Russia. [kreuz.net] 41 percent of the Russians want the inhuman law, that allows abortion in Russia, corrected. This figure is a result of a poll by the public opinion institute 'Levada'. In Russia there are one million registered abortions a year. In the past, the parliament has recommended better legal protection for unborn children.

That is a very pleasingly surprising number. One would have thought after 70 years of Soviet Communism where abortion became the routine means for birth control in some areas, that few would be against.

Thanks be to God.

Somebody wrote, and I forget who, that "That all may be one" will start with Russian Orthodoxy. But it might not being until 2054, an auspicious year.
