The quickest way to flush the Amerikan Katholik Recht out of the pews is for the social gospel of the Church to be preached from the pulpit. I think it reasonable to think that the Church in the USA has been in de facto schism from the rest of the Catholic Church since Leo XIII ( maybe even Jesus Christ!)
Testae Benevolentiae did not Amrrica per se. But it was the time when the US defeated Spain in the Spanish Americsn War. And it condemns the use of US "exceptionalism" and regime change outside the US borders to make the world safe for democracy. He claimed that the US political system can be tolerated and best given the circumstances that there is not a Catholic Majority.
There was no "America First" at the time of "Testae Benevolentiae". But there was "Manifest Destiny". And it was even from before that time since the US had kicked out the European monarchies from the new world. The Suffolk Resolves of officially state that the American Revolution was, in part, designed to prevent the spreading of Catholicism into the colonies. It says: "That the late Act of Parliament for establishing the Roman Catholic Religion, and the French Laws in that extensive Country now called Canada, is dangerous in an extreme Degree to the Protestant Religion, and to the civil Rights and Liberties of all America; and therefore as Men and Protestant Christians we are indispensibly obliged to take all proper Measures for our Security."
Everyone knows the CIA has controlled the Vatican since “Vatican II.” I’m just surprised they would now play their cards so openly. Maybe they’re desperate.
Just read David Wemhoff’s book “John Courtney Murray, Time/Life, and The American Proposition: How the CIA's Doctrinal Warfare Program Changed the Catholic Church”.

Pray show where TB addresses “America first”.
Looks like you’re projecting your globohomo onto the document.

It doesn’t even address Manifest Destiny. Did you actually read it?

"Everyone knows the CIA has controlled the Vatican since “Vatican II.”
Prove it.
Everyone? I don’t know that. Please give references.
If Barnhardt says it, then that is good enough for me.
