If the Holy Father refuses to give Blair the Host then Blair wont receive sacriligeously.

But, of course, that means the Holy Father will have to display some backbone and some tough love here. And then there is the thorny issue of the guilt of the priest who gives Communion to a public sinner, knowing he is a public sinner. I will leave the answer to that one to the theologians
