Do you suppose that Mosque was there 200 or more years ago when that church was built? Hmmm. It looks to me that Islamic lawyers expect diversity out of Russia and chose that site accordingly for the mosque. I don't think they are going to get it.
I expect they will go to the World Court. Or more probably, burn the church down.

Muslims know better than to touch a Russian Church. . . In Russia. . . in the Third Rome.
