I don't understand; are you for or against this? I live in Virginia, where we have relaxed gun laws. I personally have a concealed weapons permit but will openly wear my handgun if I'm in a rough area simply because it acts as a deterrent.

We believe it's not just a privelege, but an obligation for a free man to defend himself, his family and property with the most effective means disposeable to include a handgun.

It's also an obligation for him to defend his country in times of war, but that's another issue.
