Cardinal Against Cardinal: Cardinal Marx Gives Cardinal Müller Stinkfinger at Press Conference?

Cardinal Marx's Stinkfinger
Edit: anyone who knows anything knows that Marx is evil and should be sent to Antarctica to live a lay monk's life.

(Rome) Yesterday, Pope Francis received an "ecumenical delegation", as it is called in the Italian
part of the official website of the Holy See, or a "delegation of the Council of the Evangelical Church in Germany", as it is called in the German part of the Internet site.

The fact is that the EKD delegation was accompanied by Cardinal Reinhard Marx, Archbishop of Munich-Freising and President of the German Bishops' Conference, which made the evangelical delegation evidently an "ecumenical"one in the eyes of some. Some really love the word "ecumenism".

At the subsequent press conference, Cardinal Marx also took a position on the "interpretation" of the German Bishops on the disputed post-synodal letter Amoris laetitia by Pope Francis. On 1 February, the German Bishops' Conference announced its guidelines for the implementation of Amoris laetitia. The bishops speak of a "renewed marriage and family pastoral in the light of Amoris laetitia." By "renewed" is meant specifically the particularly controversial chapter VIII. According to the DBK interpretation, newly married divorced persons are now admitted to the sacraments.

Cardinal Müller to German Bishops: "When the blind leads the blind"

On the same day another German bishop and cardinal, Prefect of the Congregation for the Congregation of the Faith, Gerhard Müller, spoke in an interview with the monthly magazine Il Timone, declaring that the reception of Communion was "impossible" for remarried and divorced couples. Without naming them by name, he described his German confreres among the Bishops  as "the blind who lead the blind." But it was not "the task of the bishops to create confusion." Cardinal Müller also said:

"For us marriage is the expression of participation in the unity between Christ the Bridegroom and His Bride to the Church. This is not a vague analogy, as some have said during the Synod. No! This is the substance of the sacrament, and no power in heaven and on earth, neither an angel, nor a pope, nor a council, nor a law of bishops, has the authority to change it."

Cardinal Müller instisted that "all those who talk too much,"  to "study" the Council, especially the Council of Trent, and the Magisterium of the Church.

Cardinal Marx: "I believe that unanimity prevailed"

To Cardinal Marx, however, such "recommendations" appear to be dismissed. He showed the stinkfinger at the press conference - probably quite unconsciously but conspicuously as an AFP photographer captured it in the above picture. Was he referring to Cardinal Müller or marriage and morals?

In any event, he stressed the fact that the new directives on the remarried divorced were "unanimously approved" by the German bishops. However, there are doubts about this.

The Press Agency Askanews reported on the press conference with Cardinal Marx:

To the journalist, who pointed out that a thousand priests say that the papal text is not clear, the Cardinal replied, "You can read Amoris laetitia, and I think that in our episcopal conference, unanimity prevailed, some bishops have asked questions, but I believe the position is clear, and the line of the pope is very clear. I was a member of two synods, and the discussions between the synods, and the discussions in the Synod, and then I read Amoris laetitia and said: This is absolutely clear. I can not understand why the answer is not clear."

The Press Agency SIR of the Italian Bishops' Conference gave the same statement by Cardinal Marx:

"I think there was unanimity in our bishop's conference. Some bishops have asked questions, but I believe that the pope's position and line are very clear. I do not understand why, according to some, the answer is not clear. "

According to different statements, neither unanimity nor consensus prevailed in the German Bishops' Conference. The unusual formulation of Cardinal Marx, that he "believes" that "unanimity" prevails,  indicates this. At least six bishops are said to have rejected the new directives, especially the interpretation of the VIII chapter of Amoris laetitia.

This raises the question whether Cardinal Marx's statement that the Bishops' Conference had adopted the directives unanimously or even unanimously, agreed with the facts. Or is it attempted, for the first time, that the bishops' conference, which has no jurisdiction, should be replaced by the bishops who are individually responsible? These are questions that ask for clarification.

Antonio Spadaro SJ Tweets: 2 + 2 Can Make 5 -- Because Real Life

Antonio Spadaro SJ, head of the Roman Jesuit publication La Civiltà Cattolica and close pope confidant, tweeted on 6 January 2017, Rome, Lazio.

Father Spadaro was part of the editorial committee for the final report of the Synod of Bishops on the family and for the controversial post-synodal Letter Amoris laetitia in 2015. He is one of the most active advocates of the redefinition of the marriage sacrament, with which he zealously strives to ensure that 2 + 2 in real life is no longer 4. Spadaro does not, therefore, do a good service to mathematics or theology, or to logic and reason, and thus not to the "real life" of man.

Suspension "A Divinis" of the "First Martyr of Amoris Laetitia" Lifted

Supsension Against Don Uribe Lifted.  Did Bishop Corredor do this after reading Cardinal Schönborn's heretical interpretation?
(Bogota) Don Luis Carlos Uribe Medina, the priest of the Colombian diocese of Pereira, was reinstated by the bishop in his office. Don Uribe has become the "first martyr of Amoris laetitia."
Because of his criticism of Amoris laetitia and his pastoral implementation was characterized as an attack against the indissolubility of sacramental marriage the priest had been treated by his bishop as a heretic and schismatic. He had "apparently" had detached himself from "communion with the Pope", so he was suspended by his bishop a divinis suspended .
Don Uribe's suspension from the priesthood attracted worldwide attention because he had not committed any fault, except to defend the past [and immemorial] doctrine and practice of the Catholic Church.

Don Uribe statement

The sensation seems to have produced an effect. On January 31, Bishop Rigoberto Corredor Bermudez, diocesan bishop of Pereira, reinstated Don Uribe in his priestly power. For this, the Bishop and Don Uribe signed a joint statement. Therein it is explained that Don Uribe, after a "fraternal conversation" with the bishop, has declared of his "free will" that he would "remain obedient and respectful towards the Holy Father Francis and my diocesan bishop in the Apostolic teaching and tradition of the Church."
With "permission of my diocesan bishop, I resume my priestly service from today, January 31, 2017".
An image of the original document signed by Don Uribe and Bishop Corredor about reintegration into the diocesan clergy was published by Secretum meum mihi with the explanation that Don Uribe finally confirmed only what he had said anyway.
As Radio Rosa Mistica Colombia reported, Bishop Corredor had corrected his penalty after he had come to a full understanding of Don Uribe's statements. Specifically, the radio station, points to the Amoris-laetitia -Interpretation of Cardinal Christoph Schönborn of 8 April 2016. Pope Francis had a few days later referred to "the Schönborn-statements as the authentic interpretation" of the controversial post-synodal letter.
Don Uribe had criticized and rejected Schönborn's interpretation. He also criticized Pope Francis, because the latter had described Schönborn interpretation as "authentic" and thus made his own.
After Bishop Corredor had read the Schönborn-text, he had changed his mind about Don Uribe and withdrew the sanction, says Radio Maria Mistica Colombia. The station cites its own source which remains unnamed.

Cardinal Müller Speaks to the Dubia!

[Chiesa] To him too, in addition to Pope Francis, cardinals Brandmüller, Burke, Caffarra, and Meisner had sent their five “dubia” on the interpretation of “Amoris Laetitia,” seeking “clarity.”
And neither he, Cardinal Gerhard L. Müller, prefect of the congregation for the doctrine of the faith, nor much less the pope had responded until now to the questions of the four cardinals.
To make up for this, however, now Müller is bringing clarity, and how, in an extensive interview that is coming out today in the magazine “Il Timone,” conducted by editor Riccardo Cascioli and by Lorenzo Bertocchi:
In the interview, the cardinal does not use the word “dubia,” but he says “apertis verbis” precisely what the four cardinals were asking to have clarified.
And he does not fail to lash out against those bishops who with their interpretive “sophistries” - he says - instead of acting as leaders for their faithful are falling “into the risk of the blind leading the blind.”
Here are the key passages of the interview.

Catholic Chief Editor Must Go Because He Criticized Amorim Laetitia

Under Henk Rijkers, the Dutch Katholiek Nieuwsblad has published articles in which the communion registration of newly married divorced persons is criticized.

Herzogenbusch (kath.net/LSN/jg) Henk Rijkers (59), the chief editor of the Catholic weekly newspaper Katholiek Nieuwsblad (KN), will lose his job on 1 February. Between Rijkers and Huub Vromen, the chairman of the Foundation, which is part of the weekly newspaper, a conflict has been smoldering in the debate about "Amoris laetitia".

Under the aegis of Rijkers, the KN has published several articles which contain criticism of  approval of Communion for divorced laymen. Vromen saw this as too harsh a criticism of Pope Francis. He wanted to show "the good in other positions" in the KN more clearly. Vromen justified this, among other things, with the declining number of subscribers, for which he blamed the strictly Catholic line of the newspaper under Rijkers.

Rijkers was compelled to negotiate the termination of his employment relationship in 2013. A dismissal was not possible under Dutch employment law, as Rijkers had always fulfilled his obligations under his employment. One day before Christmas it was agreed that Rijkers would leave KN on February 1st.

He had lost his position because he had "defended the Catholic truth", said Rijkers to LifeSiteNews. Vromen strives to present the change of the chief editor as a natural development in the face of new challenges for the newspaper.

KN will continue to teach, in the midst of the Church in the Netherlands and the World Church, writes Vromen on the 13th of January. But "the tone must become more positive, the focus less on teaching and more on pastoral subjects," he adds. "Polarization must be avoided," Vromen adds. The editors regretted the tone in which the newspaper had written about Pope Francis. This was "too one-sided".

The Archbishop of Bologna Puts the Christ Child in Rainbow Flag

Christ Child in Rainbow Flag
(Rome) Matteo Maria Zuppi of the Community of Sant'Egidio was appointed Archbishop of Bologna in late October 2015 by Pope Francis as the successor to Cardinal Carlo Caffarra. He has been in office for 13 months. He is the opposite of his predecessor, one of the signatories of the Dubia (doubts) to Pope Francis on the controversial post-synodal Letter Amoris laetitia .
Upon taking up his position in Bologna, Msgr. Zuppi, committed himself to build mosques. The anger of the well-known Spanish Catholic columnist and blogger, Francisco Fernandez de la Cigoña, the Archbishop moved himself to do  a "stupid" gesture for Christmas.
Zuppi, together with other appointees, is reckoned, among the shepherds "with the smell of the sheep," which Pope Francis several times suggested of model shepherds.
De la Cigoña, well-known for his blunt language, described Msgr. Zuppi as "a fool who we shall soon see as a cardinal." De la Cigoña's anger was aroused by a Holy Mass celebrated by Archbishop Zuppi with the Jesus Child in a crib on a rainbow flag.
"Symbols are not meant to be playthings. The crib for the Jesus child can also not be adorned with a swastika or a communist flag or a Coca-Cola flag. It can't even be a gay flag, or the flag of a soccer club.
Perhaps in the future we will also see a Jesus child with a condom, or with the portrait of Donald Trump. With such 'original' bishops, everything is possible."
When De la Cigoña was made aware that in Italy the rainbow flag, is almost identical to the aberrosexual flag, is a symbol of the Christian peace movement, he took it into his "foolish head" and apologized to Archbishop Zuppi.
However, what de la Cigoña has written also applies to the peace movement: the crib of the Jesus child should not be draped with the flag of a peace movement.
The jury is still out on the use of a symbol that is similar to the other. There is no doubt that the aberro-movement has for the time being has carried through with the flag conflict and has usurped the rainbow, symbolizing the "covenant" with God in the Old Testament. That the Christian peace movement in Italy has  continued to use the rainbow colors, although it could be confused with the gay movement, as De la Cigoña did, gives proof that has to do with the fact that this peace movement is supported mainly by the left Catholic circles who usually have no problems with the aberrosexual flag. The potential confusion is obviously accepted.

Statement by Rota Dean "Corrected": "Francis Will Not Take Away Cardinal's Rank"

Interview of Dean of Roman Rota was "Revised"
(Madrid) Last Tuesday, 29 November,  a report by Religion Confidencial struck like a bomb - and led to a significant image problem for Pope Francis. Now a "corrected position" has appeared, with which the image problem was corrected. The criticism by the four cardinals, on the other hand, was not withdrawn.
Msgr. Pius Vito Pinto, Dean of the Roman Rota , one of the supreme courts of the Catholic Church, was took part the day before in a conference on the new marriage tribunal process in Madrid. On this occasion he gave an interview to the Spanish news site, Religion Confidencial.  He was quoted as saying that Pope Francis would strip the four cardinals Brandmüller, Burke, Caffarra and Meisner of their dignity as cardinals,  because by posting their Dubia (doubts) to the controversial post-synodal Letter Amoris laetitia, they had given "serious offense".
The words of the Rota Dean, coupled with further criticism of the four Dubia presenters was understood as threat and intimidation.

The old and the new version

Meanwhile a "correction" was made in the publication Religion Confidencial, which is more of a clarification (RC). RC said that Msgr. Pinto had answered the questions in Italian and that the translation into Spanish was "incorrect". The new title of the RC interviews is now: "Under another pope, the four cardinals who wrote him could lose their cardinalatial dignity."
First, RC had published the following reply from Msgr. Pinto:
"What church are these Cardinals defending? The Pope is faithful to the teaching of Christ. What they have done is a very serious offence which could cause the Holy Father to deny them the Cardinal's hat, as has happened in other times in the Church. "
The revised body is now:
"What church defend these cardinals? The Pope is faithful to the teaching of Christ. What they have done is a very serious offence. He continued, that Pope Francis, however, is not a pope of the past, who would take away the Cardinal's hat, as Pius XI. did with the famous French Jesuit theologian Louis Billot. 'Francis will not do that,' he said."

The tarnished image that was feared has been left behind - but criticism of the four cardinals remains

After Msgr. Pinto's statement, which was first distributed by RC, caused worldwide attention, there seems to have been a corresponding intervention to reduce the position. The original statement conveyed a very bad impression of not very "merciful" administration by Pope Francis. The image of a pontificate in which even the highest dignitaries are heavily punished just because they ask questions, could be an image shredder.
It is striking that the first version was consistently indicated as a statement by Monsignor Pinto, whereas in the revised version, the controversial passage is only indirectly reproduced. RC reported a translation error.  We are more closely acquainted with the fact that the results obtained by Mgsr. Pinto last Monday, reveals a threat posture in Rome some because active imagination went too far. Still the criticism of the four cardinals was not weakened by the "correct position".
According to Pinto, the attitude of the four cardinals is so serious that they would deserve to lose the cardinalatial dignity, but it is just their good luck that it is Pope Francis who is reacting and not "another pope."

Four Cardinals Issue Dubia Against Ambiguous Amoris Laetitia

Edit: this came in from Dredgister and Ed Pentin. It will be interesting to see what this accomplishes. The link goes to the full text:

[Catholic Register] Four cardinals have turned to what they call an "age-old" process of posing a series of questions to Pope Francis in the hope that his clarification will help clear up “grave disorientation and great confusion” caused by key parts of his summary document on the Synod on the Family, Amoris Laetitia.
The cardinals — Carlo Caffarra, archbishop emeritus of Bologna, Raymond Burke, patron of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, Walter Brandmüller, president emeritus of the Pontifical Committee for Historical Sciences, and Joachim Meisner, archbishop emeritus of Cologne — sent five questions, called dubia (Latin for ‘doubts’), to the Holy Father and Cardinal Gerhard Müller, prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, on Sept. 19, along with an accompanying letter.
Each of the dubia is aimed at eliciting from the Apostolic See clarification on key parts of the document, most notably whether it is admissable to allow any remarried divorcees without an annulment holy Communion.

Don Nicola Bux on Amoris Laetitia: "The Eucharist is Not a Sacrament for the Sinner"

"The Eucharist is not a sacrament for the sinner but the sacrament of reconciled sinners. Just as it is the source and principle of mercy. I hope I have been clear!
Nicola Bux, August 13, 2016 at a youth meeting in Schio. The theologian spoke on the theme "The sacraments are not a joke." The Eucharist is not a sacrament for the divorced and remarried, but for reconciled sinners. The liturgist Nicola Bux is one of the most reputable practitioners of the liturgical science and is one of the leading supporters of Benedict XVI's intended liturgical renewal. He is a lecturer at the Theological Faculty of Puglia and the local Institute of Religious Sciences, consultor of the Congregation for Doctrine of the Faith and the Congregation for the Causes of Saints  and spiritual assistant of the St. Josef Brotherhood of Bari. Under Pope Benedict XVI. he was also a consultant of the Office for the Liturgical Celebrations of the Pope .

"Shock Statement" by Bishop Fellay? -- Rome: Talks With SSPX Will Continue After the Summer

Internet site of the Belgian Bishops' Conference Reported a
"Shock Statement" by Bishop Fellay, but in Rome the situation is
being downplayed

(Rome / Menzingen) The publication yesterday of a press release by the Superior General of the Society of St. Pius X led the media to various speculations.  It's the case especially for official media: the more dismissive the attitudes towards the SSPX the more hysterical the reporting. In the Vatican, however, one who is directly involved has downplayed this and strove for reassurance.
From the Church media, who are less than friendly to the SSPX, criticism of Pope Francis was placed in the foreground, for example, by the [very aberrosexual] German section of Vatican Radio. The Internet platform Cathobel of the Belgian Bishops' Conference, which is comparable to Katholisch.de of the German Bishops Conference, even reported a "shock statement" by the Superior General.
This was made with respect to  the following sentence:
"In the great and painful confusion that prevails currently in the Church, the proclamation of Catholic doctrine requires the opposition to errors which - fatally favored by a large number of shepherds, and even the Pope himself -  have penetrated even into her heart"
Other media stressed the statement that the acquisition of a canonical recognition was "not" the primary objective. Thus, the media's tenor is that the SSPX had  "slammed the door  in the face" of Rome and "slammed the door to Rome."
However, the Superior General of the SSPX had also said that this, as a "Catholic work", is a "right" of [official] recognition.

Archbishop Pozzo: my critique is probably the "quite controversial" Post-Synodal Letter Amoris laetitia

A very different reaction took place in Rome with Curial Archbishop Guido Pozzo.  As secretary of the Pontifical Commission Ecclesia Dei, it is he who is among those who are directly involved in the talks between the Holy See and the Society founded by Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre.

Curial Archbishop Guido Pozzo

Msgr. Pozzo sees the declaration as no cause for alarm. The allegations of the SSPX are largely "already known". The Curial Archbishop also expressed his [own] conviction that is sharply critical of Pope Francis referring to  the Post-Synodal Letter Amoris laetitia, particularly on the issue of remarried divorcees that indeed is "quite controversial."
With regard to canonical recognition, so Pozzo, to  the French-speaking news agency I.Media, Bishop Fellay has only brought a "wait and see" attitude.
The declaration is therefore not to be considered as "negative act", which  the French daily La Croix also printed, citing Msgr.Pozzo. However, you'll realize that an imminent solution to the problems is not to be expected.
According I.Media and the Internet platform cath.ch of the Swiss Bishops' Conference,  talks between Rome and the SSPX will continue after the summer.

Cardinal Müller Describes Main Adviser of Pope Francis as "Heretical"

(Rome) In recent interview with the Herder Korrespondenz Cardinal Gerhard Müller, Prefect of the CDF, described the closest adviser of Pope Francis as "heretical".
In the June issue of Herder Korrespondenz (issue 6/2006) reaffirmed the Cardinal Prefect, that "no one" should relativize the doctrine of the papacy as a divine institution, for that would mean, wanting to "correct God." Some time ago, there was someone who was presented by "certain media" as one of the "closest advisers" of the Pope, the Cardinal said. This consultant has opined that there would be no problem in transferring the seat of the Pope to Medellin in Colombia or elsewhere, and the various Curia offices could be shared among the various local Churches. This, says Cardinal Müller, is fundamentally wrong and "even heretical". On this subject, it is sufficient to read the Dogmatic Constitution "Lumen Gentium" of Vatican II in order to identify the ecclesiological nonsense of such mind games. "The seat of the pope is Peter's in Rome."
The cardinal added that it is the express commission of St. Peter, to lead the whole Church as her supreme pastor. This commission was transferred to the Church of Rome and its bishop by Peter. This is not just an organizational question. The general aim was to preserve God-given unity. This also applied to the task of the high clergy of the Roman church, the cardinals who assist the Pope in the exercise of his primacy.

Victor Manuel Fernández: Chief consultant and ghostwriter of the Pope

Cardinal Müller, interview the Herder Korrespondencz

With the Prefect in his allusion "aimed his sights," said the Vatican expert Sandro Magister, it is not hard to see: it is the Titular Archbishop Victor Manuel Fernández , the Rector of the Catholic University of Argentina .
Fernández was already the preferred speech writer  of the then Archbishop Jorge Mario Bergoglio in Buenos Aires. Fernández was then, and still is, the confidence theologian and the ghostwriter of the Archbishop, and now,  the papal documents of Evangelii gaudium to Amoris laetitia . In the particularly controversial Apostolic Exhortation can be found verbatim, whole passages from [crap] essays  Fernández published ten years ago.
Cardinal Müller did not call the Pope's advisers by name. But what he said is unambiguous. Likewise, the word, which the Faith Prefect leveled: "heretic".
The Cardinal had in view an interview of Fernández in Corriere della Sera of 10 May 2015 where the speechwriter of the Pope explained, "the Vatican curia is not an essential structure. The pope could live outside of Rome, have a dicastery in Rome and another in Bogotá, and to connect, for example, by videoconference with liturgy experts in Germany. That which is around the Pope, in the theological sense, is the college of bishops to serve the people. [...] Even the Cardinals could disappear in the sense that they are not essential."

Fernández's attack against Cardinal Müller

Fernández attacked the Faith Prefect even directly because of this in a March 29, 2015 in La Croix , the daily newspaper of the French Bishops' Conference where he had said in the published interview, the pontificate of Pope Francis was essentially a "pastoral" pontificate, making it the object of the CDF was to "restructure theologically" this pontificate.
"Papa's favorite grumbles," Jürgen Erbacher wrote for ZDF  Fernández's reply:
"I have read that some say that the Roman Curia is an essential part of the mission of the Church, or that a Prefect of the Vatican is the safe compass which preserves the Church from falling into a Light-thinking; or that this prefect ensures the unity of the faith and the Pope guarantees a serious theology. But for Catholics who read the gospel, knowing that Christ has assured the pope and all of the bishops  as a guide and a special enlightenment, but not a prefect or other structure. When you hear say such things, it seems almost as if the Pope is one of their representatives, or one who has come to interfere, and must be controlled."
More than a  year has passed since the Argentine aimed his arrows  against the Prefect. Arrows that do not need for the Pope to have approved  them but which have not bothered him since Fernández is still the chief advisor at Francis' side.

Fernández in his sights, but did he mean the Pope?

The conflict between Pope and CDF is heating up more and more, and with each new document with   ambiguous formulations which Pope Francis  publishes with the active help of his Argentine prompter, Cardinal Müller seems to be more irritated.
With his criticism in Herder Korrespondenz the cardinal prefect strikes close to the Pope according to the Interpretation mess of Amoris laetitia. So close that he has accused the pope's closest staff member as a "heretic."  It's a verdict that is meant for Fernández, but also radiates to the Pope, because of a "theologian of little brilliance" (Sandro Magister) in Argentina would hardly draw the attention of a Prefect of the Congregation.
The German cardinal is a clever man. He knows that his frontal attack against the right hand of the Pope, will bring his reputation with Francis to the point of freezing. A "risk",  Cardinal Müller obviously approvingly obviously takes into account. He knows that Francis has in fact sidelined, the CDF and cares precious little about the work of this curial authority and its documents. Just as he had been in June 2013 when recommended to the Bureau of progressive confederation of Latin American and Caribbean religious.

Redefining the understanding of the office of the Prefect of Faith?

Cardinal Müller seems to work on a new definition of his role as head of the CDF. As mere collaborator of the Pope, he can hardly make a difference. The pope made him  to know only a few days ago , when he hinted that the authentic interpretation of Amoris laetitia was not about Müller's grueling effort, to somehow bring the controversial papal Fernandezian theses in  harmony with the ecclesial tradition, but the interpretation of  Vienna's [evil] Archbishop, Cardinal Christoph Schönborn.
Cardinal Müller will have to understand his role in serving the Vicar of Christ on earth  as Prefect,  regardless of the current incumbent's understanding and exercise of that office. He may not really "theological structure" this pontificate, but he may strengthen the faith of 1.3 billion Catholics. And eventually this pontificate will also end.

Broadcaster for Italian Bishops' Conference Advertise for Aberrosexuality -- Orgies in Rome Seminaries

TV2000, the Broadcaster of the Catholic Bishops (the photo
is from a broadcast of June 6th)
(Rome) A scandal beyond compare took place on June 6 at TV2000, the television station of the Italian Bishops' Conference CEI.  During the broadcast "Il diario di Papa Francesco" (The Diary of Pope Francis) a "Christian LGBT" appeared as a guest. The inappropriate label, which wants to suggest  a reconciliation of Christianity and homosexuality, was used for the first time in early May in  Avvenire, the daily newspaper of the Italian Bishops' Conference. "The concept of choice is as incorrect as if the newspaper of the bishops were written by Christian abortionists'" said Nuova Bussola Quotidiana (NBQ). "The concept of choice is an indicator of the great doctrinal and existential confusion in the Church."

TV2000 promotes homosexuality and refers to "Amoris laetitia"

Three self-proclaimed Catholics of the group "Ponti sospesi" (Suspension Bridges) were invited into the studio. The group includes homosexuals who claim to be Christian, but want to live in open contradiction to the Christian faith. It's a contradiction that some Church circles obviously want to overcome by changing the Doctrine of the Faith. The group works closely with several of the "historic" Protestant churches in Italy, like the Evangelical Lutheran Church and the Waldensians (Calvinists).
The figure responsible for the media of the Italian Episcopal Conference (CEI) is none other than Bishop Nunzio Galatino, the Secretary-General appointed by Pope Francis to CEI and close confidant of the Pope. The "Christian LGBT" not only feels attracted to persons of the same sex, but are practicing homosexuals and make the claim that the Church has to adapt their lifestyle, since "Love is Love".

"God does everything" - embezzlement of Church teaching

Among the guests were also a nun were without religious habit and a priest, both "convinced" of the fact that God, "because he loves us", accepts  all that people do. In this blithe manner,  homosexuality was declared "acceptable" on the television channel of the Catholic bishops of Italy  in just 20 minutes. The change in direction of 180 degrees was justified by the Apostolic Letter Amoris laetitia of Pope Francis.  For this purpose, paragraph 250 was quoted as saying: "to ensssure a respectful assistance, so that those who show homosexual tendency can get the necessary help in order to understand the will of God in their lives and to fulfill it completely."
Not a word of the Church's teaching was  mentioned, what is the will of God when it comes to homosexuality, which is referred to in Scripture as "blatant sin." Some theologians go so far as to say that because of the choice of words of Scripture  that it is the worse among the deadly sins in God's eyes, because it is a direct attack against the divine order that God's nature is based.

Colleen Bayer defends Catholic doctrine and criticized Cardinal Schönborn

Colleen Bayer with Cardinal Burke

While the television station of the bishops courted homosexuality, embezzling Church doctrine to accomplish this, and the resulting darkening existential drama, there rose simultaneously in Rome a courageous voice in defense of  doctrine, which is entrusted to the Church by revelation and taught by it for 2000 years, Colleen Bayer, Chair of Family Life International from New Zealand said in a lecture at the same  time on June 6, which is used as video recording on the Internet, some episodes that have to do with the gender ideology and homosexuality.
Bayer began with a critique of Vienna's Archbishop Cardinal Christoph Schönborn, who presented Amoris laetitia presented on April 8, to the world public. This had been a "huge mistake" of Cardinal, to speak of "positive elements" in the context of homosexuality. This erroneous view had been aired by the Cardinal already in an interview with the Jesuit magazine Civilta Cattolic in 2015 when he said: "It is not for the Church to look in the bedroom in the first place, but in the dining room." Such arbitrary and unrealistic statements were "rubbish , pure trash," said Bayer. "A priest friend of ours lost his life because of what happened in the bedroom. Please pray for his soul."

Existential Drama - gay orgies among Roman seminarians

The woman then told the story of a young Anglican who converted to Catholicism in Rome entered a seminary after he told his superiors about his concerns and efforts, what his interpersonal relationships were, and that he was concerned because he felt attracted to men. Nevertheless, he was ordained a priest and sent to New Zealand five years of the priesthood where he was unable to overcome his mental turmoil and his desires.
At that time, the priest learned of  the Bayer couple, confided in them and asked for their help.
"He told us, 'You do not know what we have done in Rome on Friday night. We met ... ', and they did do what homosexuals do. "On this occasion," he revealed to us the Roman parties on Friday evening with other seminarians "who" ended in homosexual orgies."
At this moment you have the revelation "almost a broken heart," said Bayer. "Until then, I thought that we all worship God in the Church under the dome of Rome, and a trip to Rome is a journey home. To learn that such things happen in the seminaries of this city ... "
The young, desperate priest revealed "the devastation, the dirt and things that have happened that are terrible ..." Bayer then inquired of those responsible who take such psychically torn people into the seminaries, and described the fears of the young convert and Priest of the inner contradiction of his life which eventually led to suicide.
"How in God's name could such a thing happen under the dome of Rome? So how can a Cardinal of Rome maintain something like this?"
People with a homosexual inclination have an identity problem, which could be an existential drama for them. They must be helped to find their identity. They should not be encouraged to fall into a perversity.

Existential Drama - Violent lesbian relationship

Bayer reported then about a pregnant girl who was abused by  her feminist, pro-abortion "fiance". The sexual relationship between the two women had been violent and possessive: "When I saw the body of Jackie,  my heart wept. She was covered with scars and fresh cuts and other injuries. Terrible violence was done to her in her life in a terrible manner." That was not done independently of the sex of the partner.
Bayer came to the conclusion that the doctrine entrusted by Christ to the Church that warns against homosexuality and  rejects this, is more human, honest and compassionate than any arbitrary, ideological or some stirred up worldly sauce, which is passed off as an alleged "love of God."  It is enough to read Luca Di Tolve, who after his conversion and a Christian psychotherapy, finally found his true destination in love for a woman.
In his book "I was gay. I Found Myself in Medjugorje",   Di Tolve  described the compulsive drive for satisfaction, but unfulfilling nature of homosexual relationships, the drifting into despair: "The deep motivation that drives  homosexual behavior is always the same: the search for the male traits, which can not be expressed in one's self. "His own sex could not unfold properly in himself for some reason.. Homosexuals, therefore, have a broken nature. "A man and a woman seen in the difference  how much they complement each other to form the foundation of a family, a whole. Two men or two women can never reach this supplement and perfection. A mature man and a mature woman do not remain at the level of a mere impulse for satisfaction like immature teenagers who don't grow up.

Christ and the Church Denounce Every Lie, to combat delusions

"Therefore," said Di Tolve, "I could never find peace in sex with men." He found the strength to seek a way out, and went in search of masculinity in itself, rather than seek his own in other ,"So I found my identity. With my identity and therefore with myself at peace, I was able to leave homosexuality behind me and I finally engage in the opposite sex and got to know my wife."
"Christ and the Church have a great heart's desire," says Bayer, "that every lie, the delusions, are fought with courage and strength."
It seems that the current penetration of homosexuality in the Church, has penetrated through fifth columns and weak resistance, has shown to be true what the Blessed Mother said in 1995 in Civitavecchia, where a statue of Mary cries blood. The phenomenon is maintained by the competent Bishop Girolamo Grillo for real. An official decision by the Catholic Church is still outstanding. The Mother of God had said at the time:
"My children, the darkness of Satan has darkened the world and also darkens the Church of God. In Rome, the darkness sets more and more about the rock that  my son Jesus left to build up his children, to educate and to grow spiritually. "
Given the apostasy, says Bayer, "one has to be conscious of the claws of Satan and seek God's hands and hold them" so that God "can us lead out of the swamp" by "men and women of God" and by "orthodoxy".
