If you've never heard of the well-fed Mike Lewis, think of someone like Mark Shea who can use a fork. For several years he has run the Where Peter Is website, a website we dismissed for years as satire like Eye of the Tiber and Liturgical Road Apples. Those satirical sites just couldn't compete with real news for laughs any longer. Now Fr. Ripperger has lived rent free in Lewis' brain for some time so it was no surprise that when it was announced he'd be appearing on one of the most popular podcasts in the world, Mike would be all over it like stink on shit. In anticipation of the show, he set out to slander the good exorcist.
His article was then followed by an appearance on Eternal Life Plan with another papolotrist, a well fed former Church Militant employee who is tormented by demons from a troubled past. Both admit that they didn't watch the whole show before going live but who could blame them? Does anyone think they ever went four hours without eating?
