Poland's New State President Entrusts His Office to the Black Madonna of Czestochowa

Poland's New President Asks Black Madonna
For Her Aid
(Warsaw) For almost 250 years,  there has been  an ongoing attempt to banish faith from public life. It is tolerated as a private expression, but not as a public confession. All the more  disturbing then is the public confession of a statesman. Poland's new President Andrzrej Duda, elected on Whitsunday, is already overwhelmed in the international press with negative headlines, even before he has taken office.
La Repubblica, the "broad sheet" of Pope Francis, the only daily newspaper, which the Catholic leader reads   every morning, has described the choice of Catholic Duda as "a terrible shock", the "Polish Dossier fits to Europe's other nightmares".
Andrzej Duda is really a practicing Catholic. Barely elected, he went to Czestochowa ,, the Polish national shrine,  to the Queen of Poland    to kneel r for all to see before the Black Madonna  praying for  and asking counsel in his responsible office.

Obama and the ambivalence calculated politician piety

Obama Lights Candle in  Catholic Church
When politicians make pious gestures, then  sometimes there underlies political calculation or provocation. Christians are aware of this ambivalence which plays into the  arms of whoever want to banish Christianity in the private closet.
There are pretty embarrassing  images of US President Barack Obama, from which one does not even know what Christian denomination he belongs or whether he belongs to one. On May 28th, he attended the influential Cuban exile Community  in the United States in the context of rapprochement between Cuba and the United States. Not all of them will see the resumption of normal relations with a benevolent eye, as long as the Castro brothers and the Communist Party in Cuba have the final say.
Obama ostentatikously visited on this occasion   the Catholic Church Our Lady of Charity in Miami (Florida), the "National Church" of Cuban exiles, and lit a candle by the sight of an image of Mary, the Mother of God.  That can't  hurt,  is what the powerful master in the White House himself  may have thought. Pious gestures are  hardly credible acts.
Austria's Catholics got on a roller coaster of emotions from the Christian Democrat Minister of Agriculture and Environment,  Andrä Rupprechter of the ÖVP. At his swearing-in, he said, unlike his Social Democratic Minister colleagues, not only the formula "so help me God", but added  his own "and in front of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ". Unbelievers as the devout Austrian marveled not a little. Should there still be politicians who do not leave their faith in the cloak room of the antechamber of parliament and government and feel obliged to  commit themselves in their  political decisions to their faith?
Less than four months later, the same Christian Democrat again drew attention, but this time with quite unchristian demands for the legalization of gay marriage and the possibility that homosexuals could adopt children. Finally, it turned out that the Minister with black party membership was a convinced Trotskyist in recent years. Whether the bigotry a one-time mistake or a belated antichrist Trotskyist provocation was present at the swearing in, remains a mystery to the Minister.

The first three actions of the new Polish president

Andrzej Duda is not Obama. The representative of the Christian Poland sat immediately after his election "out of conviction" ( tempos ) three acts.

He rose to Jasna Gora, the Klarenberg, to thank Our Lady of Czestochowa for the victory and to offer Her his office.
He visited the grave of Witold Pilecki, who voluntarily went to Auschwitz in order to organize resistance against Nazism among the prisoners. After the war he was tried and executed by a communist People's Court to death.
He visited the grave of Lech Kaczynski, the 2010 who was the Polish President who died in a plane crash,  with whom he had begun his political career and today in Poland is  a symbol of an independent Poland, which has freed itself from  Russian domination, but  neither is patronized by  the EU  with an anti-Christian agenda or is want to be a pawn of unlimited financial speculators.
President Duda emphasized during the election campaign "the specificity of Poland, its traditions and its Christian roots" that are "essential" for him for a recovery and a revival of Poland.
What specific, trendsetting circles outside Poland consider of  the new Polish head of state, has become well known through the media.

The Ecclesiastical "Illuminati" -- List of Catholic Conspirators

(Rome) The fog lifts and the list of participants in the secret meeting, which took place on Whit Monday at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome, completes itself. The list is a who's who of the spearhead of Kasperians (Kasperistas) in the Catholic Church. whose declared aim is a new marriage and morality. The secret meetings of the "Enlightened Ones" was used to define the strategies with which the overthrow of the Synod of Bishops next October can be achieved.
One striking aspect was a list published by  Rorate Caeli  is that it is strongly overweighted with Germans. It makes it clear who is the driving force behind the coup attempt in internal Church matters on divorce and homosexuality. Strikingly, the strong presence of the Jesuits in the circle of "Illuminati" is obviously because they are  considered  as more "enlightened", as opposed to the rest of the Church.
Unlike initially suspected,    La Repubblica J ournalist Marco Ansaldo was y no means the only media representative present.   Ansaldo was only the first who was allowed to write about the meeting. Ansaldo is a journalist, in the Italian daily newspaper founded by Eugenio Scalfari  La Repubblica . He comes from a  family  with a long tradition of masonic atheists.  Scalfari was the preferredd interlocutor of  Pope Francis  and author of controversial Pope interviews bringing him  international fame. Ansaldo was the only Italian journalist who took part in the secret meetings.
Crushing, however, was the presence of media representatives from the German-speaking world. In addition to the Jesuits' Hagenkord, head of the German section of Vatican Radio, only secular media were represented, but only of large "caliber". The same applies for Switzerland. From France, however, only media representatives  financed by the Catholic Bishops' Conference  were invited to Rome.
The presence of media representatives indicate that far-reaching operations are planned to be supported media to influence public opinion. The scheme is reminiscent of the Second Vatican Council and the strategically planned approach the Rheinisch alliance that has come together again with a largely new cast.
How is Pope Francis to respond to the secret meeting? Was he informed about the secret meeting? Questions that will probably  find a response in the coming weeks and months.

Another Thin-Skinned Heretical Clergyman Threatens Suit

Edit: here we go again. There should be something in the bible about threatening lawsuits like this, no? Certainly something in the canon law must forbid priests from suing in civil court because they've got hurt feelings when they receive legitimate criticism from a layman? A heretical and litigious Old Liberal priest has threatened to sue. A reader sent us this story from Restore DC Catholicism, who writes:

A British blogger, who writes the http://faithinourfamilies.com/ blog, is being sued by the associate priest in her parish. Father Dan Fitzpatrick of the Durham Martyrs Church insists on referring to the Holy Spirit as female and the blogger rightly rebuked him. See Father's twitter page and you'll see this (before it's taken down).

Official and Secret: Double Bishops' Synod -- Where Was Cardinal Schönborn?

Cardinals Reinhold Marx and Walter Kasper
(Rome) While the secret meeting of the new progressivist Rhenish Alliance took place on Whit Monday in Rome at the Pontifical Gregorian University, Pope Francis gathered the Council of the General Secretariat of the Synod of Bishops at the Vatican. On the 25th and on the morning of May 26, the Pope personally directed the work.
Member of the Council is the Archbishop of Vienna, Cardinal Christoph Schönborn. The president of the Austrian Bishops' Conference was the great absentee in these secret meetings, which  took place a remove of less than three kilometers from the Vatican, at the Gregoriana.

Cardinal Schönborn, the great absentee at the secret meeting?

Is  Vienna's Archbishop keeping his distance from the Franco-German "Illuminati" circle? Or was he  only prevented in the secret meeting because of  a scheduling conflict? It is clear that the Austrian Cardinal was only staying away on Whit Monday in Rome while on an official mission in the Vatican. Whether he or other senior members of the Council of the Synod Secretariat were also participants in the occult meeting subsequently, to exchange information or to make arrangements, is not known.
During the Synod of Bishops in 2014 and following this to Cardinal Schönborn ended with waving flags the camp of Kasperianer to both in terms of discrimination and in terms of homosexuality. During the Synod, the Archbishop of Vienna had exceeded the German Cardinal Walter Kasper far exceeded with a proposal to radicalism. Schoenborn pleaded for the recognition of a general "gradualness" in all the sacraments (see "Subsistit in" transferred to the sacraments - loose "conditions" for Remarried Divorcees Schönborn and "Love is Love" - Cardinal Schönborn's Tribute to Homosexuals and Perverse logic ).
Crudely stated: A "graduality" which makes no place  for evil or negative because the ideal is recognized in the "gradual"  in the one more and the other less. It's the same way, according to Schönborn,  in interpersonal relationships as well, no matter what. In many, the ideal is not fully realized, but in all, at least a little, because they were focused on another human being. The Church did help people striving for the ideal, but in the end are the conditions for the reception of the sacraments (see especially Cardinal Schönborn and the Revolutionizing of Morality ).
Vienna Archbishop December 2014, defenders of the Catholic marriage sacrament in the negative implication toward Russian President Vladimir Putin, in 2015 Cardinal Schönborn has held back with substantive statements on the Synod of Bishops.

Instrumentum Laboris for Prepared for Final Editing- New Methods of Work at the Synod?

In the press release from the General Secretariat for the meeting of the Synod Council, the presence of the Pope was stressed. "Since Holy Father Francis presides,  this  importance is stressed by   his presence, which he attaches to the synodical way."
The Kasperians Archbishop Forte and Cardinal Tagle were officially in Rome
On Whit Monday, "the Council examined in detail the project of the Instrumentum laboris ", i.e., the Relatio Synodi, the final report of the Extraordinary Synod of Bishops in October 2014 "supplemented by numerous incorporations by the responses to the Lineamenta were included in received questions by the the Bishops' Conferences and other organizations which apply to them, but also by numerous contributions of different ecclesial realities and of individual believers who were sent to the General Secretariat."  The scrutiny of the text offered the possibility to  "complement and improve its bid."   The "thus revised text corrected by councilors  was entrusted to the General Secretariat for final editing and translation into various languages, and  publication." The publication is to be carried out, according to  the press office of the Holy See,  in "a few weeks".
Finally, Cardinal Lorenzo Baldisseri  "has presented proposals to update the working methods at the forthcoming Annual Synod of Bishopsi". The press release did not describe any  details  for the areas in which the rules of the Synod would be changed. Cardinal Baldisseri and Undersecretary Fabio Fabene were received on the morning of May 26 by Pope Francis at a private audience before the work of the Council was continued.
The XIV. Ordinary Synod of Bishops on the family will be held from 4th-25th October held at the Vatican in 2015.

Investigations Against the President of the Pontifical Council on the Family and Casperian, Archbishop Paglia

(Rome) Curial Archbishop Vincenzo Paglia has not made  a good impression around the Synod of Bishops on the family, although he has been President of the Pontifical Council on the Family  and would thus be obliged of his own accord, to defend Catholic doctrine on marriage and family life. Currently the 70-year-old prelate has received an investigation notice.  The leadership of the Community of Sant'Egidio are being investigated by the prosecution Terni. The Archbishop is accused criminal association for the purpose of illegal appropriation and manipulation of an auction in connection with the purchase / sale of castle San Girolamo di Narni.
The investigation had already begun in July 2013 with the arrest of the former head of the technical office of the Diocese of Terni-Narni-Amelia, Luca Galletti, the former Treasurer of the Diocese, Paolo Zappelli,  and the head of the city building office Paolo Zappelli, Antonio Zitti. The purchase / sale of the castle is supposed to be in the context of the financial hole the diocese of 20 million euros. A financial gap which dates back to the time when Archbishop Paglia served as Bishop of Terni-Narni-Amelia  in 2000-2013.
There have been no charges filed as yet against the Archbishop. Therefore, he must be presumed innocent. The news that  there is an investigation against the top representatives of the Community of St. Egidio, has spread around like wildfire made in the Umbrian capital.

World Record  Suspicious Financial Hole in Diocesan Coffers

Castello San Girolamo of Narni
The investigations relate precisely to the time when Paglia  was Bishop of Terni and Narni. When he became President of the Pontifical Council on Family in Rome in spring 2013, it came out that he left his diocese bankrupt. The bishop climbed the corporate ladder and left  his diocese sitting on 35 million euros in debts. In relation to the  small population of156,000 baptized in the small central Italian diocese, it seems this could be a negative world record. Where millions have flowed, no one knows and those who know are silent.
Being investigated are   a number of cases, including the suspicious purchase of Castello San Girolamo of Narni. The medieval castle was used  for centuries as a Franciscan monastery and has been, like all monasteries in Italy expropriated in 1860 by the new [Masonic] Italian government. After several changes of ownership and being owned by the local community, it served Narni after the Lateran Pacts for half a century as a training center for missionary orders. Since the 70s the declined  until it was amazingly, bought by the diocese of Terni Narni for nearly two million euros in 2010. To be precise, it was acquired by the diocesan Institute for the maintenance of the clergy with the even more astonishing intention to make a four-star hotel of it.
In summer 2013, the prosecutor's office started investigations, which led to the arrest of several higher diocesan officials. So far, however, the bishop has remained unmolested. That seems to have changed after 22 months of investigation.

Where other bishops Have Long Been Dismissed, Paglia Furthers Career

Since the opaque financial management has already been known at the Vatican, it's astonishing that  Paglia continues as Chairman of the Family Council. A decision which. It's a decision which, may not be  foisted on Benedict XVI.  The protection is attributed to  the then Cardinal Secretary of State Tarcisio Bertone. Other bishops who are "conservative" were simply dismissed for far less from their duties. However, there are a variety Church representatives of the "liberal" stamp,  know how to always sleekly swim to the top.  Archbishop Paglia and the Community of Sant'Egidio belong to this species. Although they tend to be progressively aligned, they managed to make careers under Popes John Paul II., Benedict XVI. and Pope Francis.
The prime example in the German-speaking world for doubtful personnel decisions of Benedict XVI. is Munich's Archbishop Cardinal Reinhard Marx.s
The Community of Sant'Egidio goes back to the controversial Assisi interreligious meeting, their first meeting with papal involvement in 1986 which included syncretistic elements, scandal and church desecration  (see Holiness, move away from the Spirit of Assisi -. Open letter to Pope Benedict XVI and Angela Merkel Visits Sant'Egidio, the "Parallel Diplomacy" of the Vatican ). [Both in German]
Although it has been indicated several times by  Pope Francis, that there would be a comprehensive reorganization with the Pontifical Councils and although Paglia is increasingly involved in embarrassing and compromising news from Terni, which even concerns the Vatican bank IOR, the prelate of a small town about 100 kilometers east of Rome is still at the head of the Pontifical Council on the Family and enjoys the confidence of Pope Francis.

First Press Conference, the First Scandal: Paglia for Recognition of Gay Partnerships

Even at his first press conference as President of the Roman dicastery, there was a scandal when he spoke out in favor of a state recognition of registered partnerships, even homosexual ones.
As the financial scandal in early 2013 became known in Terni,  the Holy See sent Msgr. Ernesto Vecchi, an emeritus auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Bologna as Apostolic Administrator. His task was to restore order in the Diocesan Finance. A few months ago the diocese again has Msgr. Giuseppe Piemontese  as diocesan bishop. Both Administrator Vecchi and the new bishop have fully cooperated with the investigating authorities in order to shed light on the scandal and to clarify responsibilities. It will be  determined who is responsible for the debts of the diocese and for a number of suspicious sales of diocesan property.
"The whole thing is still largely opaque and could be related to other cases, whose  center was Terni," said Nuova Bussola Quotidiana .

President of Sant'Egidio Took Part in the Secret Meetings of the Kasperiens

Curial Archbishop Paglia is, next to the founder and first president, Andrea Ricciardi,  the most important figurehead of the Community of Sant'Egidio.  Although he has no longer been president for many years, the Charlemagne Prize holder and perennial Italian Minister Ricciardi, still is considered a dominant force in the community founded in 1968. His successor Marco Impagliazzo participated on Whit Monday as the sole representative of a "New Community" at the secret meeting of Kasperians at the Gregorian University in Rome. Meanwhile, Archbishop Paglia took part as President of the Pontifical Council on the Family  at the Vatican meeting of the Synod Council convened by the Pope in preparation for the Synod of Bishops. Everywhere, well informed, always on the ball.
Although a possible question of guilt has to be clarified in the investigation against the Kasperian Paglia, from the view of the rebel faction it is nontheless inconvenient for the approaching Synod of Bishops.  This is true for the people involved, the Pontifical Council on the Family and the Community of Sant'Egidio.

Tacky Liberal Incoherence, No. 3

Being gay is not a choice. No! (Because even if it sometimes is, we have to say that sexual orientation is always determined by genetics, because otherwise we might subvert the path to gay rights.) But then again, all women (and that means you!) should choose to become lesbians, because that’s the only way to completely escape the evil of patriarchy.

The Treason of the Clerics -- Ireland and the Vote on "Gay Marriage"

Archbishop Diarmuid Martin, a Traitorous Old Liberal Bishop
For a Long While
(Dublin) Looking for an explanation of how a Catholic people like the Irish could vote with 62.1 percent for the legalization of "gay marriage", some try to push all the blame on the illegitimacy of the government. Others prefer  to cheer in chorus, since the voices of "progressive Catholics" emphasized the crucial vote. However, even the term "progressive Catholic" is a contradiction in terms, because either one is truly Catholic, that is to say Catholics without any adulterations, or you are not really Catholic, but then it is not about Catholics.
In reality, there is a third factor that was decisive for the serious vote, in addition to the two mentioned: the betrayal of the clergy.

"Openings" by Certain Shepherds to the Homo Lobby

There is no doubt that the so-called "openings" by certain pastors have toward the gay lobby generated confusion among the faithful and influenced the voting behavior at the polls.
If the current mainstream sings its "homosexual song", there are also among the righteous one, who considering   the one-sided advertising and the path of least resistance are then described as "modern" and "contemporary." Thus the opposing voices  could  hardly have  been heard among the opinion-forming media in Ireland, had the voice of the bishops had a greater weight.
The press agency Médias Press release accused the Irish episcopate of "weakness and inability", of building a viable line of defense against the homosexual march on the island of Saint Patrick. Some bishops were quite successful. However, the veering of the others offered opponents the tactical opportunity to convey an image of disunity and hush up the timid,  to award the favorable voices visibility and to silence the others.

Dublin's Archbishop and Squaring the Circle

So the statements of some Irish prelates are, to say the least, problematic before the referendum. These prelates include Dublin's Archbishop Diarmuid Martin, who tried to square the circle. He spoke of a coexistence of the "ethics of equality," and recognizing the homosexual "affective relations", and the unique nature of a relationship between a man and a woman.
From a Mea culpa- driven complex, he added apologetically: "I am aware that the severity with which  gays and lesbians  have been treated in the past in the Irish Church, in some cases are still treated today, so that makes it difficult for LGBT Persons  hard to accept the sincerity of what I am proposing. "
In fact, the archbishop remained faithful. After the announcement of the voting results, he directed attention to the so-called power of the factual. We must now "face facts," which can "not deny the obvious"  and must recognize a "social" and "cultural revolution" in the result. These words were picked up by the media with great satisfaction.

Bishop McKewon: Catholics Should Make a  "Mature" Decision, Whether Yes or No

Bishop Donal McKewon of Derry assisted the archbishop at once in this position. Before the ballot itself McKewon had prompted the faithful to make a "mature" decision, regardless of whether they would vote yes or no. If that was  worth as much as the other and ultimately indifferent to any decision for Catholics. Even more: "I do not want that anyone would vote out  of bad, that is, sectarian and inappropriate reasons or because of intimidation against."  What  it did was gave the impression as if it were next to impossible to vote solely against the legalization of "gay marriage", because that's the only right decision.
Then  Bishop McKewon, conversely added his statement: "I have no doubt that there are many Church-abiding people who are for a yes. I will not say they are wrong. " A statement, which is tantamount to a capitulation, and even more so a resignation from his duties as a bishop when he has to call attention to the doctrine of the Church and defend it.
It irritated and unsettled not a few believers that these sorts of politically correct prelates are not reprimanded for their unfortunate statements (formulating it as quite harmless), but can act completely undisturbed or are even encouraged in their attitude.

Irish Constitution as Washed Away

Of course, for the vote in Ireland was not only just the result of the "Treason of the Clerics." Even the constitution of the island nation was hit hard by this stab. In the Irish Constitution it states verbatim:

"In the Name of the Most Holy Trinity, from Whom is all authority and to Whom, as our final end, all actions both of men and States must be referred, We, the people of Éire, Humbly acknowledging all our obligations to our Divine Lord, Jesus Christ, Who sustained our fathers through centuries of trial, Gratefully remembering their heroic and unremitting struggle to regain the rightful independence of our Nation, And seeking to promote the common good, with due observance of Prudence, Justice and Charity, so that the dignity and freedom of the individual may be assured, true social order attained, the unity of our country restored, and concord established with other nations, Do hereby adopt, enact, and give to ourselves this Constitution. ... "
Everything seems washed away by the outcome of the referendum. Ireland and the Irish people is now in the  rather sad list of countries and peoples, who require a new evangelization.

Will Aberrophile Bishop Bonny be the New Archbishop of Brussels and Primate of Belgium?

Bishop Johan Bonny, Known for His
Support for the Abberrosexual Lobby
(Brussels) "Catholics been irritated to note that high church officials can make statements with impunity  that depart from the Church's faith and moral teaching. Some are even promoted," said the website against hostility to  Christians, NoCristianofobia . Belgian Catholics can not say different since of all people, Bishop Johan Bonny of Antwerp is considered the leading candidate for the post of archbishop of Malines-Brussels and thus the Primate of Belgium.  Bishop Bonny's only previous "performance" was in a notorious public declaration of support for the aberrosexual ideology.
The reigning Archbishop André-Joseph Léonard has been  attacked publicly as no other Catholic bishop. When labeled "conservative", he was already the victim of brutal and humiliating attacks on camera by the members of political mercenaries topless Femen. Nevertheless, Pope Francis has  denied him the dignity of Cardinal, which is traditionally associated with the archbishop's See. Instead of strengthening the standing of an  Archbishop in an exposed position, this will weaken him.
Internal church pressure has since increased   on Archbishop Leonard. Progressive circles have registered that their chief shepherd is not in the favor of the Argentine Pope and acting cavalierly.

Cardinal Danneels  Mentor of Bonny in Rome

Cardinal Danneels in the Episcopal Ordination of Johan Bonny
The most influential churchman Belgium since 2013 is clearly the progressive Godfried Cardinal Danneels whose star had fallen into the void under Pope Benedict XVI., but radiates more luminously than ever since his resignation. As a member of Team Bergoglio he campaigned in the General Congregations and the Conclave for the election of the Argentine Jesuit and was successful. His influence has extended since then, again to the Vatican and from there, all the way to the top. Just a few weeks after the accession of Pope Francis, Cardinal Danneels spoke for the recognition of "gay marriage."
The Danneels  party in the  Archdiocese of Brussels thwarted Archbishop Leonard, wherever it was possible. Danneels was Leonard's predecessor. In 2010 Leonard was, at that time, Bishop of Namur, appointed by Pope Benedict XVI. as Primate of Belgium.  The  Summorum-Pontificum.de headline read back then: "A Tridentine 'is new archbishop of Brussels". It's a decision that Cardinal Danneels is said to have never forgiven the German pope. Benedict XVI. had thus thwarted all of Danneels plans for a "progressive" Church. Since the election of Pope Francis Archbishop Leonard has been considered, however, only an "industrial accident" which is to be corrected as quickly as possible.

Homophile Bonny Declaration Remained Without Consequences

Leonard Consecrated Priests of the FSSP at Wigratzbad in the Traditional Rite
Protesting Catholic petitioned Pope Francis about the homophilic statements of Bishop Bonny at Christmastime in 2014 p  (see Request to Pope Francis: "Are the gay statements by Bishop Bonny Catholic or not?" ). In it the Holy Father is asked to answer the question whether the words of Bishop Bonny are still Catholic or not. It was a petition that implicitly urged the pontiff to take punitive action against the bishop of Antwerp. Nothing like this, however, has been done by Rome.
Bishop Bonny  instead rejected a prize from a homo-affiliated association that wanted to reward him for his "courageous" words. Three weeks after his homophilic statements aroused worldwide attention from irritated  Catholics, the bishop wanted to know nothing more about it. A half-hearted detachment, pretending nothing had happened, and even the serious incident of his declaration of support for aberrosexuality forgotten in Rome itself?
Cardinal Danneels actively supports the promotion of  Bishop Bonny. In the context of Danneels in Brussels and in Rome he says triumphantly, that only Archbishop Leonard has stood in the way of   Bonny's appointment as archbishop of Brussels.
On May 6, Leonard has completed his 75th year and offered, as  the canon law requires,  his resignation to the Pope. Now the decision rests with Pope Francis.

Argentinian Marian Shrine Defiled by Worldly Hammering

(Buenos Aires) On Saturday,  there was a silent, but no less painful form of persecution "with kid gloves" to pick an expression from  word from Pope Francis on June 30, 2014. This is ultimately about a passage from the Gospel of Luke, where Jesus says, "It is written, My house shall be a house of prayer. But ye have made it a den of thieves" (LK 19:46). The "robbers" are those who abuse, insult and for whatever reason and in what manner whatsoever, they desecrate the house of God in which they are appear.
Canon 1210 of the Code of Canon Law is one of the most forgotten provisions of canon law. Literally there is:
"In a holy place only that will be permitted, which is for the exercise or promotion of worship, piety and worship, and anything  that is inconsistent with the sanctity of the place is forbidden." The  last sentence doesn't change anything: "Yet the Ordinary may allow however, individual uses which do not conflict to the sanctity of the place."
A rule which applies to every holy place, even more so at a national shrine like the Basilica of Nuestra Señora de Lujánin, Argentina. Our Lady of Lujan is patroness of Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay. The city of Lujan is located 70 kilometers west of Argentina's capital Buenos Aires.

Materialistic Fixity to the World Instead of Transcendence

Marian shrine of Our Lady of Lujan
This past May 16, a musical was featured in the Basilica of Creyendo Lujan, for the completion of the renovations. The Argentine state television filmed the performance and will broadcast this on May 25th. More than 20 well-known Argentine artists appeared in the event,  not on a concert stage, but between the altars and in the aisles. Among them was also the leading gay propagandist Sandra Mihanovich. Likewise, Leon Gieco, an "icon" of the Argentine left, who  is seen not by chance in a video next to an image of Ernesto "Che" Guevara. The musical spectacle was directed by Lito Vitale, who is known for his longtime left political activism.
The program was a mixture of rock Christ, "wisdom books" and Pope Francis. The offered texts were "in the best case scenario imbued with a pronounced materialism, a hymn to a purely earthly justice, of bread and work exclusively as a social requirement, and all without any view of the transcendent, incapable of looking beyond  its own nose  and rid the head  of ideological stereotypes of the real breath of faith," says the website Nocristianofobia.org .

"Where Might God Be, Who Stole Him?"

In the cliche ridden texts was asked: "Where might  God be, who stole him?" More correctly other questions might have   been put to: Did the archbishop Augustin Roberto Radrizzani of Mercedes-Lujan and the church rector, Father José Daniel Blanchoud OFM Cap. really believe that such a spectacle is greater than the glory of God? Was there really nothing more Catholic which could have been presented on this occasion?
These questions would urgently require answers not only for Lujan, but also of some European church, basilica or cathedral, where "Events" are given place, which are incapable of being reconciled by Canon 1210  of the Church's. Which  neither serves the glory of God nor does it strength and spread of the faith, but merely entertains people. [Can it be said to even be entertaining?]

Biennale of Venice: Authorities Close Mosque-Installation into Church

Mosque into a Church
(Venice) The mosque installation in a Catholic church is closed. After two weeks of discussions and government intervention by law suits,  the Municipality of Venice said on Thursday the directors of the Icelandic Art Center and the Biennale had their  licenses withdrawn for the Icelandic Pavilion.
A document shows that the use of the church is possible through the owner, "except for initiatives against the Catholic Church". The Icelandic Pavilion, which is responsible for the installation of a mosque in the church of Santa Maria della Misericordia, thus did not have the necessary permissions to set up the "work of art" by the Swiss artist Christoph Büchel (see the Icelandic sacrilege Venice Biennale: Mosque in Church Installed - "Invitation to Islamists to conquer churches").

Iceland Supports Islamization

Muslims who have been immigrating to  Italy for 25 years have quickly appreciated the anti-Catholic provocation by the Republic of Iceland as an opportunity and the greeted the installation  "The Mosque" as a conversion into a real mosque. All with the benevolent support of the leaders of the Icelandic Pavilion and thus the Icelandic Ministry of Culture.
In the church, an Islamic mihrab, an Islamic prayer niche, was built and obscured all Christian symbols by panels with quotations from the Koran. Carpets were lain all over and all visitors were forced to take off their shoes.

"What respect dares Iceland before an Islamic cult einzuforden where it has zero respect for a Catholic place of worship?"

The art historian Alessandro Tamborini protested and filed a complaint (see Venice: art historian protests against "mosque" in the Church and calls the police ). He wanted to know from the responsible director of the Icelandic Pavilion, why he should take off his shoes. "Out of respect," said the latter. "Respect  what?" Tamborini asked."Because it is a place of worship? What kind of religion? By whom?" The person in charge refused to answer. For obvious reasons.
There is a pavilion at the International Art Exhibition, it could not be a place of worship itself. But if it is a place of worship, it is not Islamic, for one would have to take off their shoes, but a Catholic one."  What respect does Iceland dare to demand before an Islamic place, where Iceland has zero respect for a Catholic place of worship?" Said Tamborini to the press.
The officially Lutheran Republic of Iceland had illegally usurped a Catholic church and turned it into a mosque."Irreverent and as contemptuous of all religious feelings as it gets. Those responsible lack any decency," said Tamborini whose media appearance and  interest had thus increased pressure on the authorities.

Church was Profaned by Walling in a mosque

With the authorities, who had  remained tacitly silent through all, have engaged in negotiations with the Patriarch of Venice, since the sacrilege with the opening of the Biennale on May 9 was revealed. These negotiations which led to the closure, which put an end to the sacrilege.
The church of Santa Maria della Misercordia has been private property since 1973. Although privately owned, it was never profaned. At the time of its usurpation as a mosque, it was a holy place was desecrated by Büchel's installation. Use of the Church had been settled at the time of the sale and must not involve initiatives  where attacks are made against the Catholic Church and the sanctity of the place.

Administrative decision rather than political confrontation

Although this is only a preliminary injunction, which could be challenged, reopening seems doubtful. As inspections of police and firefighters report  the "Pavilion" was in a breach of   a whole series of provisions. The construction of the makeshift mosque didn't even include required toilettes, while access restrictions had not been respected and above all Islamic prayer events were carried out and have been announced, although it is not an Islamic place of worship.
The authorities are trying to clarify the matter with administrative issues, thereby avoiding  facing the real question: the question of the relationship between Islam and Christianity, between Islam and Europe and its laws and customs. This debate currently does not seem to be possible in Europe. So fundamental political, social, cultural and legal policy questions are being handled by administrative channels.
And what about the European auxiliary forces of Islam, such as the Republic of Iceland, which has also abused the hospitality in another country?

Art historian filed charges against Swiss artist and Icelandic Foreign Minister

The pugnacious art historian Alessandro Tamborini is thus not satisfied. He reported on Thursday there will also be charges against those responsible for the sacrilege and the mosque installation of Swiss artist Christoph Büchel and against the Icelandic Foreign Minister, which was carried out by the Icelandic Pavilion, an official body of the Scandinavian country, for the desecration of a Catholic church.
With the fall and the relations with Iceland,  the Italian Parliament will soon have to deal because of urgent requests were introduced to Prime Minister Matteo Renzi (Democratic Left Party) and Interior Minister Angelino Alfano (New center-right).

"Unjust Laws and Civil Disobedience" -- Conference in Honor of Roberto Palmaro

(Rome) On May 11,   at the European University of Rome a conference was held on "unjust laws and civil disobedience". The conference was organized by the Faculty of Human Sciences at the University. The  administration invited the legal historian, Luca Galantini and the legal philosopher Tommaso Scandroglio.
The meeting took place as part of the "Week of the Law" by the Campus Ministry of the Vicariate of Rome. It was aimed at commemorating the legal philosopher Mario Palmaro, himself a faculty member of the European University of Rome and the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum. Palmaro had become  one of the internationally best-known critics of Pope Francis in his last months.
Speakers at the conference were numerous renowned legal scholars, philosophers and historians, among them Giacomo Rocchi, Supreme Court of Italy, the ethicist Marco Pagani of the University Ca 'Foscari in Venice, the historian Roberto de Mattei of the European University of Rome, the canon lawyer Romeo Astorri of the Sacred Heart Catholic University of Milan, the legal philosopher Elvio Ancona of the University of Udine, the legal historian Luca Galantini of the European University of Rome and many others.
The systematic treatment of the subject was initially engaged from an ethical and legal philosophical point of view, illuminating the definition of an "unjust act". Secondly the event was the to explore historically as a focus the facultas resistendi against unjust laws  as an expression of a legitimate and compelling social contradiction. Finally, a bridge to the present day was completed with  references to government efforts to introduce unjust laws in legitimate jurisdictions, thus exercising unacceptable coercion.

It's Been Carefully Noted That the "German Front" of Kasper and Marx is Crumbling

Conscious of His Power, But no Longer the Controversial
German Voice in Rome
(Bonn / Rome) South of the Alps it has been carefully noted that the "German front" in terms of "new mercy" is not as stable as it initially  appeared on first impression, or at least such an impression was conveyed. Is registered especially been noticed that six German bishops in the line of Kasper / Marx have been rejected.
If the German cardinal Walter Kasper is considered head of the rebels, then it is  Cardinal Gerhard Müller as  the highest ranking of his opponents is also a German.  With Cardinal Walter Brandmüller and Auxiliary Bishop Athanasius Schneider, two more Germans of international weight  raise their voices against Kasper's attempt to bridge the gap between the teachings of Christ and the "real life" of many people by adapting to the latter by passing over the doctrine and mission of Christ over in silence.

More German Signatories of the appeal to Pope Francis as Answer to Synod Questionnaire

Bishop Stefan Oster of Passau
It is also closely noted in Rome, among some it is  welcome, while others greet it with unease that the second questionnaire of the General Secretariat of the Synod of Bishops generated little interest in  the German dioceses. A lack of interest that the full-bodied announcement with a threat of schism by the President of the German Bishops' Conference, that there was a "state of emergency" for the German church's divorced and remarried is not supported. It is reported that more Catholics of the German-speaking countries have signed the Appeal to Pope Francis  then responded to the questionnaire. The appeal of faithful Catholics, whose first signatories include Cardinals Burke and Brandmüller, and  Bishop Athanasius Schneider who invite the Pope and the Synod of Bishops to reaffirm Catholic marriage and morality against attempts at erosion in no uncertain terms.
Faithful Catholics are simply motivated by the desire to follow Christ in fidelity to the Church established by Him.
Now in these days in Rome the news quickly made the rounds that six bishops of the German Bishops' Conference have renounced allegiance to the Cardinals Kasper and Marx. Six out of 27 bishops are not even a quarter of the German diocesan bishops. In Rome, however, the principle is still sound, that one can not change the word of God by majorities. It was first part of the Synod of Bishops in October 2014 where it was  Cardinal Raymond Burke, who recalled the essential elements of the Catholic Faith in an intervention. The formation of a counter group in the German Bishops' Conference thus represents an important step.

Six German Bishops Rehearse the Uprising

Five Bishops Support Bishop Oster
Bishop Stefan Oster of Passau, Bishop Rudolf Voderholzer of Regensburg, Bishop Gregor Maria Hanke of Eichstatt, Bishop Konrad Zdarsa of Augsburg, Bishop Friedhelm Hofmann from Würzburg and Bishop Wolfgang Ipolt of Görlitz have  renounced allegiance to the  BTB President and Munich Archbishop. Cardinal Marx has to feel encircled by dissidents in Bavaria. Here, the actual dissenters sit at the Palais Holnstein, while gathered around the Bishop of Passau Oster mustering chief shepherds  in full communion with Rome.
In this respect the hopes of the young Bishop of Passau are fulfilled.  Until recently it yet looked as if he would meekly submit to the powerful archbishop of Munich-Freising (see Passauer Distancing - And an Easter Bunny Crawled under Marx's Wing in German).
The bishops of Regensburg, Augsburg, Eichstatt, Würzburg and Görlitz announced three days ago in a public letter of thanks to a statement by  Bishop Oster where he defended  Catholic marriage and morality. Thus, a lone voice quickly became a chorus. It is conceivable that other bishops should come whose voices have yet remained unheard so far besides  the high-handed Cardinal of Munich.

Rejected ZdK Demands

In letters of appreciation for Bishop Oster, his five brothers wrote  last MAY 16:
"We live now in a highly secularized society in Germany. This fact should not discourage us and make us look at the guidance of the mainstream, but it should be seen as an opportunity to rediscover the uniqueness of the Christian vocation in the world today. Yours was a  frank and faithful proclamation of Jesus' teaching in the Gospels and the development of the relationship with Him as a reward that enriches our life, as you have done it in your replica, but it is an indispensable requisite.
We are therefore convinced that even many believers  are most grateful to you for your clear words. "
The letter was  a detailed opinion sent by Bishop Oster on 11 May from his Facebook page. In it he refuted point by point the 'reform' exposures, which they (ZdK)  collected at their plenary meeting on 9 May in Würzburg by the Central Committee of German Catholics (see BDKJ spokesman acting as Homo lobbyist - ZdK calls "unconditional acceptance" in German), The requirement of ecclesiastical blessings for homosexual couples is only one point in the long ZdK catalog.

From the Single Courageous Bishop Oster, the Lonely Voice Quickly Became a Group

Cardinal Marx Consecrated  Oster a Bishop
Bishop Oster was the brave one who reacted quickly and decided on his  own initiative and disagreed publicly with the Association of Catholics ZdK. He objected so implicitly also to his "Reformation" brothers in the episcopate, because Cardinal Marx had taken position in the ZdK paper. The Munich Archbishop remained so mysterious that the observers interpreted the reaction as expressions of sympathy towards ZdK which could  play to openly for tactical reasons.
Unlike Marx, Bishop had Easter then had to accept  some  irreverent criticism, particularly on the Internet portal katholisch.de that is funded by  the German Bishops' Conference. The internal church struggle  is quickly becoming a sniper's duel in Germany. Whoever defends  Catholic doctrine, must dress warmly. Rebels and renegades have occupied numerous key positions for many years, particularly in the official Catholic media. The tragedy of the German Church is also  that the bishops are hedged around by an exclusive church apparatus.
Oster's step will help to clarify the fronts. Six bishops have shown their Catholic color. Others conceal themselves in calculating silence. In Rome it has been noted  what is happening north of the Alps. Many prelates referred simply to  any representatives of the Kasper-proposal summarily as "the Germans".
