Homophobia in the Church? Really?

I read the linked article and was trying to figure out if this Baptism was held in a Church and performed by a priest. Did I miss it? Is it in the article?

If it was performed by a priest we can say that not only has a darkness covered the earth but an unspeakable madness as well, a madness that comes from Hell itself.

How long is God going to put up with this?

Churches have become places where any form of gravitas or dignity has been replaced by the pedestrian and banal.

Of course, the Church is run by women just like the one who wrote that article...

I do not see why the child who is innocent should be denied Baptism simply because the so called "parents" choose to live in sin.

Just as in the case of rape we do not teach to kill the child because the baby was result of sin.

I've never understood why people with such hostility towards something still choose to belong to the very thing they supposedly have such contempt of, be it a religion, country, or profession.

The Huffington Post is rabidly anti Catholic. I would be very suspicious of this post. If there were a priest or deacon there, a reporter would have noted that, to be sure.

All baptisms are Roman Catholic, if water is used in the proper form and the proper words are said. Anyone can baptize.
