Then there is only one response: Catholic Charities must get out of the foster-care/adoption business. If the state is going to force a religious charity to no longer use religious criteria (in blatant violation of the First Amendment), then it would be better if said charity did not exist. Let the state handle it then.

We’re close to an underground Church.

"Catholic" charities are supposed to use their charity to draw closer and convert people to the Church. Instead they catered to everyone, and put aside their religious convictions to the public, in order to get government subsidies. In spite of this, Francis also believes in Charity without Christ in practice. The Vatican would get furious if the Charity here would even dare stick to its guns, and Francis would tell the faithful, that such action is unCatholic if the charity would fold rather than give in.

Will the ACLU fight the Supreme Court declaring marriage as the 'sacred union' of 2 people; only 2 people! Why not 3 or 4 or 5?

I guess they will just let the 'sacred 2' gestate and fester then they will go for the many in a union.

The ACLJew crowing again.
Aren't they clever?
Their concern for children is touching. The Gentile children that we cannot kill with abortion, let us place in the home of sexual deviants.
