Pope's New Ceremoniare is From the Family of Mary

Monsignor Lubomir Welnitz, priest of the Work of Jesus the High Priest (OJSS), is the pope's new ceremoniare.
(RomeLast Sunday, 14 June, the Vatican Press Office announced the appointment of a new papal ceremonial officer. It is the Slovak priest Monsignor Lubomir Welnitz, who has already worked with the Office for the Liturgical Celebrations of the Pope.

Father Welnitz is a member of the Work of Jesus the High Priest (OJSS), which was founded by the Tyrolean priest Paul Maria Sigl and recognized as a priestly association by the Roman Congregation of Clergy in 2008. This association of priests originated from the charity Pro fratribus for the church of the Slovak underground bishop Paul Maria Hnilica (1921-2006), which was persecuted in the Eastern Bloc. Bishop Hnilica was ordained a priest in 1950 because of the Communist persecution of the Church in what was then Czechoslovakia, and in 1951 he was also a bishop.

After the collapse of the  Communist dictatorships, the relief organization was re-established as an international association of the faithful through the cooperation of Bishop Hnilica and P. Sigl under the name Pro Deo et fratribus – Family of Mary and recognized by Rome in 1995. This includes the Order of the Apostolic Sisters of the Family of Mary (FM).

The Association of Priests, the Order of Women and the Lay Community share the Marian, apostolic and missionary charism. The Seminary of the Community is located in Rome, the mother house of the Order of Women in Slovakia. The Community is currently active worldwide in Italy, the Federal Republic of Germany and Austria, Switzerland, France and the Netherlands, Slovakia and the Czech Republic, as well as Uruguay, Kazakhstan and Russia. In Bohemia, they took over the former Servite monastery of Gratzen (Novy Hrady), where Bishop Hnilica died in 2006, and in the Gratzen Eraland, they look after the Marian Shrine of Mary Trost in Brünnl (Dobri Voda), also known as Maria Brünnl, which was exemplarily renovated by the community.
Under the direction of Monsignor Guido Marini, the Master of Ceremonies of the Pope, Father Welnitz is now active with eight ceremonares: Pier Enrico Stefanetti, Diego Giovanni Ravelli, Marco Agostini, Massimiliano Matteo Boiardi, Vincenzo Peroni, Jon Dubina and Fr. Krzysztof Marcjanowicz.

Monsignor Welnitz, born in 1977, studied at the Pontifical University of Saint Thomas Aquinas in Rome, where he received his doctorate in canon law. He then entered the ministry of the Apostolic Penitentiary and was elevated to monsignor under Pope Benedict XVI.

Fr. Welnitz will continue his previous work at the Apostolic Penitentiary as an official and as secretary of Cardinal Grand Penitentiary Mauro Piacenza.

U.S. Bishops Funding Rebel Groups Behind Race Riots

By David Martin

Throughout the years it has been reported how the Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD) is a Communist front organization working inside the Church through fallen and misled bishops. Under the pretext of loving the poor and hungry, the CCHD embezzles Church monies to fund contraception, abortion, and homosexuality.

But now the latest. The U.S. Catholic bishops through the CCHD are funding Communist organizations like BLM that promote race riots and whose objectives are to not only defund but to kill our police. The Lepanto Institute headed by Michael Hichborn has pointed to a number of groups that have received money from the CCHD and are now agitating against law and order in the United States amid the riots in the wake of the death of George Floyd.

Among the revolutionary groups funded by the CCHD are the New Orleans Workers’ Center for Racial Justice (NOWCRJ), the Workers’ Center of Central New York, and the Chicago based People’s Lobby Education Institute.

An investigation conducted by the Lepanto Institute in 2015 found that "at the very core of the CCHD is a philosophy of revolutionary leftist ideologies." Both the NOWCRJ and the Workers’ Center of Central New York display the Communist clenched fist as their logo.

While the USCCB is helping to fund the civil violence that has had the nation on alert for the past three weeks, they in turn are funded "by the generous support of Catholics in the United States, especially through an annual parish collection." (USCCB statement) Well intending Catholics put their money in the basket on Sunday, and this in turn is being used to rob America of life and liberty.

The Blessed Virgin at Fatima warned that if Russia was not consecrated to Her Immaculate Heart, the errors of Russia would spread throughout the world and into the Church. Her prophecy has come to pass right on target. The network of CCHD-funded groups promoting civil violence and radical ideological agendas under the guise of justice shows to what extent the forces of Communism have entrenched themselves in the Church.

The foregoing of course is no reflection of the Catholic Church but simply reflects how it has been infiltrated and subverted by its enemies. It is yet another reminder of the urgency that the pope and bishops gather on one day to consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary as She asked be done.

Not All Black Lives Matter

Edit: from Orbis Catholicus who shared this piece from Lawrence Hill's FB. These #Woke medical professionals were having a Black Lives Matter rally outside of University Hospital. I was nervous, but had some words for them. Notice how quiet they got when I mentioned blacks killed by other blacks, as well as abortion. https://www.facebook.com/lawrence.hill.18847/videos/574820473238794/ AMDG

Voris backs down

It seems today there is no greater indication of cowardice than cowering to charges of racism.   Today, Gary Voris apologized multiple times for calling the Archbishop of D.C. The African Queen.

Is he that nervous about being called a racist or did his underpaid attorney, Budgie Niles get to him?

David Haas Composer of The Liturgical Renewal Accused of Being a Predator

Surrounding me they compassed me about: and in the name of the Lord I have been revenged on them. They surrounded me like bees, and they burned like fire among thorns: and in the name of the Lord I was revenged on them. Being pushed I was overturned that I might fall: but the Lord supported me. The Lord is my strength and my praise: and he is become my salvation. The voice of rejoicing and of salvation is in the tabernacles of the just.

Edit: David Haas is an Dark Catholic crooner who makes really disposal advertising jingles for the Dark Church.  You might even say they are, "intrinsically disordered." He collaborates in part of a destructive, saccharine troika with Michael Joncas (Beagle’s Wings) and Marty Haugen whose music is published in the ubiquitous Gather Hymnal and Oregon Catholic Press.  They were, along with the Saint Louis Jesuits, the mostly aberrosexual troubadours of the Liturgical Renewal.

It is my enormous pleasure to announce that some individuals have stepped forward to accuse the huckster of sexual harassment.

We received this comment two years ago. It’s starting to look like it’s being substantiated:
  1. David Haas is a adulterer who seduced and had "Hotel" meetings with someone who is my best friend for about 1 year. He said he in an email I personally read that he does not practice what he preaches. He did this while he was married and maintained a secret affair. He would play at the church and then play in the back dim lit hallways of hotels with my friend. He and his commercialized music are a disgrace but will say I see why they sell and that's what is all about to him. Nothing but money and sales and secret meetings.

Haas' victims weren't children, but one of them was as young as 19. The Archdiocesan spokesman said:

“In November of 2018, the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis received two reports that Mr. Haas acted inappropriately with two adult women at a recent event in another state. Both women complained that Mr. Haas’ conduct that evening made them feel uncomfortable. Mr. Haas denied misconduct. In 1987, the Archdiocese had received a complaint alleging that David Haas had made an unwelcomed sexual advance toward a young adult woman, which he also denied,” archdiocesan spokesman Tom Halden told CNA.

It's ironic that the propagandist for the Dark Church is apparently only preying upon women.  At present there are no lawsuits, but what is also unclear is what his relationship will be at various High Schools and "Catholic" Colleges he's worked in. Some people are calling for removing his music from hymnals.  Why stop there?  Could this be a moratorium on the so-called Liturgical Renewal?

One thing that isn't going to be immediately noticed by the official Catholic media is Haas' connection to Saint John's Abbey and its abuse of the Liturgy and heterodox teaching.  There is as yet no response from Saint John's Abbey about their fellow collaborator.  The Abbey awarded this song trio (Haugen, Haas and Joncas) with the Pax Christi Award in 2017.  Fellow predator, Father Anthony Ruff, despite being very musical in the new line, also has issues with preying on a subordinate around 2000.   St. John's also dismissed the artistic director of its Boy's Choir. It took a year. This is of course not to neglect to mention that Saint John’s Abbey is a warehouse for sexual predators.

Open Letter to Archbishop José Gomez

By David Martin

Your Excellency:

With all due respect for your attempts to stop the spread of COVID-19, the faithful of the Los Angeles Archdiocese feel betrayed that you allowed state officials to step in and impose a political lockdown of the Church. And while the reopening of the Church is finally in motion, it is loaded with regulation and restrictions that are coming from the state, not from Almighty God. You seem to have forgotten that the Church is not bound to the state, and this would especially apply when the state officials are accomplices to crime.

Certainly you must know that Governor Newsom and Mayor Garcetti were calling for a disbanding of the police for the purpose of encouraging race riots. Newsom told Black protesters last week, "I want you to know that you matter. To those who want to express themselves [riotously]... keep doing it. Your rage is real."

The Purge of Catholic Bishops in Argentina Continues

Cornice and towers of San Luis Cathedral in Argentina.
City (1594), province (1820) and diocese (1934) are named after the holy King Louis IX. named by France.
(Rome / Buenos Aires) On June 9, Pope Francis accepted the resignation of Monsignor Pedro Daniel Martínez Perea as Bishop of San Luis in Argentina. The Vatican propaganda speaks of “resignation”. Since Bishop Martínez Perea is only 64 years old, it is more accurate to say that he was resigned by Francis.

Msgr. Martínez Perea, born in the city of Mendoza in 1956, was ordained a priest in 1981 for his home diocese. In 1986 he moved to the neighboring diocese of San Rafael, where he was incardinated. San Rafael was created in 1961 by dividing the diocese of Mendoza. Since 1973, the Bishop of San Rafael was the Ukrainian-born Monsignor Leon Kruk, who founded the diocesan seminary and saw national identity and the Christian faith as an inseparable unit. In the troubled years of the transition from military dictatorship to democracy, Bishop Kruk was a contact point for priests who were faithful to the Church and who opposed the subversive activities of the followers of Marxist theology of liberation. Bishop Kruk was killed in a traffic accident in 1991.

The special case of San Luis

In 2009 Pope Benedict XVI appointed Don Pedro Martínez Perea as Bishop Co-Adjutor with succession rights for Bishop Jorge Luis Lona of San Luis. The predecessor of Bishop Lona was the Capuchin Juan Rodolfo Laise (1971-2001), who died very old in July 2019 in San Giovanni Rotondo in southern Italy. The special concern of Bishop Laise, a canon lawyer, was to promote the awe-inspiring understanding of the Holy Eucharist, which is why he did not follow certain post-conciliar paradigm shifts. When he gave Communion, he openly opposed this. Throughout his life as a bishop, as well as in his pastoral and journalistic work, he advocated Communion kneeling on the tongue. At his own request, he spent the evening of his life as a confessor at the site of the long-standing work of his holy confrere, Padre Pio von Pietrelcina. The bishop, who only celebrated in the traditional rite, could only do so in private in San Giovanni Rotondo, since the religious superiors prohibited him from celebrating publicly. Until shortly before his death, he spoke up in defense of the Immemorial Rite and against efforts toward intercommunion .

When Pope Benedict XVI in 2009 was looking for a successor who would continue the legacy of Bishop Laise and the ailing Bishop Lona in the diocese of San Luis, he found him in Don Martínez Perea. When Bishop Lona retired in 2011 at the age of 75, Martínez Perea succeeded him.

The 2019 decree

On October 29, 2019, the bishop issued a decree that observers in Argentina and Rome are convinced that it would trigger for the retirement that has now taken place.

With the decree, Bishop Martínez Perea prohibited the use of female altar servers. He stated:

"(...) in the diocese of San Luis  the liturgical custom of only accepting male altar servers for ministry will continue."

At the same time, the bishop determined that any contrary practice had to be stopped and given up again where it had already started.
Decree of October 29, 2019
Decree of October 29, 2019
The bishop referred to his liturgy-based jurisdiction and the corresponding interpretation by the Pontifical Commission for the interpretation of legal texts, to the relevant circulars and instructions of the Roman Congregation of Worship from 1994 and 2004 and to the decisions of his predecessors Laise and Lona, who had "explicitly" asked for male servers only. In 1994 the Roman congregation of worship gave local bishops the opportunity to use female altar servers if necessary. There is no general approval, but an emergency regulation. In the post-Council era, however, such special regulations were made the "rule" in some countries because the drive is not a "plight" but a different theology.

In connection with his decree, Bishop Martínez Perea expressly stated that there was no need for this exception in his diocese.

The situation in the diocese of San Luis in autumn 2019 was as follows:

  • Only the traditional form of receiving communion, oral communion, is permitted in the diocese.

  • Only male altar servers are permitted to perform the altar service.

  • In contrast to the recommendations of the Argentine Bishops' Conference on the controversial post-synodal letter Amoris laetitia from 2017, remarried divorced women are not admitted to the Sacraments.

  • Conservative and traditional communities and orders were also welcomed into the diocese and could develop their apostolate undisturbed.

There are few dioceses of this kind worldwide. And that seems to have disturbed some in the Argentine Bishops' Conference and in the Vatican.

The backlash

The backlash was not long in coming. 37 days after the decree, on December 5, 2019, Bishop Martínez Perea had to inform the priests, religious and believers of his diocese that Pope Francis had ordered " an apostolic visitation of the diocese of San Luis."

Francis appointed Msgr. Milton Luis Troccolli Cebedio as Apostolic Visitator, whom he had appointed Bishop of Maldonado-Punta del Este in Uruguay five months earlier. He visited the Argentine diocese from 10th to 13th December.

Katholisches.info wrote on December 9, 2019:

“Bishop Martínez's letter gives no reasons for the visitation. Such were not communicated to him. A similar procedure under Pope Francis in some other dioceses meant that the Commissioner followed the Visitor. The chronological sequence of events leaves little scope for other interpretations. Although Bishop Martínez only affirmed what the Church teaches, the visitor was sent to him a few days later. It was a clear signal that his actions are obviously not wanted by Rome.”

Bishop Martínez Perea was retired by Pope Francis three days ago. According to the official Vatican announcement, the Pope had only complied with the bishop's wish to be released from office. But it is just a phrase, as Msgr. Martínez himself said. In a statement on Facebook, he wrote that a bishop signs a blank check with his appointment, in which the head of the Church can enter the date of how long the appointment is valid. In a very reserved manner he said that Francis had withdrawn his mandate.
Francis will be succeeded by the Bergoglian Msgr. Gabriel Bernardo Barba, who is close to the papal confidante and ghostwriter Victor Manuel Fernández, Archbishop of La Plata. Msgr. Fernández is the archbishop who, a few months after taking office, eliminated the Motu proprio Summorum Pontificum in his Archdiocese. Bishop Barba, ordained priest for his home diocese in Morón in 1989, was vice-director of Caritas there and was responsible for the formation of permanent deacons. In December 2013 Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Gregorio de Laferrére and now Bishop of San Luis. At the Feast of Corpus Christi 2017, Msgr. Barba made a plea against Communion on the tongue and for hand Communion in his sermon. He said:

"The gesture of hand Communion seems to me to be a much more meaningful and mature gesture than Communion on the tongue."

Bishop Martínez nevertheless gave his successor advice in his statement on Facebook: to respect the traditions of the diocese of San Luis. He dressed his request in the language of the Church hierarchy, which is why it was certainly understood by Monsignor Barba. Whether he will heed this is another question. Bishop Martínez Perea wrote verbatim: "He will respect the traditions, although he is shaped differently than I am".

The purge of the Argentine episcopate, where there are fewer non-Bergoglians left, continues. You can see how many of the bishops who ordained Mgr Martinez Perea are still in office. And the purge does not only affect Argentina.

US Catholic Bishops Funding Violent Overthrow of United States

Update: as I was reading Archbishop Vigano's depiction of a "deep church" to compare with the aims and machinations of the "deep state," I suddenly thought of a Dark Church.  The Dark Church.

Edit: I thought CCHD had been basically destroyed when they were caught pushing Abortion and birth control, but continued on in other organizations, but they’re still around! I’ve been worried about CCHD for many years and one of the few who’ve had an impact on them with persistent and accurate reporting, is Michael Hichborn. Too bad he’s working with Virus and Budgie, but here you are:

[Michael Hichborn] The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, through the Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD), is funding organizations actively involved in calls for revolution, the killing of police officers and the defunding of police departments.
All of this follows a long and sordid history of the CCHD providing millions of dollars to organizations that have long served as communist front groups, waiting for the right time to spark a Marxist revolution. See our article titled "The Marxist Core of the Catholic Campaign for Human Development."
In the wake of the ignoble death of George Floyd, violent riots have erupted in cities all across the country, resulting in billions of dollars of damage and stolen goods and the murder of at least two police officers. Hundreds of officers have been targeted as a result of violent rhetoric coming from the riots. In New York, two officers were shot and one stabbed in the neck after being ambushed by rioters. Four other officers were shot in St. Louis while they stood in a police line. Two officers were shot by a rioter in Richmond, VA. In Oakland, CA, two officers were shot (one killed) in a drive-by ambush. Others have been hit by bricks, baseball bats, rocks and even a car.

Seattle Autonomous Commune Established — Trump Calls on Washington to Fight Back

Edit: right now it looks like occupy Wall Street Anarchist crap. But just imagine the Autonomous Commune coming to your home and assigning you a fairness monitor. The fairness monitor assigns 14 homeless people to live with you, because you’ve got more living space than you need, you greedy fascist. Sound far fetched? Just you wait!

Updated 6:39 p.m. ET SEATTLE — On the streets next to a police station in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, protesters and officers spent a week locked in a nightly cycle of standoffs, at times ending with clouds of tear gas. But facing a growing backlash over its dispersal tactics in the aftermath of George Floyd’s death in Minneapolis, the Seattle Police Department this week offered a concession: Officers would abandon their building, board up the windows and let the protesters have free rein outside.
