Bergoglio’s CDF Clears Habitual Aberrosexual Bishop Who Preyed on Children for Decades

 Bishop Joseph Hart, the abuser exonerated by Rome.

(Rome) The Roman Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith relieved an American Bishop of the charge of sexual abuse. The decision is astonishing. 

Msgr. Joseph Hubert Hart was Bishop of Cheyenne Diocese, Wyoming State, from 1978 to 2001. Serious allegations of homosexual abuse led to his early retirement in 2001. Twenty years later, the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, those responsible for serious offenses, judged the case differently. Although only some of the allegations were considered, the victim side gave the impression that the bishop had been washed clean.

Joseph Hart was ordained a priest of the Diocese of Kansas City in 1956 and was ordained by Pope Paul VI in 1976

and appointed auxiliary bishop of Cheyenne. Two years later, the same Pope, Hart was 46 years old at the time, appointed him bishop of this diocese.

At the age of 70, Msgr. Hart was retired by Pope John Paul II on September 26, 2001. The first allegations of homosexual abuse reached the public as early as 1989. They were referring to the early 1970s when he served as a priest in the Diocese of Kansas City. At the time, he volunteered for treatment in Arizona. It was attested that he posed no threat to himself or to 

others. These details became known only after his retirement.

In 1977, when Hart was already Auxiliary Bishop of Cheyenne, 

he was also accused of homosexual abuse there. He is said to have forced a 14 year old boy to undress several times. In the same year, however, he was acquitted in a diocesan 

investigation. 

Later other victims came forward who testified to have been homosexually abused by Hart at the time. The internal diocesan procedure that had led to his discharge later proved to be flawed. Mgr. David Ricken, who was to become Hart's coadjutor in 1999 and his successor as Bishop of Cheyenne in 2001, was responsible for the proceedings. He was accused of covering up Hart's homosexuality.

After his retirement, new allegations related to the years 

1973/74 were added. In 2008, the Diocese of Kansas City paid 

$ 10 million in compensation to 47 victims of clergy abuse, including Harts.

New allegations: Rome takes action

Four more cases became known in summer 2019, bringing the 

number of Hart victims known by name to more than a dozen. In the wake of the new revelations, it came to light that Hart was bringing male children and teenagers between the ages of twelve and seventeen to a house on Lake Viking, Missouri, owned by another homosexual abuser, Father Thomas O'Brien.

O'Brien was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Kansas City in 1950. Like Hart, he had Saint Meinrad SeminaryVisited in Indiana. The allegations against O'Brien, who died in the priesthood in 2013, date back to the early 1960s. At Lake Viking, he is said to have abused victims, sometimes together with Hart and a third priest. The youngest victim O'Brien was accused of abusing was seven years old at the time the abuse began. The priest, who preferred to work in schools and boarding schools, gave the boys, “often twelve years of age and under”, to drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana and showed them porn films. He then threatened them to keep silent if they “didn't want to go to hell”.

Hart and O'Brien knew each other from Saint Meinrad Seminary, a seminary in Indiana, which they had visited. Shortly before his death, O'Brien agreed in an out-of-court settlement to pay $ 2 million in compensation for pain and suffering to the family of one of his victims who committed suicide at the age of 14. Hart used the house on Lake Viking until he came to Cheyenne as a bishop.

In the Hart case, it became known in June 2019 that canonical proceedings would be initiated with the approval of Pope Francis. As the diocese of Cheyenne announced last Monday, the bishop emeritus was exonerated by the Congregation in seven cases. Five other cases can no longer be proven "with moral certainty" and the two remaining cases, which concern homosexual contact with male adolescents aged 16 and 17, and were not heard by the Church because they were not mionors at the time of the alleged abuse.

Hart, now 89 years old, denied all allegations to the Holy See.

Statement by Bishop Biegler on the decision of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith

The incumbent Bishop of Cheyenne, Monsignor Steven Biegler, emphasized that the Vatican did not say in the decision that Hart was innocent, but that there was insufficient evidence that he was guilty. The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, according to Bishop Biegler, bases its decision on the judgment of priests and bishops, who are canon law experts, and in the last instance on the Pope.

The international press agency Associated Press ( AP) recalled in a report on Monday that the allegations against Hart essentially correspond to those against Theodore McCarrick, the retired Archbishop of Washington, who was stripped of his cardinal dignity in 2018 and who was restored to lay status in 2019.

Neither the Vatican case against McCarrick nor that against Hart were public. The fact that the diocese of Kansas City reached Hart's financial settlement with ten victims, there was no prosecution by the prosecution.

As Bishop Biegler von Cheyenne emphasized in his statement, Hart was reprimanded by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith for having shown a lack of prudence as a priest and as a bishop by staying in his private home alone with minors and traveling under the same conditions. In doing so, he ran the risk of not fulfilling his obligation to keep the necessary distance and of causing nuisance among the believers.

Hart was warned to comply with the sanctions previously imposed by the Vatican, which prohibit him from contact with minors and from staying in seminaries. Nor can he take part in public acts. In doing so, the diocese indicated that the aforementioned restrictions still apply.

Bishop Steven Biegler is one of the nine progressive US bishops who stabbed the US bishops' conference in the back on the same day he issued the statement on Bishop Hart and issued a de facto declaration of support for Joe Biden's gay agenda.

Among those signing the statement were Cardinal Joseph Tobin, archbishop of Newark, and Archbishop John Wester, who leads the Archdiocese of Santa Fe.

She reports that immediately prior to this stunt, the bishop had been telling those in attendance how much he loved Cardinal Dolan from his home state and that he was using the anniversary of the infamous Roe v. Wade decision to make a seamless garment appeal for the aboliton of capital punishment and racism. Study Offers Suprising Result on the Immemorial Mass of All Ages

A study on Summorum Pontificum shows that young people and families are represented above the average in holy masses in the Traditional Rite.

(Bonn) Also katholisch.de , the portal of the German Bishops' Conference, proves a worthy report: A new study confirms that the Masses are attended in the traditional form of the Roman Rite in above-average numbers by young people and families.

The study was presented by the Foederatio Internationalis Una Voce (FIUV) and was handed over to the Roman Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith at the end of 2020 . It was created in connection with the survey initiated by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith in March 2020 . "At the request" of Pope Francis, Cardinal Prefect Luis Ladaria SJ sent a detailed questionnaire to all diocesan bishops and their equals. They had to fill it in and send it back by July 31, 2020 and served to take stock of the implementation and experiences with the Motu proprio Summorum Pontificum from 2007. With this motu proprio, Pope Benedict XVI. reminded the universal Church that the traditional form of the Roman Rite lives on in the Church and was never forbidden. Rather, it made it easier for all priests to celebrate in the traditional rite as it was in force until the “liturgical reform” of 1969/70.

Because of the widespread reservations against the ruling head of the church, which can be traced back to gestures, statements and omissions by him during his previous pontificate, the concern spread in traditional Church circles that Francis intended to restrict tradition in the Church again, as it was the case under Paul VI. These fears were fueled because some Italian bishops in the run-up, had demanded just that in strident tones. Added to this was that the Archbishop of La Plata [Gay Smoocher] in Argentina, Msgr. Victor Manuel "Tucho" Fer-nandez , one of the closest Pope intimates, eliminated Summorum Pontificum in 2019 in his diocese.

Little trust was fostered by the usual spiteful anathemas of "Liturgist of the Pope" Andrea Grillo, in addition there was enthusiam showed by the CDF. Traditionalist circles, however, see this as a serious cause for concern.

The FIUV to tive the Pope and the CDF information on the implementation and experience of Summorum Pontificum, based on data from 362 dioceses and 52 countries. Behind this is an effort to ensure that Rome is given a balanced overall picture.

The hitherto unpublished study was conducted by one of its authors, the Oxford philosopher, president of the Latin Mass Society and secretary of the Federation Una Voce, Joseph Shaw, presentedd in the January issue of the US journal Homiletic and Pastoral Review. In it Shaw stated:

"The association of the extraordinary form with young people and families is neither a myth nor limited to a few countries."

For the German-speaking world, the positive effect of Summorum Pontificum shows that the Mass sites have quadruppled for the Traditional Rite since its entry into force as Pro Missa Tridentina announced in the summer of 2020.

An Important Reminder: Biden is Not President

While Americans are bewildered over today’s inaugural ceremony in Washington, it’s important that they remember that Joe Biden’s inauguration is invalid, that he is not a validly elected U.S. president, since the electoral vote was arrived at through massive voter fraud. The evidence of fraud is abundant and indisputable, therefore a crime was committed in not examining this evidence for the cause of justice.

Shame on the Supreme Court justices who failed miserably in their duty to rule that the courts examine this evidence before allowing any certification of the electoral vote. And shame on Vice President Mike Pence for his infamous failure to block the electoral vote on Jan. 6. He had push-button power to save America but instead he stabbed America and its president in the back because avoiding leftist backlash apparently meant more to him than the Constitution of the United States. His cowardice handed the White House over to Satan.

Already Biden is showing his infamous horns. One of his first moves has been to appoint a “transgender” as assistant secretary for the U.S. Department of Health. To think that a psychotic possession case will oversee the cause of being ‘healthy and clean.’ What next, will they make Nancy Pelosi the head of a national pro-life commission?

The Positive Side

On and on we can go about Biden’s projected plans to destroy America and hand it to the one-world global elite, but we should keep in mind that God is watching this whole episode and will not allow the infernal Gates to prevail against this country if we resolve now to mobilize under the banner of Faithful and True. “For according to the height of the heaven above the earth: He has strengthened His mercy towards them that fear Him.” (Psalm 102:11) If three-quarters of America in fact voted for Trump as is being alleged, the Good Lord no doubt will honor that by giving America back to America, most especially if America turns to God at this time.   

It could very well be that President Trump still has a plan up his sleeve to save our country so let us be chipper and remember that “With God all things are possible.” (Matt. 19:26) With Biden having hijacked the Oval Office through fraud there is every chance now that he could be impeached for fraud, which in turn would nullify his “election” and Trump’s “defeat.”

Trump has repeatedly said in the last week that the present trial “is just the beginning” of his plan to revive America, so it is conceivable that there is a plan in works to end it for Biden-Harris so that Trump can continue to lead the cause of Making America Great Again.
