ACLU Anderson Continues Attack Against Church

Edit: the Vatican can't even get most parishes to follow the rubriks of the Liturgy or even follow guidelines regarding simple discipline of clerics who publicly disagree with Church teaching. It's not surprising that Bishops like Weakland and others were allowed to create a homosexual funhouse atmosphere which gave Anderson the opportunity to sue for millions.

Jeff Anderson routinely supports the ACLU and the Democratic National Committee. It is widely known that the DNC wants to legalize sexual contacts between adults and minors.

Even President Obama thinks it's a good idea for gids to be sexual.

Moreover, there's a striking similarity between the political and philosophical beliefs of Anderson and many of those he's litigating against.

(Reuters) - A lawyer representing a victim of priest abuse in a lawsuit against the Roman Catholic church said on Monday Vatican documents show the church hierarchy and the pope were ultimately responsible.
A lawyer for the church disagreed, saying the newly released documents show the Holy See was not involved in the offending priest's transfer from Ireland to Chicago and then to Portland, Oregon, where the victim was a minor in the 1960s.

In April, U.S. District Judge Michael Mosman in Oregon ordered the Vatican to produce documents in the case that alleged a cover-up of priest sex abuse.

At the time, the judge's order was termed a "historic step" by attorney Jeffrey Anderson, who sued the Holy See in Rome and U.S. archdioceses and church officials on behalf of an unnamed man in Oregon.
Anderson said on Monday an analysis of the 1,856 documents written in Latin, Italian and English showed the Vatican had direct control over the placement and laicization of Rev. Andrew Ronan, who left the priesthood in 1966 and died in 1992.

It gets worse and worse day after day, hour after hour. The Vatican - and that includes the last several Popes - knew what was going on in a number of cases and instead of cracking down hard and decisively took the "Mr Nice Guy" approach, the warm and fuzzy approach, the let's-all-be-friends approach with these sodomites, and now we're seeing the results.

And still, now, with these almost daily revelations bringing shame and financial ruin on the Church the Vatican is still shilly-shallying, still refusing to even use the word "homosexual" for fear of the media. And let us not ever forget the strong presence of that homosexual "Mafia" in the Church, which was already pinpointed by Father Leonard Feeney in the 1940s and by Father Enrique Rueda in the 1980s, and which still exercises strong influence. If you don't think that such a HomoMafia exists then what would explain, just to give one example, the continued tolerance of the disgraced Archbishop Rembert Weakland, who is allowed to prance around the globe selling his unsavory views without any disciplinary action taken against him whatsoever? Or what would explain the fact that London's Archbishop Nichols still enjoys the good graces of the Holy See while causing public scandal with his toleration of queer Masses in Soho? The only thing that explains it is the presence of a strong homosexual presence in the heirarchy of the Church and the lack of courage on the part of the Popes who refuse to take decisive and final action.

One can of course argue that a good Pope has to move cautiously, prudently, being wise as a serpent and gentle as a lamb. Yes, indeed. But we are talking about the unspeakable crime of sodomy in the very priesthood. That's sodomy with a capital "S", one of the four sins that cries to Heaven for vengeance. One simply cannot take a gentle approach to pervert priests. They have to be crushed (yes, you read that correctly). No one is saying they must be refused absolution if they seek it in the Confessional, but what I am saying is that they have to be stopped dead in their tracks and rooted out like the cancer that they are. And this has to happen NOW, not tomorrow or the next day. No one will take Rome seriously until it begins to act with finaility.

Rome has had enough time now to dialog and conisder the problem. Yes, thank God, the Pope has at last acted in a FEW cases (like Morris in Toowoomba). May God reward him for that. But he has to go after the more sinister and more clever ones, like Nichols (whom he appointed to Westminster) and like Hubbard. Talking nice to them doesn't work; talking firm to them doesn't work. The only thing these miserable bastards will understand is Papal ACTION...dismissal, shame and repentance in a monastery somewhere. Or laicization, as the situation demands, which is the least that should be applied, for example, to Mr Weakland or some of the heads of these American monasteries and religious houses.

And when Bishops like Dolan in New York make asinine statements like the one he made two days ago - that married men are the most likely to abuse minors!!! (yes, he said that) - Benedict should get on the phone and suggest that he get his facts right. So far, in this particular egregious example, we have not heard any back-peddling by Dolan. Of course we hope that he will be disciplined for such glaring stupidity.

Guts are what is needed now. Guts, more guts and a lot more guts.
