Evil and Modernist Canonist of Manchester Initiates Lolsuit Against Gary Voris

Edit: here's my five centavos on this lawsuit against Voris and Company.  While I really dislike Voris' biased, untruthful attacks against the SSPX, I am glad that he's trying to help Brother Andre and the Slaves of the Immaculate.  It's a shame that the usual suspects are using the corrupt Catholic hierarchy in New Hampshire to attack a ministry they don't like.  In an article a commenter left in the comments section of the previous page, the Union Leader, the facetious journalist made a big deal out of the anti-Semitic dispositions of the Saint Benedict Center and Brother Andre, even alleging that the original reconciliation of the Slaves was the result of Brother Francis Maluf renouncing his "anti-Semitism" and removing several articles about the usual suspects from his blog.  I refuse to believe that.  It's amazing that a tiny religious minority (2% of the population) can bring so much weight down upon a religious organization that dares to criticize it.  Clearly, we don't have Freedom of the Press any more where the privileges of a certain Cosmopolitan group come to fore.  Anyway, the next time someone asks you to renounce your anti-Semitism, ask them if they'll renounce their anti-Catholicism.

At any rate, doesn't "Father" Georges de Laire's intended lawsuit against Church Militant remind anyone of the time when Basilian, Thomas Rosica, attempted to sue fellow Canadian, traditionalist mincer, Vox Cantoris?  This is about as ridiculous on the part of de Laire.

Here's de Laire, mincing to the Gospel lectern.  It looked for a moment like he was going to fall at 18:02.  But I ask you, how can a man make the charges against the SBC while living a posh lifestyle in his million dollar getaway resort, and tolerating a disrespectful and discraceful "liturgy" like this?  It's hard to believe this is supposed to be a Catholic Mass.

It would be a shame if any of you jerks called up the chancery, or left a message for the "incompetent canon" George de Laire on his phone 603-236-7272 or on Linkedin.  Also, and I'm not recommending this, contact Mary Averil, it looks like she actually runs the Diocese of Manchester at 603-663-0185.

I looked at the webpage for the Diocese of Manchester and it's hard to figure out who's responsible for it.  Lots of foreigners and permanent dad and granddad deacons in the clergy section too.

Michael Voris Finally Gets Sued

Edit: I’ll bet Voris didn’t see this coming, but just as we said earlier, it was coming. The far-left NHR even sites the Communist SPLC as a legitimate news source. The intended target in this case, might just be as bad as Voris says he is. It’s hard to pick who to root for here.

Update 11/21/2023: the NHReporter doesn’t seem to exist and when I clicked on it, I got a bogus virus message. I removed the link and replaced the article with another publication, the New Hampshire Union Leader.

[NHReporter] Judicial Vicar Rev. Georges de Laire filed a federal lawsuit against the far-right news outlet Church Militant this week, claiming the outlet published “recklessly false” statements about de Laire after a notorious radical sect was disciplined by the New Hampshire diocese.

Gary Michael Voris, who goes by Michael Voris in his internet videos, runs Church Militant, a website that reports on Catholic news and politics. Voris' outlet published videos and articles calling de Laire “emotionally unstable,” stating de Laire is incompetent, and implying he’s corrupt, according to the lawsuit filed in the United States District Court in Concord on Friday.
The lawsuit states that Voris started his campaign against de Laire in January of 2019 after the diocese barred the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary from calling themselves Catholic and put the group under discipline.

More Aberrosexual Bishops Coming Up! Bergoglio Might Appoint Cupich to Congregation of Bishops

Blase Cupich is the confidante who informs Pope Francis about the situation in the USA.
As Prefect of the Congregation of Bishops, he could soon choose the type of bishops desired by Francis.

(Rome) Cardinal Marc Ouellet, prefect of the Roman bishop-kon-gre-ga-ti-on , will be soon be replaced. The successor in the conversation is Cardinal Blase Cupich, the leader of the progressive bishops in the American Bishops' Conference.

The French-Canadian Ouellet, a member of the Sulpician Order (PSS), is one of the few “Ratzingerians” who have remained in top Roman positions. As a cardinal prefect he is officially responsible for the appointment of bishops. Although he was initially expected to be replaced after the conclave, Ouellet remained in office and dignity. However, it quickly became clear that his influence was reduced to a minimum. Pope Francis selects the candidates for the appointment of bishops according to his own criteria and through his own channels and above all by bypassing the official channels. Just like Francis the published the controversial post-synodal letter Amoris laetitia with complete circumvention of the then CDF Gerhard Müller and the Motu proprio Magnum Principium without any contact with Cardinal Robert Sarah, the competent prefect of the Office of Divine Worship, so it happens since 2013 with Cardinal Ouellet in the appointment of bishops.

Ouellet recently played a role in connection with the allegations made by Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò, the former Apostolic Nuncio in the United States, in connection with the McCarrick case against Pope Francis. When the Holy See denied Archbishop Viganó's revelations in autumn 2018 and Pope Francis declared that he could not remember, the Apostolic Nuncio cited Cardinal Ouellet as a witness for the prosecution.

Cardinal Marc Ouellet

For Cardinal Ouellet, after all the Pope's minister, this created a highly explosive situation. The Cardinal Prefect responded on October 7, 2018 with an open letterIn it he chose a double strategy. On the one hand, he vigorously reprimanded Archbishop Viganò for the nature of his approach. That sounded like a decided distancing and was communicated by the media. But that was only one aspect. At the same time, the Canadian purple bearer confirmed much of what Archbishop Viganò had revealed in the matter. He was silent about the rest. The former nuncio had attested to Cardinal Ouellet that he was not involved in the dirty McCarrick case, but at the same time urged him to "bear witness to the truth". In June 2013, the cardinal himself had received important information from Viganò and had such information on the McCarrick case, including as prefect of the Congregation of Bishops.

And Ouellet really did that: in his open letter he defended Pope Francis against the public accusations, but at the same time confirmed them. Katholisches.info wrote on October 8, 2018:

“Cardinal Ouellet did not contradict Viganò's statement that he had informed Pope Francis on June 23, 2013 about the 'perverse and diabolical' double life of Cardinal McCarrick. On the contrary. He accepts this statement by the former nuncio as fact. However, he exculpated the Pope, because on that day he received a number of nuncios in audience for the first time and would have received 'such a large amount of information' from them that with the best will in the world, he could not have noted all the names and concerns . "Ouellet's defense seemed like an indictment to Francis. As Pope he did not have to answer and thanks to the media protection he was able to sit out a McCarrick case himself.

On June 28th, the purple bearer from the Diocese of Amos in Québec will turn 77. Pope Francis tacitly granted him an extension in office beyond his 75th birthday. A sign of papal goodwill. Francis can accept the canonically required resignation that Ouellet submitted in June 2019. In the meantime the voices are growing that Francis should replace the cardinal with a loyal follower. The name of Cardinal Blase Cupich has recently been used for this, the Archbishop of Chicago. The reason for this is that on January 30th, on the same day, both Cardinal Ouellet and Cardinal Cupich were received in audience. A direct connection cannot be deduced from this. However, one was made by CNA on February 2nd.

The audience certainly served to ensure that Cupich informed the Pope about the current political situation in the USA ten days after Joe Biden was sworn in. It is characteristic of the current pontificate that Francis did not receive the President of the bishops' conference for it, but his confidants. Immediately after the inauguration, there was an indirect exchange of blows between the chairman of the Bishops' Conference, Archbishop José Horacio Gomez, and a group of progressive bishops around Cardinal Tobin. Monsignor Gomez had criticized Biden's abortion agenda as incompatible with Catholic teaching, while the progressive group made a statement in support of Biden's gay agenda.

The appointment of the " progressive outsider" as bishop of the most important diocese in the USA caused a sensation in September 2014. Since then Cupich is regarded as the leader of the American Bishops' Confernece, as Francis apppoints a monolithic group of progressive bishops.

Cupich is one of Pope Francis' confidants, which would speak for his appointment. Speaking against it is that he would have to vacate his position within the US Bishops' Conference. There the Redemptorist Joseph Cardinal Tobin has emerged as a progressive spokesman. Francis appointed Tobin to the Archdiocese of Newark at the end of 2016 and created him cardinal that same year, before his inauguration in his new diocese. Both Cupich and Tobin are representatives of a homophile agenda.

Msgr. Robert Prevost OSA

The unnamed Vatican source cited by the CNA named Msgr. Robert Francis Prevost from Chicago as another option that Francis considered. Prevost was Superior General of the Augustinian Order (OSA) for twelve years . He has headed the Peruvian Diocese of Chiclayo as Bishop since 2014 and has also been Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Callao since 2020. In November 2020, Francis appointed him one of the few purpless members of the Congregation of Bishops.

Overall, according to the same source quoted by CNA tend to Francis, however, more to the first option: the appointment of Cardinal Cupich the new Cardinal Prefect of the Congregation of BishopsThat has to do not only with his rank, but even more to do with the signal associated with it, which type of bishop Francis wants.

Former Overstock CEO: Trump Threatened with 'JFK Treatment'

By David Martin

In January it was widely suspected that Trump was threatened with assassination around the time of the inauguration, which would account for his disappearance and constant relocating at that time. He was like a man in a trench dodging bullets. The deep-state wanted no interference with the Biden inauguration.

There is even a report that in the wee hours of January 26 a sniper’s bullet struck a panoramic casement window on the east wall of Trump’s bedroom at his Mar-a-Lago estate. "The round might have slain Trump had he not recently replaced tempered glass with Blast Structures International’s bullet resistant glass," realrawnews reporter Mike Baxter said. https://realrawnews.com/2021/01/trump-assasination-foiled-deep-state-in-panic-mode/

It's now reported by former Overstock.com CEO Patrick Byrne that "someone very much in Trump's inner circle" told him that "Melania had been warned by a government official that if Trump served another term he would be JFK’ed" and that "it may even have been someone in the Secret Service" who said this. https://www.deepcapture.com/2021/02/how-djt-lost-the-white-house-chapter-4-the-christmas-doldrums-december-23-noon-january-6/

According to Byrne, "The threat included another family member as well" and "Melania was begging Donald not to fight, and simply to concede and get out of Washington with his family."

On the flipside, Trump is making a comeback as promised. LifeSiteNews reported on February 4 that the Trump team has continued its legal proceedings against Biden for having engaged in massive electoral fraud during the 2020 presidential election and that Trump has won 2/3 of all court cases adjudicated thus far. Trump is winning election lawsuits, in case you haven’t heard

Clearly, this contest isn't over. With Trump's renewed courage and plenty prayers to back him, there is a chance that Biden's inauguration could be nullified so that Trump can continue another four years as president.

"Is the Anemic French Church Really Prepared to go to War Against the Traditionalists Again?"

(Rome / Paris) Abbe Claude Barthe, the spiritual assistant of the
International Pilgrimage Summorum Pontificum and editor of the journal Res Novae, analyzed in an interview the summary of a redactor, which put together the individual responses of the French bishops to questionnaires Summorum Pontificum to a negative overall opinion to Rome.

In Spring 2020, the Roman Congregation for the Doctrine and the Faith sent a questionaire to all diocesan bishops and territorial superiors in the world to review of the implementation of the Motu Proprio Summorum Pontificum.

The answer had to be given by July 31, which was negative in France. Overall, despite positive feedback, the French bishops spoke out against an extension of the motu proprio. Katholisches.info reported: French Episcopal Conference Judged Summorum Pontificum Negatively.

The French Bishops' Conference decided in advance that the 95 diocesan bishops, including Military Ordinaries, should transmit  their answers to the General Secretariat of the Episcopal Conference. A ten-page summary was created there, replacing the individual answers.

Worldwide Illumination at Hand

By David Martin

With chaos and spiritual darkness rapidly ensuing in the wake of the heisted 2020 presidential election, people everywhere are having ominous forebodings of a coming divine intervention prophesied of old.

Prophecy has it that there is to come upon humanity The Warning, an explosive, worldwide occurrence of unprecedented magnitude that will shake the entire planet. According to a number of past mystics who were given prophetic insight into the Warning, this event will be seen and experienced everywhere by all peoples and will be universally acknowledged as having come from the All-Powerful. It will be the final warning to man before the coming of the great and final chastisement, which will consist of nuclear World War III and the Three Days Darkness. (2 Peter 3:10)

Pope Francis: "Traditionalism Can Be Cured"

The CNS will be 100 years old in 2020: When the Pope received him, Francis looked deeply.

(Rome) Pope Francis receive representatives of Catholic News Service (CNS) on Monday, the press agency of the American Bishops' ConferenceHe likes to “joke”, as some in Rome want to suggest. But even if Francis is joking, assuming he was really joking, he does it in a cryptic way. In this case, too.

The occasion for the reception was the hundredth anniversary of the CNS and its predecessors since 1920. First of all, the head of the Church warned the media brokers of divisions, because these would lead “nowhere”. It is also the task of the media to overcome divisions instead of fueling sensationalism and scandal.

"A divided church is not the Church, it is not the true Church."

"I think so. You think that way. We can discuss it, but with the same heart. Support the unity. Encourage you, no cleavage, because journalism has four major sins, namely: disinformation, slander, defamation and Coprophilia" as Rome Reports reported. At the same time, Francis praised the work of the Church in the United States, calling it "brave, generous, and humble."

He also said what he meant by that:

“She welcomes immigrants. What the church does for immigrants is huge, isn't it? She is generous because the Church in the United States has many economic opportunities and is generous in helping. "

Francis went on to say:

The Church in the United States “is very much alive, very very much alive. There may be traditionalist groups, but we also have them here in the Vatican. That can be cured."

Disruptive factor "traditionalism"

The most important criterion of a "living" Church is therefore, according to Francis, a policy of unrestricted mass immigration. Francis promotes this as a main agenda of his pontificate since July 2013, when he for visited the Italian Mediterranean island of LampedusaThe head of the Church has not yet named aspects that restrict a “right” to immigration.

The scientific theorist and former President of the Italian Senate, Marcello Pera, a personal friend of Benedict XVI, therefore raised the accusation against Francis in July 2017 of “hating” the West and wanting to “destroy” it.

Francis named “traditionalist groups” as a disruptive factor for a “living Church”, but traditionalism “can be cured”. What Francis put in a joking tone was actually a deliberate degradation of that part of the Church. Once again he made it clear who, above all, he dislikes. The negative tone of the statement is exacerbated by the comparison with other statements of the Pope. He implied that "traditionalism" was something that needed to be cured, in short, something sick. When did a Pope talk like this about bishops, priests and believers in the Church?

The allusion to the media representatives of the American Episcopal Conference receives special significance, since Francis this Bishops' Conference took on years ago the battle for control. In contrast to the western states of Europe, the culture war between left and right, conservative and progressive, has not been decided in the USA. Francis is aware of the importance of this fact to the rest of the western world and the world as a whole. He wants to grind this bastion and intensify the fight against the "religious rightists" in the USA after the election of Donald Trump.

Then Francis joked about his sciatica problems. His doctor told them:

"But go to the Angelus so they don't say you are dead."

Demonic French Episcopacy is Significantly Negative About Summorum Pontificum -- Blind to Crashing Numbers of Priestly Vocations and Lay Participation in French Church Overall

France's Bishops' Conference turns out to be blind in one eye and judges Summorum Pontificum mostly negatively.

(Paris) The majority of France's bishops believe the Motu proprio Summorum Pontificum brought good fruit. The corresponding questionnaire of the Congregation for the Doctrine and the Faith answered the French Bishops' Conference in the negative and sets itself apart from the overall positive tone of the feedback.

In April 2020, the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith sent a questionaire to all diocesan bishops and superiors Motu proprio Summorum Pontificum. Then in 2007, Benedict XVI restored the traditional Rite to validity and scope in the Latin Church, as it had been denied it since the liturgical reform of 1969/70. The questionnaire is used by Rome to take stock of the implementation of the motu proprio and the experiences surrounding it.

Bergoglio’s CDF Clears Habitual Aberrosexual Bishop Who Preyed on Children for Decades

Bishop Joseph Hart, the abuser exonerated by Rome.

(Rome) The Roman Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith relieved an American Bishop of the charge of sexual abuse. The decision is astonishing.

Msgr. Joseph Hubert Hart was Bishop of Cheyenne Diocese, Wyoming State, from 1978 to 2001. Serious allegations of homosexual abuse led to his early retirement in 2001. Twenty years later, the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, those responsible for serious offenses, judged the case differently. Although only some of the allegations were considered, the victim side gave the impression that the bishop had been washed clean.

Joseph Hart was ordained a priest of the Diocese of Kansas City in 1956 and was ordained by Pope Paul VI in 1976

and appointed auxiliary bishop of Cheyenne. Two years later, the same Pope, Hart was 46 years old at the time, appointed him bishop of this diocese.

At the age of 70, Msgr. Hart was retired by Pope John Paul II on September 26, 2001. The first allegations of homosexual abuse reached the public as early as 1989. They were referring to the early 1970s when he served as a priest in the Diocese of Kansas City. At the time, he volunteered for treatment in Arizona. It was attested that he posed no threat to himself or to

others. These details became known only after his retirement.

In 1977, when Hart was already Auxiliary Bishop of Cheyenne,

he was also accused of homosexual abuse there. He is said to have forced a 14 year old boy to undress several times. In the same year, however, he was acquitted in a diocesan

investigation.

Later other victims came forward who testified to have been homosexually abused by Hart at the time. The internal diocesan procedure that had led to his discharge later proved to be flawed. Mgr. David Ricken, who was to become Hart's coadjutor in 1999 and his successor as Bishop of Cheyenne in 2001, was responsible for the proceedings. He was accused of covering up Hart's homosexuality.

After his retirement, new allegations related to the years

1973/74 were added. In 2008, the Diocese of Kansas City paid

$ 10 million in compensation to 47 victims of clergy abuse, including Harts.

New allegations: Rome takes action

Four more cases became known in summer 2019, bringing the

number of Hart victims known by name to more than a dozen. In the wake of the new revelations, it came to light that Hart was bringing male children and teenagers between the ages of twelve and seventeen to a house on Lake Viking, Missouri, owned by another homosexual abuser, Father Thomas O'Brien.

An older and a younger recording of Rev. Thomas O'Brien, who died in 2013

O'Brien was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Kansas City in 1950. Like Hart, he had Saint Meinrad SeminaryVisited in Indiana. The allegations against O'Brien, who died in the priesthood in 2013, date back to the early 1960s. At Lake Viking, he is said to have abused victims, sometimes together with Hart and a third priest. The youngest victim O'Brien was accused of abusing was seven years old at the time the abuse began. The priest, who preferred to work in schools and boarding schools, gave the boys, “often twelve years of age and under”, to drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana and showed them porn films. He then threatened them to keep silent if they “didn't want to go to hell”.

Hart and O'Brien knew each other from Saint Meinrad Seminary, a seminary in Indiana, which they had visited. Shortly before his death, O'Brien agreed in an out-of-court settlement to pay $ 2 million in compensation for pain and suffering to the family of one of his victims who committed suicide at the age of 14. Hart used the house on Lake Viking until he came to Cheyenne as a bishop.

The Roman trial against Bishop Hart

In the Hart case, it became known in June 2019 that canonical proceedings would be initiated with the approval of Pope Francis. For delicta graviora , serious offenses which makes it the responsibiltiy if the Roman Congregation . As the diocese of Cheyenne announced last Monday, the bishop emeritus was exonerated by the Congregation in seven cases. Five other cases can no longer be proven "with moral certainty" and the two remaining cases, which concern homosexual contact with male adolescents aged 16 and 17, and were not heard by the Church because they were not mionors at the time of the alleged abuse.

Hart, now 89 years old, denied all allegations to the Holy See.

Statement by Bishop Biegler on the decision of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith

The incumbent Bishop of Cheyenne, Monsignor Steven Biegler, emphasized that the Vatican did not say in the decision that Hart was innocent, but that there was insufficient evidence that he was guilty. The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, according to Bishop Biegler, bases its decision on the judgment of priests and bishops, who are canon law experts, and in the last instance on the Pope.

The international press agency Associated Press ( AP) recalled in a report on Monday that the allegations against Hart essentially correspond to those against Theodore McCarrick, the retired Archbishop of Washington, who was stripped of his cardinal dignity in 2018 and who was restored to lay status in 2019.

Neither the Vatican case against McCarrick nor that against Hart were public. The fact that the diocese of Kansas City reached Hart's financial settlement with ten victims, there was no prosecution by the prosecution.

As Bishop Biegler von Cheyenne emphasized in his statement, Hart was reprimanded by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith for having shown a lack of prudence as a priest and as a bishop by staying in his private home alone with minors and traveling under the same conditions. In doing so, he ran the risk of not fulfilling his obligation to keep the necessary distance and of causing nuisance among the believers.

Hart was warned to comply with the sanctions previously imposed by the Vatican, which prohibit him from contact with minors and from staying in seminaries. Nor can he take part in public acts. In doing so, the diocese indicated that the aforementioned restrictions still apply.

Bishop Steven Biegler is one of the nine progressive US bishops who stabbed the US bishops' conference in the back on the same day he issued the statement on Bishop Hart and issued a de facto declaration of support for Joe Biden's gay agenda.
