Catholic Gives Pregnant Women a Pair of Baby Shoes - He Faces Two Years in Prison

(Paris), Xavier Dor is 85 years old. The French doctor has been working for 20 years to protect the life of unborn children. On 26 June, he was compelled to appear in court in Paris, so to speak because he had prayed the rosary publicly and without permission.

Xavier Dor, President of the Catholic Right to Life Association SOS Tout Petits. A court case was initiated against him based on "exercise of moral and psychological pressure." The doctor had given a pregnant woman a pair of baby shoes in front of the entrance to a feminist organization in which they wanted to apply for an abortion.

All because of a pair of baby shoes

The doctor and life defender was pointed out to the feminist association for family planning, the French Association of Centers for Abortion and Contraception ANCIC and the Federation of Associations for the Right to Abortion and Contraception CADAC. The three organizations joined as plaintiffs in the court case.

The 85-year-old is accused of entering the office of the feminist association twice to give two pregnant women a pair of shoes for newborn children, who applied for the killing of their children there. This action, according to the indictment last Friday, had been an act of "extreme violence" through "moral and psychological pressure."

Guilty of Praying the Rosary

Founded in 1986 by Dor, the Catholic Right to Life Association SOS Tout Petits has prayed the rosary since the early 90s in front of abortion clinics. With the prayer, they pray for the end of the killing of Innocents by closing the clinic or Abortion Association. They pray that pregnant women do not realize their intention to kill their child in the womb. They pray for the conversion of abortion doctors and other staff participating in abortions. Not least, they pray as an act of reparation for the murder of children.

Xavier Dor has been summoned to appear on 26 June before the criminal court because of the indictment, to answer charges that on the 2nd of April in 2011, he is to have "incited" to pray a rosary in front of the Saint Vincent de Paul Hospital in Paris without permission. The doctor risks a penalty of up to two years in prison and a fine of up to 30,000 euros.

A crime against God

The prosecution called last Friday for "only" one month of detention and an 8000 euro penalty. The judges are due to announce their verdict before the approaching holiday until the 16th September.

Dor has already been convicted and imprisoned in the 90s due to the implementation of an unsanctioned rally for the right to life. The doctor's books are Le Crime Contre Dieu (The Crime Against God, Paris 1998) and Le livre blanc de l'avortement en France (White Paper of abortion in France, Paris, 2006) about the threat to the right to life. Dor is with SOS Tout Petits among the first promoters of the French March for Life .

France's Jewish Education Minister: "We Must Replace the Catholic Church with a Republican Religion"

(Paris) "You will never be able to build a free nation with the Catholic Church." This wasn't uttered by Voltaire or Georges Danton, but the reigning French Education Minister from a  2008 interview, Vincent Peillon,  at the launch of his book, La Révolution française n'est pas terminée (The French Revolution is Not Yet Over), as Tempos reported.

Spiritual Revolution

According to Peillon "a revolution can take place not only in material terms. They must also take place in the mind. Now we made the revolution mainly politically, but not the moral and spiritual. We have left the morality and spirituality of the Catholic Church. We have to replace them."

Republican Religion

And how would Minister Peillon replace the Catholic Church? "There you couldn't immediately adapt Protestantism in France, as they have done in other democracies, one must invent a republican religion. This new religion is secularism, which must accompany the material revolution, which in reality is the mental revolution."

And how should this "spiritual revolution" be enforced? "The revolution implies that everything has to be forgotten, which preceded the Revolution. Therefore, the school plays a central role, because the school has to tear the child from all its pre-republican bonds in order to educate them to become a citizen. It is like a rebirth, a transubstantiation acting through school and for the school, the new church with their new priests, the new liturgy and their newly to be read tables of the law."

Secular morality

The Minister is trying to implement his anti-Church theses into action. In Article 31 of the draft law submitted by him to the "establishment of the School of the Republic" he wanted "the conditions for education to ensure gender equality" in the elementary schools. Parliament amended the passage at the last moment. Peillon's goal was according to gender ideology, to eradicate the distinction between the sexes. Peillon succeeded with his law but enforces a "secular morality" on compulsory education. As the purpose and aim of this "secular morality" is called law, "the students of all familial, ethnic, social, intellectual [...] determination to conclude, so that each of them could emancipate themselves [...] as the target of the republican school was always the creation of a free individual. "Peillon's state has superseded the rights of parents and set itself up as authoritarian teacher of the nation.

Aggressive secularism

The aggressiveness of French Secularism has now been detected even by the U.S., the President of France, Hollande, for first time in was listed in a 2013 annual report on violations of religious freedom in classifying the list of countries where religious freedom is threatened. Six pages of the report is devoted to the French first of all violations of this fundamental and human rights, as Pope Benedict XVI. called. France is also one of the 15 European countries with different laws which violate freedom of expression and freedom of conscience.

Vincent Peillon - a biography

Vincent Peillon, born in 1960, acting in his anti-Catholic delirium, as if he had just been sent from a lodge to a revolutionary tribunal during the French Revolution, is a Jew, a member of the Socialist Party and Freemason. His mother is from the Alsace rabbi family Blum, his grandfather was Leon Blum. His uncle, Etienne-Emile Baulieu (actually Etienne Blum), is one of the inventors of the abortion pill RU486.

Peillon's father Gilles (1928-2007), was a banker and a Communist. He was Managing Director among others of the Banque Commerciale pour l'Europe du Nord, which was called the "Banque des Soviets" in the vernacular, because they transacted the financial transactions between the East and West for the USSR. Vincent Peillon since 1994 has been a member of the national leadership of the Socialist Party. From 1997 to 2002 he was a member of the National Assembly of the French Parliament, 2004-2012 Member of the European Parliament and since May 2012, Education Minister for the Government of Jean-Marc Ayrault. In 2010 he published the book Une religion pour la République. Laïque Ferdinand Buisson de la foi (A Religion for the Republic., the secular faith of Ferdinand Buisson). Peillon is married to the Casablanca-born Jewish journalist Nathalie Bensahel.

Symbolic Demolition of a Church in the "Year of Faith"

(Paris) "The church was destroyed, as the terrible photo shows," said the Association Mémoire Vivante du patrimoine gestois (MVPG) that had been campaigning for the salvation of the Church. In France, the demolition of churches continues. After the church of Saint Jacques in Abbeville ( see separate report ), the church of Saint Pierre aux Liens Gesté was demolished in the western Anjou (Maine-et-Loire departments).

The renovation of the Church of Abbeville was too expensive. If the buildings are dilapidated, the mayor recently, called for the "deconstruction" as the "cheaper" means the termination. Or, as in the case of Gesté, to make a new building in place of the old church.

Gesté is located just six kilometers from the Brittany. On the 5th of February 1794, the place was burned down by the Colonnes Infernales , the "Hell Brigade" of the French Revolution. 300 Chouans, Royalist Catholics, were massacred. "The dead should be our duty to fight for our heritage," goes the call to protest against the demolition. The current church was built in 1800 and is now being demolished on the ruins of the church destroyed in 1794 and initially expanded in subsequent phases in the classical, then in neo-Gothic style.

The cost of the demolition amounts to 200,000 euros. The new church at one million euros. What for?, ask the critics and point to the waste of money and destruction of cultural heritage.

The Bishop of Angers rejects disapproval of the demolition action. The pastor responsible resides not in Gesté, but in the nearby town of Avrillé where the old Gothic church of Saint Gilles was replaced in 1983 by a modern elliptical construction.

Pope to French Parliamentarians --- Act on "Gay Marriage... Override it again"

(Rome) Pope Francis has urged the French parliamentarians he received, by quite frankly telling them to "override" the already adopted law legalizing "gay marriage" again. Laws must be overridden if they are not "possessed of the necessary quality that elevates and ennobles man", said the head of the Catholic Church. The Pope was referring to the law on "gay marriage," the law of adoption for gays, abortion and euthanasia. [Aka Taubira's Law]

He reminded the MEPs that they must engage in legislation "not only the ideas and fashions of the moment". The Catholic Church is willing "to contribute to basic questions that allow a more complete picture of man and his destiny." The Pope addressed the members of a large Vatican friendship group of Parisian deputies, as he received them on Saturday at the Vatican.

The meeting with the deputies had been expected with anticipation because of the simmering for months in France dispute over the "gay marriage", which was recently legalized by the Socialist majority in the French Senate and the National Assembly. Without explicitly interfering in domestic issues, the Pope gave his rejection of "gay marriage" to recognize adoption rights for gays, abortion and euthanasia clearly.

The pontiff stressed the principle of secularity of the French state could "mean no hostility towards religion, and not their exclusion from social life and the debates held there." The Pope showed himself pleased, addressing the mass rallies Manif Pour Tous, without naming them by name, "about the fact that the community of the French has rediscovered a certain image of man and his dignity" representing the will "of the Church and others".

Millions of people have since the fall of 2012, protested with the participation of many church groups in Paris, and many other cities to protest against the introduction of "gay marriage".

A note in its own right, [from Mr. Giuseppe Nardi to his German readers]. We apologize for the initially muted coverage of the statements of the Pope to the deputies. It was based on the report of the German editors of Radio Vatican, where the content and scope Pope words were either not understood or was deliberately trying to downplay this possible.

Text: Giuseppe Nardi Image: L'Osservatore Romano Link to katholisches... Editor's note: let's face it, Radio Vatican's coverage usually leaves a lot to be desired and a lot of it never makes it into English.

Rumors of a Coup in the News and Internet to Unseat Hollande Government

Published at 12:01AM, June 6 2013
Edit: the French Army hasn't been paid in months, and the sounds of discontent can be heard, bringing with them rumors that the Hollande government should be done away with. There have been several uprisings in France, in addition to May of 1968. Many Frenchmen feel that since that time, they have had enough of the Revolution and want stability.  Perhaps Catholic France wasn't as dead as many suppose?  Here are some of the highlights from La Voix de la Russie:

Movement Bloch. Addressing fellow citizens in a letter published on Francetvinfoin, a group of young officers who define themselves as such, have sworn oaths to belong to a different corps of the French army, pledged to defend their countrymen and the interests of France. Referring to Marc Bloch, these young officers rely on the spirit of resistance within the army, who has became their ideal today. For the record, we read in the letter that the Movement "Bloch denounced the maladministration of the army and the neglect of the French elite in the 1930s. Bloch was also an exemplary officer during two world wars, and part of the Resistance till when he was shot by the Nazis. We claim him because he was a true soldier and a lucid analyst through that precipitated the defeat in France." As a Dreyfusard, it's rather difficult, to say nothing of ironic, to link him to French Traditionalist Catholics, but that won't stop anyone from doing so. Still, it's easy to associate cries for the stability of the nation's defense with the reaction, and with legitimism in France.

Destruction of the French army. Already during 2011,we have read that 10,000 soldiers were deprived of their pay. "Premiums for dangerous missions are not paid, which represents a significant shortfall", complained the soldiers' families. In 2012, there are thousands of soldiers who have not yet received their salaries for the month of December, which could only tap into their savings to pay for Christmas. Regularly, many soldiers receive 150 euros a month to live. Debt, many people have been thrown into a catastrophic financial situation from bank overdrafts and having to live with their parents. The worst is that these civil servants are forbidden to give their personal opinion on the situation subject to disciplinary sanctions. Invideo posted on its website, which also evokes the secret defiance Lys Noir, General General Vincent Desportes explains that "in Mali, the Army fought with 40-year old equipment and with vehicles without air conditioning. Only 10% of the Army is up to standard. The French army is in the hands of the United States. That the United States will soon drop the need to save France and the French army because when you do not have defenses, you are attacked. The version of the White Paper in 2013 shows that the army will not be modernized."

Among the Spring demonstrators for France are the Veilleurs (Those keeping vigil, scroll down) who were arrested by the police, there are children of soldiers of the French army and many Catholics. These children of soldiers whose parents are responsible for sacrifice for France can not now accept and swallow that in their country they are treated like criminals. "The Veilleurs and 750 demonstrators were arrested during the French Spring" they say. Although the discourse in the online magazine Arsenal seems to go far in the hope of a military coup, it does not hide in how much of a deep malaise, the society is actually divided.

One Million Demonstrate in Paris Against "Same-sex Marriage" -- The Wondrous Numbers Games of the Media

(Paris) in the French capital, a mass rally was held on Sunday again Manif pour tous against the introduction of "gay marriage" and for the protection of the family instead. Again gathered more than a million people and covered in a peaceful protest march through Paris.

As mentioned in the previous rallies, the major media tried to ignore the rally, where they obviously downplay the frightening numbers of participants or to discredit the events. Of a million men, women, old and young, especially many young people and many families with their children were made by opinion-forming media in other countries into, "tens of thousands" (Tageschau, ARD), "tens of thousands of participants" (ORF [Austrian Broadcasting]). The Austrian Broadcasting Corporation was obviously not quite clear on the participation and internally never got sorted out. At first it was described as several thousand, then it was then "hundreds of thousands" and finally just "150,000" protesters.

How, as was the evidently wrong number of "150,000" participants concluded, all of which was reported in the leading media in France today? Riposte Catholique provides as an equally conclusive humorous explanation for the mysterious figure shrink game.

Everything is explained, says the Catholic website, through a simple "misunderstanding". Given the renewed mass participation in the protest against the socialist government and its social policy, the Home Office evidently sought a computing unit that somehow reduces the numbers of the protesters on to a "tolerable" level for the government and the media.

The organizers of the Manif pour tous count in Franks in France, while obviously expect the Prefecture of Paris and the Ministry of Interior count in Euros. According to the current exchange rate, € corresponds to 6.55057 francs. Therefore, the alleged by the prefecture 150,000 demonstrators is in reality resulting in 982,585 participants, which is considerably closer to the actual extent of participation that really was above a million.

Just a question of the arithmetic unit.

Priest Excommunicated for Membership In Masonic Lodge -- Church Infiltrated by Freemasons

(Paris) Freemasons in the Catholic Church have something in common with  El Diabolos: They both want to make you believe that he does not exist. The Vatican has now asked the Bishop of Annecy, Monsignor Yves Boivineau, to suspend the pastor  of Sainte Anne d'Arly-Montjoie of Megeve from his office. This is due to his membership in the Grand Orient of France. Abbè Pascal Vesin, 43 years old, was ordained a priest in 1996. He was initiated into a Masonic lodge and joined the Grand Orient, the largest Masonic order in France, such as Riposte Catholique reported in 2001. Ever since Abbé Vesin had tied on the apron of the  lodge, the lodge was his real home. Since then he has infiltrated the Catholic Church with Masonic ideas.
Rome's mills grind slowly, but they grind. In 2010, the Bishop of Annecy, this is the See of St. Francis de Sales, was informed of the lodge membership of this priest. The bishop asked and the priest denied. After 2011, it was evident he belonged to the lodge, the bishop then asked him to leave the Freemasonry, to exclusively to fulfill his priestly order. "Brother" Vesin relied on an "absolute freedom of conscience" and insisted that he can belong to both the Catholic Church and Freemasonry. [Familiar, isn't it?]
His benevolent bishop was prepared to continued to dialogue, so that the priest would reconsider its position. From the beginning, the aproned minister was informed about the planned ecclesiastical punishment. Since Vesin still clung to his lodge work, the Congregation made a decision in March. The bishop asked the Apostolic Nuncio as to the time necessary to inform his Priests. Three members of the Council were assigned the task to meet her "brother" Vesin. He still refused to leave the lodge.
Today, the Vicar-General met with the parish council of Megeve and explained these sanctions and made arrangements that the faithful will be informed at the Sunday Masses.
In the official press release of the Diocese, it was stated that "the penalty could be waived" if the priest  "unequivocally expressed his will to return to the Church."
Abbé, aka Brother Vesin, had represented progressivist positions as a priest in Megeve. He called for the abolition of celibacy, defended the secularization of state and society, artificial contraception and the introduction of "gay marriage". In January 2013, he publicly condemned people who were against the Taubira  bill, with which the socialist government was about to introduce the "gay marriage".
On Monday, the Diocese of Annecy has called a press conference on the Vesin case. Since yesterday, the former priest has been excommunicated. It is forbidden for him to receive the sacraments.

An Appeal to the Manif Pour Tous in France Against Aberromarriage

[Galliawatch] The Manif Pour Tous, on the occasion of the promulgating of the law known as "marriage for everyone", issued the following appeal to all Frenchmen concerned about the law and its consequences for France and for civiization:

This law consecrates the abolition of the fundamental principle of marriage between a man and a woman. It implies, through full adoption for everybody, that a child presumably can be born of two men or two women; it consecrates the law of gender despite the universal nature of feminine and masculine sexual identities. It is a major upheaval of civilization!

Note: "Gender" is a term imported to France from the United States. It refers to the fantasy that a baby is born "neutral" and is free to "choose" to be a man or a woman. This "gender theory" is now being taught in French schools.

We have not ceased, for many months, alerting Monsieur Hollande about what the stakes are. We are profoundly offended by the arrogance and the contempt displayed for months both by the president of the Republic and the ministers, the legislators and the CESE.

It's uncertain if these sorts of staged events win over anyone or discourage anyone, but this one certainly points to the demonic in our mind:

[Huffington Post] A topless activist of the FEMEN movement was arrested inside Notre Dame Cathedral Wednesday, one day after far-right essayist and historian Dominique Vesser committed suicide in the Paris landmark.

The bare-chested woman was photographed in front of the altar, pointing a fake gun at her mouth. The slogan "May Fascists Rest In Hell" was written across her torso.

FEMEN leader Inna Schevchenko commented to Le HuffPost that the protest was a message to "anyone who supports fascism and who honored the memory of the extreme-right militant who committed suicide at Notre Dame."

Church Vandalism Grows in France -- Thieves or Satanists?

(Paris) in France  acts of vandalism taken place against churches. One of the most recent cases occurred to the Church of Saint Jean Valence (Department of Drome) in southern France, the altar  was set on fire by criminals or Satanists.  The deed was committed on the 10th of May. The parish of Saint-Émilien to which the church belongs, stated: "On Friday, the 10th of May, it was severely damaged by arson, a church from the time of Saint-Jean. We pray for the perpetrators and we ask God to protect His Church. "
Saint Vaast broken TabernacleOn 17 Thus May the regional newspaper La Voix du Nord that was broken in the church of Saint Vaast Ecuires in northern France in the department of Pas-de-Calais. The tabernacle was broken into and a chalice and stole the cup with the consecrated hosts. To gain entry to the church, or the perpetrators then broke the main door, inside the door to the sacristy. They also stole a monstrance, a silver chalice, and the ciborium with the consecrated Hosts. . The loot had no particular value. "The symbolic damage is far greater than the value of the stolen items," the newspaper quoted the mayor Philippe Cousin as saying.
In both cases, the perpetrators are unknown. It is still unclear whether they were vandals, thieves or Satanists. Police are investigating.

The Bishop of Versailles Will Celebrate the Concluding Mass -- 2 Times 100 km: International Pentecost Pilgramage of Tradition Between Paris and Chartres

(Paris) Bishop Marie Eric Aummonier, Bishop of Versailles, is to be the celebrant at the Cathedral of Chartres to the conclusion of this year's International Pentecost Pilgrimage of the Ecclesia Dei communities in the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite on Whit Monday. This decision was announced, the organizers of the pilgrimage traditional Association Notre-Dame de Chrétienté. This is another sign that the traditional Catholics are perceived by the bishops of the region of Paris more and more as self-evidently part of the Church and recognized. The prelude was in 2010 by the Archbishop of Paris, Cardinal André Vingt-Trois, with a visit to the pilgrims in the large tent city of the three-day pilgrimage on foot, to be covered in approximately 100 kilometers from Paris to Chartres.

At Pentecost the two largest international traditional pilgrimages will take place at the same time. In addition to the pilgrimage of Fraternity of St. Peter and other Ecclesia Dei communities from Paris to Chartres, another pilgrimage takes place at the same time by the SSPX, which follows the exact opposite way from Chartres to Paris. Both pilgrimages originally go back to the same origin. As when the SSPX came to a break because Rome did not allow episcopal ordinations in 1988 and the Fraternity of St. Peter and the Ecclesia Dei communities emerged, also share the pilgrimage.

The pilgrimage of the Fraternity can use the cathedrals, which is why the Holy Mass is celebrated at the beginning in the cathedral of Paris and the conclusion is at the Cathedral of Chartres. The SSPX are still denied this, which is why Holy Mass is celebrated at the beginning of the pilgrimage outside the Cathedral of Chartres in the open air, as the concluding Mass at Les Invalides in Paris. At these two largest pilgrimages of tradition together, tens of thousands of believers will participate.

There are still free spots at the SSPX. The American group will be led by Father Patrick Rutledge.

Benedictine Abbey of Wisques Returns Back to Traditional Rite -- Colonization From Fontgambault with Bishop of Arras’ Approval

(Paris) The Bishop of Arras, Boulogne and Saint-Omer, Jean-Paul Jaeger and the Abbot Dom Jean Pateau of the Benedictine Abbey of Notre-Dame de Fontgombault, have sealed the takeover of the Benedictine abbey of Saint-Paul at Wisques. The Benedictine Abbey of Wisques is being repopulated by monks from Fontgambault at the end of the year. Thus this will also allow that this Abbey will return to the extraordinary form of the Roman rite.
As previously reported , a group of monks from Fontgombault has already spent several weeks in January at Wisques to consider making a takeover concrete. The main point of consideration are difficulties in  ensuring the survival of the Abbey of Saint Paul Wisques by its own power. The average age of the monks in Wisques is more than 75 years.
Benedictine WisquesThe abbey was founded in the second half of the 19th Century by Fontgombault. For this reason Fontgombault now been asked to ensure  with monks there the continued existence of the Abbey of Wisques and start with a new beginning of the abbey. Towards the end of the year monks from the Abbey Fontgombault will colonize and form a new convent with 18 monks, such as the website of the diocese of Arras, Saint-Omer Boulanger has announced. The new convent will elect its own abbot and prior.
The Abbey of Wisques thus joins the ranks of the monasteries of a tradition in which the  Holy Mass and the whole Divine Office,  the entire liturgy will be maintained in the traditional form and Gregorian Chant.

Hollande Refuses Speech at Art Museum Because of Christian Art Background

[Tempi] The location from which he was to have given his speech was in front of a large painting with Christian themes. When the museum officials wouldn't move or cover the "offensive" painting, Hollande then canceled his visit.

The Right and Left, the unemployed and protesters of gay marriage, all opponents of Francois Hollande had gathered April 28 in front of the Museum of Fine Arts in Rouen to protest against the policies of the socialist government. Here the French president was to inaugurate an exhibition on Impressionism accompanied by three government ministers two days ago, however, Hollande has canceled the visit.

AVOID THE DISPUTE. The French newspapers have advanced two hypotheses for the cancellation of the visit. The first is political. To avoid disputes, Hollande preferred to postpone, given that among the demonstrators there were many unemployed people ready to accuse the socialist president that unemployment in France has hit a new record: 3,000,000 and 224,000 French people are looking for work, according to data released yesterday by the national employment poll.

RELIGIOUS BACKGROUND. The second hypothesis is of very different character. In view of the president's visit, a government delegation made a visit to the museum to check where Hollande would have to give his speech. Since the "pulpit" was placed right in front of a huge canvas with a religious background, Christian to be precise, the delegation asked the organizers to move it. Impossible task, given the size of the painting. He was then asked it to be covered with a giant blue canvas.

Hollande AND CHRISTIANS. According to some newspapers, Hollande would have canceled the tour in order not to talk behind a Christian painting. Assumptions are unconfirmed but that would not be a unexpected, given that the socialist president is less than happy in his relationship with the Christian religion.

French Traditionalists Accused of Anti-Semitism

Edit: no good deed goes unpunished and even acts of charity are chastised and scrutinized by totalitarians in France as one report has it, at least one judge has some native common sense. Some people just don't have any concern for social justice:

Paris (Reuters) The mayor of Paris condemned the ruling and urged the police to appeal the ruling.

"Faced by this initiative which stinks of xenophobia, I want once again to express city hall's desire to fight all forms of discrimination, racism and anti-Semitism," mayor Bertrand Delanoe said in a statement.

The food handouts are organized by a nationalist group called Solidarity of the French (SDF). It says its "pig soup," which uses pork fat for stock, is country fare much loved by French traditionalists.

Adult Baptisms Grow 20% in France

French Catholics Demonstrate Against Gay Marriage on
April 6, 2013, Saturday
In France baptisms have grown in the last five years by 20 percent. There were about 5,000 adults baptized on Eastern Vigil in France.

This is from a press report of the French Bishops Conference on March, 25 2013.

The photo above was taken at a stations of the cross in France, protesting against gay marriage. This quote was from a commenter on the Facebook site of a defense of marriage site in France:

Peace will return to the world when the White Flower against sits on the throne of France…”
XII century, Prophesy of St. Hildegarde.
Note: In many professes, the Grand Monarch will be called “Flower of the Lilly” or “white flower”. The florentine lilly is a symbol of the monarchy of France.

A Million Frenchmen Protest Against Gomorrah Again

Michel Euler/Associated Press

Edit: not much publicity this time either. This time the protest is getting a bit on the violent side with the police using tear gas.  In January, millions of Frenchmen took to the streets to oppose the destruction of their society.   Reported by the New York Times, CBS, the Guardian.  They all assume that there is a “shrinking majority” of people opposed to this legislation, but other polls suggest differently. They also complain that the march turned violent, but failed to report that the police threw gas irrespective of the children in the way.  Hopefully this reverberates in other places.

Galliawatch is calling this the French Spring.
Hundreds of thousands of people gathered in central Paris on Sunday protesting against a draft law that allows same-sex couples to marry and adopt children, BBC reported.
The lower house of the French parliament, dominated by President Francois Hollande’s Socialist Party and its allies, adopted the bill last month and the Senate is set to debate on the draft law in April.
Protesters at first gathered along a major street leading to the Arc de Triomphe, but later hundreds of demonstrators spilled over onto the Champs Elysees prompting police to use tear gas and batons.

One Million Protest Marriage Equality in Paris: Rousing Success for French Bishops

Update 1.14.13 GMT 0423: originally, we said 650,000 protesters according to Austrian Catholic News Service, but now it's even higher than that.  Although Andrew Cusack doesn't give the Bishops any credit for this, he indicates reports that there are more than one million and maybe more.  The throngs even closed down traffic and a major sporting event.  The title is getting changed too, because a lot of people who are involved in this protest against marriage equality are not only not Catholic, but many of them are simply secularists who for various reasons find themselves opposed to this legislation. Cusack writes:

The protest today was organised by the eccentric comedian Frigide Barjot, founder of the Collectif pour l’humanité durable, joined by gay atheist Xavier Bongibault of the association Plus gay sans mariage (“More Gay Without Marriage”), and Laurence Tcheng of La gauche pour le mariage républicaine(“The Left for Republican Marriage”).

Edit: predictably, the English-speaking press is largely silent or unintersted.  The aberrosexual Huffington Post sets the number of participants at "thousands".  The BBC has been more accurate.  The Washington Post is predictable as well.  The Daily Mail , as usual, is better, points out that this is another real failure for the Socialist President Hollande and has an excellent photographic collage. Even the New York Times was more balanced than usual. This also comes on the heels of Hollande's increasing attacks against the Catholic Church.

Here's a translation from the Austrian Catholic News Service:

Paris, 1-13-2013 (KAP) With a demonstration this Sunday in Parish, more than 650,000 Frenchmen, as  organizers have reported, are demonstrating against the introduction of same-sex marriage.  The planners revealed that media reports are amazed at the size of the participants.  Even Church representatives with Cardinal Philippe Barbarin chief among them estimated far fewer.

Already in November France there were hundreds of thousands protesting against so-called homosexual marriage.  The organizer of the demonstration was the independent association "Manifpourtous".  A counter demonstration of those promoting same-sex marriage is planned for the 27th of January.

According to online media in consequence, there were at least a dozen prominent representatives of the conservative opposition party, UMP taking part in the demonstration.  Among them was the party president, Jean-Francois Cope and Ex-Minister of the Interior Brice Ortefeux as well as Euro Minister Laruent Wauqiez.  He wants to hold a plebiscite over the controversial proposal.

In the mean time according to media reports, 115 representatives of the National Assembly have written a petition to President Francois Hollande.  In view of the social divisiveness in this question a referendum is unallowable.

In the preparation with "Manifpourtous" -- Catholic Church representatives have been outspoken against the marriage of or adoption by aberrosexual pairs.  The President of the French Bishops' Conference, Cardinal Andre Vingt-Trois, came to the close of the demonstration at the Place Denfert-Rochereau (at the Eifel Tower) in order to express his thanks to the organizers. Even members of the world religions have been engaged against the broadening of the concept of marriage.

The Ministry Council had adopted a proposed law for the introduction of same-sex marriages and the right of adoption for aberrosexual pairs.  The National Assembly confirmed it at the end of January.  According to the Hollande's desire the new regulation should come into effect in the first half of the year.

In the meantime, the opinion research institute Ifop published a poll, according to which 62 percent of Frenchmen are of the opinion, that there is too much talk about "homosexual-marriage".  The theme takes up too large a space in the social debate, say the majority of those polled.

Note: there are also forces in this march which is readily evident from the photos that are also Revolutinoary, including Brigitte Bardot and her associates with their own opposition to the policies of the Socialist which overlap with the interests of the Church.

Hundreds of Thousands March in Paris to Defend Society

Edit: We'd reported earlier about France's people resisting an attempt to further destroy the family.  This was met mostly by silence in the press and this time is little different.  While the French Bishops are showing a remarkable willingness to fight against the decadent Socialist government of France as hundreds of thousands process against Gomorra, the French people are showing a willingness to respond to the Church's call.
[France24] Several hundred thousand people are expected to march through Paris on Sunday against the planned legalisation of same-sex marriage in the first mass protest against the unpopular President Francois Hollande.
Strongly backed by the Catholic hierarchy, lay activists have mobilised a hybrid coalition of church-going families, political conservatives, Muslims, evangelicals and even homosexuals opposed to gay marriage for the show of force.
So many are expected to converge on Paris from around France that police had organisers split it into three separate columns starting from different points around the city and meeting in the Champ de Mars park at the Eiffel Tower.

Record Number of New Entrants in the Seminary of the Old Rite Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest

(Gricigliano)  The Institute of Christ the King and Sovereign Priest has shown a record number of new entrants to the institute's own seminary.  The new year shows 20 candidates, who will begin their academic year 2012/2013.  Msgr Micheal Schmitz offered this in the November Letter of the Institute.

The Institute of Christ the King and Sovereign Priest, canonically instituted in 1990 is a society of Apostolic and Papal right.  The founder is the Champagne, France born priest Gilles Wach.  He was responsible for clerical professions of the priestly society Opus Sacerdotal founded in Lourdes in 1964, who during the confused post-Conciliar period seeked to strengthen an unabbreviated continuation of the faith under the motto Doctrina, Fortitudo, Pietas.

The Way of Traditional Priestly Formation -- Once to Africa and Back

In the 80s of the previous century Msgr Gilles Wach found himself incardinated in the Archdiocese of then Archbishop of Genoa, Giuseppe Cardinal Siri in Italy, as the situation in French seminaries was no longer satisfactory to ensure a priestly formation with the significance of Catholic Tradition.  After a call for help to the former Prefect of the Congregation of Faith, Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger, and the then emeritus Prefect of the Congregation of Clergy, Silvio Cardinal Oddi, it came to the founding of a new society which was obligated to offer the Tridentine Mass in 1988.

The canonical recognition of the Society of Apostolic Life followed in 1990 through the then Bishop of Moil in Gabun, because of the difficulties then for communities connected to Tradition.  Msgr Cyraique-Simeon Obama had been a student of Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre in Libreville.  Since then, Msgr Wach became General Prior of the Institute.

Establishment of the General House of the Priestly Seminary in Gricigliano

With the help of Augustinus Cardinal Mayer OSB structures were found in Tuscany which were lent by the Benedictine Abbey of Fontgambault.  In 1991 the then Archbishop of Florence, Silvano Cardinal Piovanelli published the necessary decree for the foundation of a General House and a priestly seminary for the Institute.  Thus the new society could come from Africa to Europe and settle in the small town of Pontassieve in the Archdiocese of Florence.  In Gricigliano, a part of the city is located the Gernal House and the Seminary of St. Philipp Neri of the Institute.  Since then the Institute has experienced enormous growth.

The Institute numbers 61 priests, six deacons and more than 80 seminarians.  Msgr Wach found important support in the building of a community which brings the Institute to the German speaking areas.  The settlement of the German District of the Institute is located in Bavarian, Gmain.  The Institute follows the form of Choirmasters and Monastic Scholars.

The 2008 Recognition of the Soceity of Apostolic and Papal Right

In 2006 the Institute established the Heart of Jesus Society as a lay association of the faithful for the spiritual support of the Institute.  In 2008 the Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest was recognized by the Papal Commission Ecclesia Dei as a Society of Apostolic Life and Papal Right.  The Institute celebrated the Holy Mass and cared for the Liturgy of the Hours completely in the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite.  A female branch of contemplative sisters also belongs to the community.

The Mission of the Institute of Christ the King and Sovereign Priest  " is the honor of God and the sanctification of priests in the service of the Church and souls. Its specific aim is missionary: to spread the reign of our Lord Jesus Christ in all spheres of human life. Our work is carried out under the patronage of the Immaculate Conception, to Whom the Institute is consecrated."

Up to 500,000 Demonstrate in France Against Gomorrah

Edit:  Although the media are saying thousands, there may be as many as half a million protesting this.   Here is a report from La Parisienne, courtesy of Gallia Watch, apparently not everyone in France is as "enlightened" as those in the United States, which overwhelmingly gave its approval for such things amid massive voter fraud:

Le Parisien reports that between 6,000 and 8,000 persons demonstrated in Marseille, proving that there are more than just drug dealers in the beleaguered city. However, counter-demonstrators unfurled a banner that read:

"Your model of society is dead, welcome to Sodom and Gomorrha".

Certainly the French Bishops deserve much credit for this one. Their response has been steady, united and consistent leading up to this event.  It's certainly more than can be said of the US Bishops who singularly failed to make a victorious showing during the US Fall elections. One commenter on Gallia Watch soberly replies:

I think the resistance to this in the US has pretty much collapsed. The Cold War is long over, it's time to recognize that the US is essentially neo-Bolshevist and is the great revolutionary threat in the world today.

Here's a video outlining what's happened:
