Coverup Continues: German SSPX Threatened by Diocesan Attorney

Edit: here's a translation from the Society of St. Pius X in the German district, which is currently being threatened by the local Diocese of Rottenburg:

The coverup attempt surrounding the scandal Mass of Ochsenhausen enters its second round.

Now the Diocese of Rottenburg is attempting to put pressure on pius.info.  A few days ago the editor received a threat from the Diocesan Attorney Dr. Felix Hammer. (photo)

Today (October 25th) is when the first deadline will expire.  Then the Diocese of Rottenberg will sue pius.info. Instead of admitting and to suppress and to forbid Dean Schanzle from going back and repeating,  the Diocese is threatening those with the complain, who have brought the abuse to public attention.

Now only appealing to Rome will help.  Please help with making the Liturgical abuse in Germany known (Ochsenhausen is only  one example of numberless).

Here is video-evidence of the breach against a decree of the Council:

Therefore no other person, even if he be a priest, may add, remove, or change anything in the liturgy on his own authority. (SC 22§3)

Your Excellency,

According to the instruction Redemptionis Sacramentum of the Congregation of Divine Worship and the Sacramental Ordo of 25 March 2004 I would like to supply the following appeal so that "the most Holy Sacrament of the Eucharist will be protected from every form of irreverence and disrespect and all abuses will be completely corrected."

I am enclosing the following Carnival Mass of Ochsenhausen inclusive of Can 1476 for illustration, which shows a serious attack against the Liturgy in the following video.

The Dean there has published in the newspaper his intention to repeat the abuse ("A Fool's Mass will take place on Fasnets-Hochburg (Carnival) in Ochsenhausen. There will be people there who aren't churchgoers," said Dean Sigmund Schänzle from S.Z. 6/1/2012),  may it please Your Excellency to intervene urgently.

 Yours Faithfully, X

Girls dressed as angels enter the church on skates, while a turning carousel mounted by a beauty queen brings the bible to the ambo.  A Carnival Mass, which we still haven't seen in our latitude.

These photos should bring Dean Schänzle and the Diocese of Rottenburg to reconsider.

Because principally there is no difference between the march of a Carnial group with drums and trumpets into the pilgrimage church of Ochsenhausen.  The whole thing is only somewhat more extensively formed, even South American.

Or will Dean Schänzle insist that his Carnival Mass is "according to the Council", while the south American is really not?

From this absurd diocesan threat...to the Washington Times article reported by the USA District...to the foaming at the mouth anti-Fatima, Fr. Gruner bullsh*t comments that appeared here...the cockroaches are being forced into the cold hard light of day for all the world to see.

Keep hammering them, SSPX. You are the only priestly society that does.

I'd like to mention a few other names of those today who expose all the ugly truth of things, thus making people wrestle with themselves and the devil inside them. Those names would be: Kreuz.net, The Remnant, Catholic Family News, Father Nicholas Gruner, Father Frank Pavone, Father Robert Altier, Father Michael Rodriguez, Father James Farfaglia, Father Richard Perozich, Judy Brown and last but definitely not least...the TFP. Unfortunately, I have no names of bishops other than those of the SSPX and of course...no pope.

These groups and individuals make it VERY uncomfortable for the evildoers. HOT in fact. That discomfort makes the evildoers respond with things like false excommunications, false lawsuits, banishments, calumnies, etc. All the usual modus operandi of the Devil's handymen.

We should ALL be carrying the Sword of Truth, calling a spade "a spade" and not being meek about it either. Like the faithful soldiers listed above, we will be without friend and have many enemies. But to borrow a few quotes...The quality of a person is known by the enemies that they have and if we have no enemies then we have stood for NOTHING.

Let us follow their examples of exposing evil, without fear of reprisal and condemnation. Rather, let us proceed ever more boldly.

I have omitted a very big name. So well do they expose evil and lies that they are constantly sued even by a "Catholic" priest. That name is LifeSiteNews.

Watching the videos of these so called Masses brings to mind the sight that met Moses's eyes when he came down from the mountain holding the Ten Commandments.

Mike Johnson said...

This is neither worship nor The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. This is simply people having selfish fun without respect for their Savior. They are no different than the selfish money changers in the Temple that Christ threw out.

Clinton R. said...

@Mike Johnson, you nailed that on the head. Good for the SSPX to call out the horrible abuses that the modernists and liberals foist on the faithful.

Who produced this? God? Or Frank Baum (Wizard of Oz)?

And YES...Thank God for the un-muzzled SSPX!

I've never heard the FSSP or the ICK go after these issues,. They may do so privately, but I have a strong suspicion that they don't even do that. I'd be elated to be proven wrong on that score.

There are days when I am embarrassed to call myself Catholic, thanks to such scandal and nonsense.

It is hard to evangelize people into the Catholic Church when this type of nonsense is the norm in many areas. How can we possibly bring new Christians into this???

No magisterial document says implicit desire and invincible ignorance are explicit exceptions to Tradition.
No magisterial document says implicit desire and invincible ignorance are explicit exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus.

Vatican Council II does not contradict the Syllabus of Errors unless one implies there are known exceptions.

Wikipedia says one has to imply an interpretation of the Council.
Many of the recent Vatican II Council's statements imply that those who do not know the gospel and adhere to other religions can be saved without holding the Catholic faith or religion.-Wikipedia, extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
(Note the word 'imply'.Wikipedia implies that the deceased are visible and so Vatican Council II mentions exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus)

The Society of St.Pius X (SSPX), Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary( Fr.Leonard Feeney's communities ), sedevacantists CMRI,MHFM and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith,Vatican imply that the Council contradicts the literal interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus .No text states that it contradicts the dogma. No text states that these 'exceptions' are explicit.

Here is a passage from the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 to the Archbishop of Boston. This passage refers to disobedience and discipline but it is usually implied that it is a reference to doctrine and the heresy of Fr. Leonard Feeney.

How can the Holy Spirit teach error? How can the Church say that the deceased saved in in 2012 are visible to us and so are exceptions to Tradition.

Hence, one cannot understand how the St. Benedict Center can consistently claim to be a Catholic school and wish to be accounted such, and yet not conform to the prescriptions of canons 1381 and 1382 of the Code of Canon Law, and continue to exist as a source of discord and rebellion against ecclesiastical authority and as a source of the disturbance of many consciences.

Furthermore, it is beyond understanding how a member of a religious Institute, namely Father Feeney, presents himself as a "Defender of the Faith," and at the same time does not hesitate to attack the catechetical

If this passage above referred to doctrine and heresy then it would contradict the following passage in the Letter which mentioned 'the dogma'. The text of the dogma does not refer to any exceptions and so supported the position of Fr.Leonard Feeney.
Now, among those things which the Church has always preached and will never cease to preach is contained also that infallible statement by which we are taught that there is no salvation outside the Church.
However, this dogma must be understood in that sense in which the Church herself understands it. For, it was not to private judgments that Our Savior gave for explanation those things that are contained in the deposit of faith, but to the teaching authority of the Church.-Letter of the Holy Office 1949
It was the secular media with the help of Catholic liberals who assumes that the Letter of the Holy Office was critical of Fr.Leonard Feeney on doctrine. They implied that the Letter was saying that the deceased saved are visible to us and so are exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus as it was traditionally known for centuries.

There is no text in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 which says implicit desire and invincible ignorance are explicit exceptions to the dogma or that we know these caes explicitly. One has to assume and imply it.

This is what was done by the Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican in the theological paper of the International Theological Commission , Christianity and the World Religions 1997.

Recently Archbishop Gerhard Muller and Augustine Di Noia have also implied in interviews with the National Catholic Register that elements of grace (LG 8) and invincible ignorance(LG 16) are defacto known exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus. The text of LG 8 and LG 16 does not make this claim. One has to imply it.
