The Catholic Church must follow Jesus' command

VATICAN CITY —The Catholic Church must follow Jesus' command to preach
the Gospel to every person, otherwise it will not fulfill its mission of
bearing witness to Christ, Pope Francis said.

In an excerpt of a new book-length interview published Nov. 4 by Fides,
news agency of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples, the
pope said the phrase he uses -- "a church on the move" -- is not meant
to be a "fashionable expression" but a summary of the church's mission.

"The church is either on the move or she is not (the) church. Either she
evangelizes or she is not (the) church. If the church is not on the
move, she decays, she becomes something else," he said.

The book, titled "Without Him, We Can Do Nothing: a Conversation About
Being Missionaries in Today's World," will be released in Italian
bookstores Nov. 5. It was written by Gianni Valente, a journalist for Fides..

Reflecting on evangelization, the pope said that to evangelize means to
deliver Christ's teachings "in simple and precise words like the
apostles did" without the need to "invent persuasive discourses."

"The proclamation of the Gospel can even be whispered, but it always
passes through the overwhelming power of the scandal of the cross. And
it has always followed the path indicated in the letter of the apostle
Peter, which consists in simply 'providing reasons' of one's hope to
others, a hope that remains a scandal and foolishness in the eyes of the
world," he said.

True missionaries, he said, act as "facilitators and not as controllers
of the faith."

Facilitators, he explained, make things easier without "placing
obstacles to Jesus' desire to embrace everyone, to heal everyone, to
save everyone, not being selective, not imposing 'pastoral tariffs,' not
playing the part of the guard at the door controlling who has the right
to enter."

Asked regarding missionaries of the past and debates that arose
regarding "who was worthy to receive baptism," Pope Francis said that,
in the 16th century, Pope Paul III rejected those who theorized that
indigenous people "were by nature 'incapable' of accepting the Gospel."

However, even today, there are "circles and sectors that present
themselves as enlightened and even (seize) the proclamation of the
Gospel through their distorted reasoning that divides the world between
'civilized' and 'barbaric,'" he said.

The pope said that this form of thinking was prevalent among those who
criticized the Synod of Bishops for the Amazon.

"They consider a large part of the human family as if they were a
lower-class entity, unable to achieve decent levels in spiritual and
intellectual life according to their standards. On this basis, contempt
can develop for people considered to be second rate," he said.

Pope Francis said that Christianity "does not embrace only one cultural
model." Citing St. John Paul II, he said that while the church remains
true to itself in proclaiming the Gospel and preserving its traditions,
"Christianity will also reflect the different faces of the cultures and
peoples in which it is received and takes root."

While some cultures are closely linked to the proclamation of the Gospel
and the development of Christian thought, he added, Christians must keep
in the mind that the divine revelation "is not identified with a
particular culture."

"When meeting new cultures, or cultures that have not accepted the
Christian proclamation, we must not try to impose a determined cultural
form," Pope Francis said. "Today, in mission."

Seems to me "Pope" Francis envisions Jesus as a sort of community organizer (facilitators and not as controllers) of the faith" who aim to synthesize Catholic teaching with the beliefs of the target audience in some form of cultural and religious syncretism. We should expect more from a Catholic Pope.

Pope Francis New Evangelisation rejects the Gospel on mission and salvation, interprets Vatican Council II with a false premise, and changes doctrine with a false theology

Pope Francis in his New Evangelisation address refers to the Gospel. But in John 3:35 Jesus says all need the baptism of water for salvation. The pope does not mention this. In Mark 16:16 Jesus says those who do not believe will be condemned. The pope does not mention this.In Matt.7:13 Jesus says enter through the narrow gate for the gate is wide that leads to Hell and most people take it.The pope does not mention this. The Gospel is rejected.
In the Gospel of John,Jesus speaks about the necessity of receiving the Eucharist for salvation and the pope does not mention this.Yet Pope Francis suggests that his New Evangelisation is according to the Gospel.
He briefly refers to Vatican Council II.But does not say that the Council says all need faith and baptism for salvation.(Ad Gentes 7) In other words most people on earth are oriented to Hell, without faith and the baptism of water.
His New Evangelisation theology is based upon a false interpretation of Vatican Council II.It is a negation of the Gospel as it was interpreted by the popes and saints over history. It is a rupture on mission and salvation. In this rejection of the Gospel, even the concept of mortal sins of faith and morals have been put aside.
He mentions the Magisterium of Vatican Council II but is referring to Vatican Council II interpreted with Cushingism and not Feeneyism. This is the Council interpreted with a false premise to create a non traditional conclusion.
All this is tacitly approved by the liberal Pope Benedict. He also kept quiet when Pope Francis in his encyclical Lumen Fidei suggested that Protestants do not need to convert into the Catholic Church for salvation. They are part of the mystical body of Christ. This includes those whose religion officially allows them to abort and contracep...

DOCTRINE CHANGE
1.The concept of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I) in the Church has been changed. They refer to physically visible persons saved outside the Catholic Church and not just hypothetical cases. This is how the New Theology and the Church gets its 'exceptions' to extra ecclesiam nulla salus(eens).
2. The past ecclesiology has been rejected. Since BOD, BOB and I.I are practical exceptions to EENS.
3. The Athanasius Creed and the Syllabus of Errors have been rejected by the two popes, since invisible cases of the BOD, BOB and I.I are visible exceptions to EENS for them.
4.Vatican Council II is not interpreted without the false premise i.e invisible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I are just invisible at all times. So they are not exceptions to EENS, the past ecclesiology and an ecumenism of return.
5.The Catechisms are not interpreted without the false premise.Otherwise they would be in harmony with the the 'rigid' Tradition, of Ignatius, Aquinas and Augustine.
6.The Creeds are not interpreted without the false premise. So now the whole Church is following first class heresy. The Profession of Faith is made meaningless.
7.Instead Magisterial documents, including Vatican Council II are interpreted with a false premise to create a new interpretation of the Gospels. It is a break with Sacred Tradition.
This is public heresy from the pope to the parish priest. The whole Church including cardinals and bishops have been following the error, since the time of Pope Paul VI (1965).
Pope Paul VI could have interpreted Vatican Council II without the false premise. He had a choice. The rest of the popes followed the error.
