Who would guess that not only is your friendly priest, professor, alleged friend, a homosexual predator, but he's a Marxist as well.  If nothing else, the place needs an exorcism and a visit by the spirit of Augusto Pinochet.

Abbot Klassen Still Doesn’t Get It
Posted on April 20, 2011 by admin

An excerpt from an April 15, 2011 article [ View ] in the St. John’s University student newspaper regarding the recent “Listening Sessions” held by Abbot John Klassen:

One audience member asked Klassen to address the website Behind the Pine Curtain, run by Patrick Marker, as many think this is the only source to find information regarding pending cases. “It’s a real thorn in our sides because the person who runs that has one agenda and that is to run St. John’s into the ground,” Klassen said.

Immemorial Rite Canceled by Diocese of Treviso

That's the way it always happens

A pastor wanted to celebrate a Holy Mass in the Old Rite of his youth for his sixtieth priestly jubilee. Actually though, there was still a Diocesan Bishop, who'd been named there by Benedict XVI.

The Mass of all Times

(kreuz.net) For white Sunday the Priest of many days Pietro Mozzato of Vetrego planned to organize a Mass in the Old Rite in his parish.

The 1400 person community of Vetrego is a suburb of the city of Mirano -- it's about 25 kilometers northwest of Venice. Vetrego belongs to the Diocese of Treviso.

Father Mozzato wanted to celebrate his 60th priestly jubilee in the Old Rite of the Mass.

A celebrant, Father Konrad zu Löwenstein was foreseen as the celebrant. The father takes care of Traditionalists in Venice.

The Priestly Council supported the wish of the priest.

Fr. Mozzato had even printed invitations for the event.

Actually, then, the Diocese of Treviso caught wind of the situation.

The General Vicar Giuseppe Rizzo wrote quickly on the spot. He forbid the Old Mass.

This was the report from Vaticanist Andrea Tornielli directly on his Website 'andreatornielli.it'.

The "Diocesan Curia" is set against the Mass -- the General Vicar hides himself behind a board.

The Bishop of Treviso is the former Franciscan Conventual and Roman Curial Bishop, Msgr Gianfranco (67).

He was named to Treviso by Pope Benedict XVI in 2009.

Tornielli explained that the local Priestly Council had received word of the Old Mass -- and confirmed it.

If the Old Liberals are questioned, they intone the authority of such Boards -- otherwise, they're ignoring this one.

The Priestly Council has protested in vain to the Bishop in Treviso.

According to word from Tornielli they haven't even received word.

In the meantime Fr. Mozzato has smoothed out the official abuse of his curial powers.

The Old Mass has been denied.

Father Mike Tegeder is Being Relieved of his Parish Duties

There is a controversial Minnesota Pastor at the Parish of St. Edwards who's been flaunting the authority of his employers for a very long time, as long as he's been a priest. He is responsible for having women come into the parish and preach the homily, which is not acceptable. Despite being asked not to do this by Archbishop Nienstedt, Father Mike refused to obey, he said, with the Devil himself, non serviam. The Wild Reed of Australia's going to have a panic meltdown after this. The resident dissident in favor of marriages involving other than a man and a woman has been cheering on the sidelines for Father Mike Tegeder for a long while

We've heard from the usual sources that Father Mike will at least be reassigned and probably won't be doing parish work any more.

There's been no comment from the Archdiocese so far.

We told you Father Mike was paddling into "dangerous pastoral waters".

But Father Mike's not the only one with Lay Preachers in the house.

Pope Plans on Using Assisi to Attack Relativism, Says Protestant Theologian

Editor: A protestant theologian who enjoys the Pope's confidence shares the misgivings of many over the Assisi conference. He receives assurances from the Pope.  It seems as though this Pope is finding himself saying those amazing kinds of things on the lips of the first fisherman, "Lord, you have the words of eternal life, where else would we go?"

Pope Permits Criticism of Assisi

Benedict XVI. insists he will point to "Jesus Christ as the only son of God and unmistakable savior".

(kreuz.net) The initiative for the October Asssisi Meeting is "clearly not coming from the Pope".

This was according to the protestant theologian of missions, Peter Beyerhaus [82] for the Catholic monthly 'Kirchliche Umschau'.

Beyherhaus mentions a personal letter of March 4, which he received from Pope Benedict XVI.

Actually, Beyerhaus was critical that the Pope said that he considers the meeting "as obligatory".

Benedict XVI explained in a private letter that he wants to "control the direction of the whole and do everything therefore to make the syncretistic or relativistic progress of the event an impossibility."

At the same time the Pope expressed to the professor, a public response on the Assisi event.

He requested that Beyerhaus, therefore honor his trust "that the Pope stands upon that, what his office is understood as being -- that is, to strengthen his brothers in faith and recognize Jesus Christ as the only son of God and savior and admit it unmistakeably."

The German website of the Society of Pius X speculated about the possible reason for the third Assisi- horror.

The Old Liberal Roman Community 'Saint Egidio', which has organized Assisi as an inter-religious meeting, has "substantial financial resources".

The commentary on the web pages warns that the Church is not moved by lobbyism.

Read original, kreuz.net...

Editor: This brings to mind the comment heard during the Vatican Council from our present Pope that, 'we need more Luther and less Chardin'. Despite his efforts to extend a hand, and fight relativism at the same time, his efforts are not appreciated by those he seems most eager to help, like the present Lutheran "Bishop" of Brandenberg.

The Pope Will Bless the Protestantic Way of Error

Germany. On his trip to Germany the Pope will "clearly" say, "what was positive that came from the reformation for Chirstendom: namely the concentration upon Christ and the Bible, the freedom of thought and the recognition of the reform ability of the Church." That is what the protestant "Bishop" of Brandenburg, Markus Droge promoted in his interview with the 'Markische Allgemeine'. So long as the Church doesn't recognize Protestantism as "a church in its own sense", the "Bishop" doesn't see any possibility for meaningful new developments in ecumenism.

Cardinal Schönborn Addresses Problem of "Theologians"

He should deal with this -- rather than become dismayed.

"For a year young theologians, and future women religious teachers [sic!],  theologically engaged laypersons explained that it is inessential for the faith if there was an empty grave or not, that the faith in the resurrection of Jesus is not significant, if the bones of Jesus were to be found.    In the clear text that means: the resurrection is understood symbolically.  The actuality of Jesus goes further!  One such >>Easter Believer<<, reduces it to a point of existnetial dismay that Jesus lived on,  which can hardly be comforting, or awaken joy.  It is false labeling [...].  This sort intellectually dishonest deception has always been dismaying.  It has always been seen in the past as horseplay."

The Old Liberal Cardinal Christoph Schönborn of Vienna in a guest lecture for the regional newspaper 'Tirolean times' and 'Austrian News'.

Gypsies Occupy Roman Basilica

Italy . On Good Friday about 150 Romanian Gypsies, and about 40 children, occupied the Roman Basilica of St. Paul before the walls. They were previously driven from their illegal camp in northwestern Rome.  A report from the German 'Catholic News Agency' said "the Vatican" offered them an "overnight asylum" in the Basilica.  They camped in the space outside of the nave.  Fifty gypsies, who absolved themselves with a walk,  were not allowed back into the Church by the security forces.  By Easter Night, there were still 60 people camped in the Church.  The Gypsies occupy themselves in Rome primarily with begging and pick pocketing.

Protestant Hucksters Change Doctrine to Sell Themselves Better

Editor:  Protestant error is a winsome doctrine and ensnares many with false promises of prosperity and eternal happiness.  Some protestant carpet baggers are even selling their popular message in Ukraine. Protestantism is idolatry.  There is no concern for reality, rather a concern for emotions, and ultimately, a concern for the financial benefit of hucksters like Rob "Taco" Bell, here:

[National Post] This is a peculiar place for a former water-skiing instructor and rock band member to find himself. Rob Bell, 40-year-old father of three, author, mega-church pastor who sports skinny jeans and designer glasses, is in the midst of shaking the world of American Protestant orthodoxy to its core — even as he insists he is not sure why.
He is asking tough questions about salvation, upending traditional takes on heaven, hell and who gets saved: “What happens to sinners? What happens to non-Christians? What happens to someone like Gandhi?”
In his new book, Love Wins, quickly a New York Times bestseller, the popular preacher has turned away from the evangelical certainty that heaven is only possible through Jesus Christ. He has suggested that at the end of time God may chase down everyone who has ever lived and make sure they enter his kingdom — hence the title, Love Wins.

Famed American evangelical John Piper summed up his feelings about Love Wins in a cold, three-word tweet: “Farewell Rob Bell.”

Earth Day co-founder killed, composted girlfriend

Ira Einhorn was on stage hosting the first Earth Day event at the Fairmount Park in Philadelphia on April 22, 1970. Seven years later, police raided his closet and found the "composted" body of his ex-girlfriend inside a trunk.

A self-proclaimed environmental activist, Einhorn made a name for himself among ecological groups during the 1960s and '70s by taking on the role of a tie-dye-wearing ecological guru and Philadelphia’s head hippie. With his long beard and gap-toothed smile, Einhorn — who nicknamed himself "Unicorn" because his German-Jewish last name translates to "one horn"  —advocated flower power, peace and free love to his fellow students at the University of Pennsylvania. He also claimed to have helped found Earth Day.

SSPX Being Thrown out of Rhodesia

Editor: Considering Marxist Robert Mugabe's statements recently about Catholic Bishops being liars and puppets of the West, this hardly comes as too much of a surprise, but it's really too bad.  There were many great things about Rhodesia once upon a time.  Now its Colonial legacy lies in ruins.  Here's from Ignis Ardens poster:

News is filtering through that the priest of the SSPX Mission in Harare (Zimbabwe) have been expelled from that land during Holy Week. We ask you in charity to pray for all the faithful in that country and for the 2 French priests who have had to leave their flock.

Rabbi Takes Over Priest's Role at Midwestern Basilica's Good Friday Prayer Service

Lucinda Naylor is the former "artist in residence" who was fired from her position at the Basilica of St. Mary's in Minneapolis  for opposing  Archbishop John Nienstedt's pastoral CD regarding the defense of marriage. For a time, her paintings disappeared from the Basilica's walls where the homosexual painter's works are said to be stations of the Cross. They have since returned, as the Basilica itself plays host to a man who does not hold the Catholic Faith, but is tolerated to preach.

"Painting" of Judas' Betrayal

As a reform rabbi took over the prayer service from the pastor of the parish, Father John Bauer, a wooden cross was passed around over the heads of the crowd like at a rock concert. Doctor van Parys, who's responsible for that spectacle, contrasts his good Friday Liturgy and celebration with those which came before, by saying that before, it was an opportunity for Christians to persecute the Jews,

“Prior to the Second Vatican Council, Good Friday was seen as a day when Catholics would traditionally persecute the Jewish people, blaming them for the death of Christ. Jews would literally hide from Catholics on that day,” said van Parys. “We thought it would be a jarring yet enlightening experience to invite a rabbi to speak to our congregation during Tenebrae.”[Tenebrae is what they referred to as their Good Friday Service]

The Diocesan newspaper is unconcerned and unmoved by the strange oddities taking place at this prayer service, with rose petals falling from the ceiling and a moment when there is a whimsical and cultic bedlam as the lights are turned down and the laity bang their pews for about five minutes in the darkness, as if to waken things below that would be better left asleep.

Laymen may not preach, may certainly not preach vague humanistic messages having nothing to do with the Gospel.

Kath.net Gives Softball Interview to the Vienese Cardinal

For a long time the friendship between 'kath.net' and the Viennese Schism-Cardinal has grown cold. Now, however, the Old Liberal Prelate has decided to give even that website an interview. Is it a coincidence?

(kreuz.net, Wien) The media's highly praised theological pamphlet from the beginningo of February has "found relatively little attention in the media".

The Viennese schism-Cardinal Christoph Schönborn said this for the commerce website, 'kath.net'.

Expectedly, the Old Liberal Cardinal Schönborn criticized the form rather than the content of the pamphlet.

The "dramatic ton" wasn't appealing -- he explained.

Toothless Critique

Otherwise, the underwear-Reformers get a half-canonization from the Old Liberal Cardinal.

He applies to them a supposed "honorable concer for the future of the Church", a "good will" and even "serious intentions".

His toothless critique resembles that of a protestantic preacher's delivery.

This was discussed at a deans meeting, if the Catholics would not see that the desired reforms of the protestants have long since transpired: "Has it gone appreciably better for uS?"

Cardinal Schönborn's vague criticism proceeded further that the "supernatural dimension" -- supposedly the Cardinal meant God with that -- which is hardly discussed in the pamphlet.

As sources of renewal he views the Marian apparition sites like Lourdes and Fatima as well as -- the one he values above all the rest -- "surely also" the false apparition site of Medjugorje in Bosnia-Herzegowina.

Cardinal Schönborn views the pamphlet then as "very cleric-centered".

The teaching of the priesthood of the faithful of all baptized came hardly into play.

Too many balloons at Mass?

Cardinal Schönborn cautiously criticized the post-conciliar liturgical reform.

One must proceed very warily with liturgical reforms -- he said philosophically:

"The errors of the liturgical reform after the Council was probably above all its great haste."

The question, as his own pancake bread discomasses with balloones, text and a heavily cobbled Mass book by Paul VI. can be tied to him, was not put to him by the ace reporter at 'kath.net'.

More interestingly the Cardinal gave the censur-website his Interview two weeks after 'kath.net' had downplayed the Austrian religion book scandal.

Sorbian Saint and Stigmatist Will be Proclaimed for Pentecost

Easter Thoughts of a Martyr

Alois Andritzki, priest from Meissen, will be declared a Saint on Pentecost. While in a Concentration Camp of Dachau, he wrote an article for Easter. by Marcus Knaup

Freiburg (kath.net) "In the evening of the Sabbath, Mary Magdalena hurried with her friend to the tomb, in order to see it. Alleluia.' It is right away at this time. Shortly before we will hear the wondrous Easter songs from the Schola. I have heard it already and was very pleased; so that the Alleluia really leaps in an Easterly heart and all of the coming days after won't be sad."

These lines came from the feather of Alois Andritzki (1914-1943). He wrote it on Easter Day in Dachau. Andritzki was a young, Sorbian priest from the Diocese of Meissen, who had preached against the madness of Nazism and finally was euthanized in the Concentration Camp Dachau. His aches were interned in the main Church of Dresden. In the coming Pentecost, Andritzki will be declared a Saint in Dresden.

These cited lines make it clear that Alois Andritzki took part in the Passion of Jesus, who also took on his Easter Lord's wounds and showed his youth always as a sign of recognition. In his hands which were bored through, he held every suffering. And it caused Andritzki much suffering. Because: the pain held for him the diminishing of human concern and status: "The meditation of Sunday Compline is the correct expression for my soul's constitution: deepest sorrow and for that reason it then tinkles, yes I rejoice in the spirit of praise for our Lord and God. Suffering purges and saves the man of all errors and weaknesses, and God has made it so it happens to me! (Letter of 16. März 1941).

The direction to the resurrected Christ gave Andtritzki strength and confidence. In a letter from 16. April 1941, he wrote: "Eastern is both within me and outside of me. The risen Christ has found me, has brought me his greeting of peace. [...] For that reason I stop, even here in this poverty, to make an affirmative Hallelujah to sing from a joyful heart." This noteworthy statement shows that this one had participated in the resurrection, who trusted in Christ and believed in him. This textual statement can serve as a modern Easter experience. As in the New Testament's Easter story -- i.e. in the Emmaus story -- Andritzki appeared in thoroughly difficult situations of his incarceration to have the experience, suddenly of entering the presence of God Jesus Christ. AS the youth of Emmaus suddenly saw "with other eyes". his heart "burned". Easter experiences not are only in the New Testmant, rather also, there where Christ is living in His Church.

Holiness is certainly not a private religious holy accomplishment. Whoever gives himself deeply to Jesus, who lives in him, can become Holy. "Holiness consists in, to be like Christ, and translate his ways, his thoughts and deeds into our lives", said Pope Benedict XVI. The Easter witness and new Saint Alois Andritzki is an enlightening example of that.
