Faithful Indian Priest Being Chastised in Irish Press On "Equality"

Edit: John 6:66. The rhetoric in the Irish vote to legitimize deviant and sinful behavior is heating up. Apparently, 12 or so faithless Catholics walking out on a sermon by a faithful priest is news.

[independent] Indian-born Carmelite priest Father John Britto spoke in favour of a ‘No’ vote during the weekend sermon in Annagry, west Donegal, criticising Donegal footballer Eamon McGee who has backed the ‘Yes’ camp in the marriage equality referendum.

Fr Britto said he didn’t see anyone leave during the sermon.

“I won’t talk to the media because the media will only twist what I have to say; I speak to the people in church and I only the speak the truth and the Word of God,” he said.

  1. This country (Ireland) has been in the grip of the devil for quite some time. His minions control government, academia and Media - and, not surprisingly, the clerical Church (which is how everything got so bad in the first place). They can attack individual priests who stand up for the perennial truth in Faith and morals, and against grave evil, because the bishops, for the most part, have long submitted to the enemies of moral truth and have been colluding them, leaving Catholics without spiritual and moral leadership. Thank you, Fr Britto, for doing your duty and fighting for the truth and the souls of a wicked people.

    1. Thank you, Father Britto, from the County Cork where the 'Marriage Equality' referendum coming in May will be but one more in a series of unspeakable moral disasters to be embraced in Ireland through the free choice of most of its politicians and countrymen. God spare the Faithful and Faithful priests such as Father Britto!

The Bible mentions four specific sins which 'cry out to heaven for vengeance'. They therefore must be extraordinarily repugnant to God and demand to be punished by God.

These sins are: Homicide; Sodomy; Oppression of Widows and Orphans; and Cheating Labourers of Their Due.

Ireland now has approved abortion; winked at the biggest banking fraud perpetrated on widows, orphans, and ordinary wage earners; and now seeks to approve the recognition of same-sex 'marriage.

The great St. Columcille (Columba) prophesied:

“Seven years before the last day, the sea shall submerge Éire [Ireland] in one inundation.”

Surely we're waiving our fist in God's Face now. Say a prayer for us and watch the sea.

    2. Dear Mr. Roman,
Its not just Ireland, the destruction is everywhere. I live in the province of Ontario in Canada, where our pprovincial government is run by an active lesbian, whose government has just introduced the most inmoral sexual education curriculum which will become mandatory in September even in the publicly funded "Catholic" schools. The Bishops of Ontario came out with a statement, saying that this new curriculum will be taught with the mind of the church. BUT, how does one teach inmorality within Church doctrine or how will the mind of the Church be adhered to by "Catholic" teachers whose union website supports the totality of the homosexual experience and whose union marched in the world "pride" festival held last June in Toronto.
I will pray for Ireland but please pray for Canada we are further in the toilet as same sex "marriage" was legalized by a "Catholic" prime minister, almost 10 years ago, whose own bishop described as a faithful "Catholic" and whose party may come to power again this fall and is led by the son of another former "Catholic" prime minister who legalized abortion in the 1970's and who (the son) has barred any pro life candidates from the party, all the while playing his "Catholic" card and speaking at "Catholic" schools about engagement and leadership. When some protestors complained to a Bishop they were told the man was a Catholic in good standing and therefore could speak at the schools.

  2. I have seen for myself many good Priest's punished for upholding the Truth. Likewise I have seen priest's highly rewarded, who are in fact enemies of the Church. Strange! May God give power to this good priest Fr. John Britto.

  3. John 15:

18If the world hate you, know ye, that it hath hated me before you. 19If you had been of the world, the world would love its own: but because you are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. 20Remember my word that I said to you: The servant is not greater than his master. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you: if they have kept my word, they will keep yours also.
